Worst ever dentists i ever had i went there for a dental cleaning the dentist force to me to do a x-ray but I only came there only for dental cleaning bc I dont have insurance to cover x-ray she denied give a service and kick me out of the place

12/1/18 update. Interesting how after pointing the false reviews out and reporting them to Google they appear to have vanished! All of this because you didnt have an emergency phone line.11/30/18 update: Has it been a year already? I do like how youve got three 5 star reviews that have no information in them, from people who have no other reviews on their accounts. Are you guys having your employees try to get your rating up? Naughty naughty.11/29/17 update: I just received an email from you regarding your patient communication service, so you mean your phone system might actually function if someone needs it now? I cannot believe you would have the nerve to email me after my experience. Still wish I could rate you negative stars.I was having a dental emergency and you cannot be contacted.I have two chipped teeth I acquired yesterday. I call your phone system. I press 2 for emergency. The phone system resets. I go in today because the hours are 8am to 12pm. Nobody is at the office. I call. I do not get the phone system.You can cancel my appointment for a cleaning in six months. You are worthless as a business.Gonna throw an update here. I went in two days later to pick up my x-rays to bring to a competent dental office. The receptionist attempted to make excuses for the phone system. Doesnt matter that you close at 3pm, if I call at 3:30pm and your phone system literally does not function AT ALL, there is a major problem. And I want to clarify here. I never was able to get ANYWHERE with the phone system. Every option just reset the whole thing to the start, or would ring as long as I kept the line open.I legitimately wish I could give you lower than a single star.

I have come to this dental clinic for many, many years. For the over the past 5 years I have had Dr Hill as my dentist and Kelly as my Hygienist. Both are what I consider, the best in the country. They are educated, professional, and always positive, upbeat and encouraging. I know Im in the hands of the very best. If I searched the world, I couldnt find better. ~ Oprah would envy me!

I love this place!! I never dread coming to my appointments! Viki is the best!! So easy to talked to and she is so encouraging!! I actually look forward to my appointments!!! Such an amazing experience all around!!

Ive gone to the MDC in Elk River for many years. Recently moved, and just started at this location. Great place! Friendly staff, relaxed & comfortable atmosphere, took me without re-scheduling despite me being unexpectedly late. Really happy to call this my new dental care home.

I have gone to this location for YEARS and have always felt welcome. The hygienists have always explained things to me. They are willing to show me images of my teeth and how my periodontal disease is improving at each appointment. I have been with Metro Dentalcare since the 1980s and find them very reputable.

There was a hiccup a couple years ago as office staff was in upheaval, but other than that, before then and presently, it is a great place to go. My dentist is very competent and also warm and caring. My hygienist is so much fun, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I would really recommend this place.

Dr. Hill and her entire team are wonderful to work with. They are thorough in explaining procedures, answering questions, and very caring.
