I am from out of town and had tooth pain. I couldnt find a dentist who would take me but Ling did. The dental technician was excellent. It was difficult to diagnose what the problem was so she asked a million good questions. The doctor did the same and they worked the problem till they found a solution. It wasnt a cavity or anything, but rather a small adjustment to my bite that did the trick. Excellent service and problem solved (without a root canal!!!)

My hygienist, Andrea is excellent! She is very knowledgeable and kind when cleaning my teeth. She has a lot of info and tips to share with me during my visits. My dentist, Dr Pope, is top notch! She helped guide me to the right solution for a teeth alignment issue I had. I had wanted to have a couple of my crowns re-done but she suggested that I try the Invisalign route instead. Im seeing a different provide for the Invisaligns but Dr. Pope will be doing some tooth shaping for me once done with the Invisaligns. Very happy I made the switch to Ling Family Dentistry. I couldnt be happy with the care and service they provide me.

I called Thursday afternoon in pain they got me in at 8 am Friday the next day! Dr. Weber and Monica are awesome. They took great care of me and got me out of my pain. They even held my hand and wiped my tears. I am so grateful and appreciate them so much.

I have been a patient at Ling Family Dentistry for decades. Even though I’ve moved from the Blaine area, I travel almost 45 minutes twice a year just to have my 6 month check-ups; they are that good! Professional, thorough, and friendly.

I received a very overdue cleaning a X-ray today; out of state for 8 mos due to pandemic. I am totally satisfied with the service and care I have received here for several years. I get reminders for appts, admitted on schedule each visit and I have the best dental hygienist I ever had.Fortunately, I haven’t required much of involved dental work at 78 yrs of age.

I mostly liked the staff here and their customer service but didnt care for Dr Ling at all. After 3 appointments with him within a 2 month span, I found him to be smarmy and insincere. Also he did a poor job with my crown and when I mentioned the concerns, he made excuses for his work saying it was fine.

I had been a patient for about two decades but the completely botched a repair on a chipped tooth. Now my smile is crooked and my teeth don’t align up making it difficult to bite down. I asked to have it corrected but they refused saying it’s normal. It’s really unfortunate after being a patient for so long but now I have to find a new dentist and pay to undo the damage.

Ive been going here for about 8 years. I moved about 25 minutes away and thought I should change dentists to somewhere closer to me. Well, I did and ended up right back at Ling asking them to validate what the other dentist had reported. The level of comfort I feel at Ling is beyond any other dentist Ive ever gone to. Ill be driving the 25 minutes (without traffic) a couple times a year just to get that family feeling. I appreciate all of the workers there. They are just lovely!

I had a very thorough first visit and thought my care was excellent by both Deb and Dr. Zack. Its also nice when they are personable, caring people and they certainly are! Having a great dentist I can trust is important to me and as a new resident, Ive found the right place.

I would have given five stars if this review were based only on the positive dental care that Ive received. However, an experience from a few months ago left me so irritated that I cant get past it enough to schedule the next appointment that Im now overdue for. Allow me to set the scene. Its January. Im sick with something that I believe is just a cold. I have a dentist appointment coming up, but I can suffer through the inconvenience and Ill turn the corner any day now, anyway. After 8 or 9 days of TLC Im not feeling any better. The day of my 7am appointment arrives and I just cant do it, so I ask my husband to call and let them know that I cant make it. I know there is no chance for someone else to fill my last minute opening, and I feel bad about that. By day 10 I finally visit the doctor and am treated with antibiotics for a sinus infection. A few days later, I receive a letter from Ling Family Dentistry preaching about how my dentist and hygienists put so much time and effort into preparing my room and equipment and how so many deserving people could have (nay, desperately would have) taken my appointment time if only I had given more notice. How their business depends on a full appointment schedule and suffers when people carelessly skip their appointments. Im paraphrasing, but Im not exaggerating the tone. In a similar experience, my husband got stuck in traffic, arrived at his appointment 10 minutes late, and was treated with hostility by the receptionist. I know that the mistake was mine, and Im not proud of the inconvenience that I caused. Many of my fellow reviewers complaining about the lack of available appointments would agree with me. But that letter was just too much; I dont think I deserved it; and I just dont know if I can go back.

My husband had an emergency and they took care of him right away. They are great, treat him with respect and do a wonderful job. He hasn’t had one complaint about the service that they perform. They are fantastic. Hubby had another emergency and took him in promptly. Thx

Dr. Zach Walgenbach is an incredible dentist. I had to have quite a deep cavity filled and he made me feel calm through the whole process. He also took the time to thoroughly explain tooth/mouth chemistry so I felt more knowledgeable about my own health. Would recommend Dr. Zach to anyone whos nervous going to the dentist. Hell put you at ease. Also Im not remembering the name of his hygienist but she was also very kind and calming as well. They make a great team!

This is the best dentistry Ive ever been to in my entire life. I dont get scolded, I dont feel like my mouth has been picked to shreds when I leave, and I dont get told I need to have cavities fixed when I dont need to, like other dentist Ive been to in the past have done. They did good work I feel they are very good at what they do. Dr Pope did a great job helping me keep my tooth. The only negative I have is that Im still in pain. They do a good job but dont seem too concerned about the comfort level of the patient. I would go back but only for regular cleaning any real pain I will go somewhere different.
