After calling literally the entire list of clinics on the IAOMT WEBSITE for MN. I chose this clinic because they seemed very knowledgeable about my situation involving AMALGAM fillings. I was having the worst anxiety today going in for my consult, explaining what happened and how scared I was to even have my teeth cleaned much less dental surgery.The young woman who I initially spoke with who took images, was super great! She asked a lot of questions and was very knowledgeable. Just overall pleasant and made me feel welcome.Dr. Green was fantastic! He listened to everything (even though I was so anxious I probably stammered half of what I was saying), and was genuinely bothered by what I had gone thru with another dentist. He made sure all my questions were answered. Super kind caring people! I highly recommend these folks!

Dr. Green is an amazing dentist. I have had a couple crowns and just recently had a filing for a cavity. He is thorough, professional, fast and caring. He does a great job of taking total care of your oral hygiene without selling you work you do not need. Kendall is a great hygienist. The entire staff at Imagine Smiles is friendly, caring and professional. If you are looking for a dentist, Dr. Greens office is the best.

I had my biannual cleaning last summer. I had a very small cavity that needed fixing, but I also had larger silver fillings. Imagine smiles recommended replacing them so they dont make me sick later, even though they were causing me absolutely no trouble. They were also on my primary chewing side.August I got the cavity repaired and replaced the silver fillings..after the initial sensitive period, my replacement filling was painful to chew on and would throb randomly. I went back in and it appeared I needed my bite corrected, which we did.After that sensitive period (about a month I gave it), I went back because I still could not chew without pain.they corrected my bite some more, continually drilling/shaving my tooth away.I think I had a 3rd bite correction but I cant really remember...I had my biannual cleaning again in March and I told them I could eat bread and soft things, but would feel pain with anything crunchy. They did another test and suspected that I had a crack in my tooth, and was told this was due to the silver filling. Now, mind you, I was having NO ISSUES with the tooth before replacing this filling. Now, I am not a dental hygienist, but I suspect that they caused this crack due to drilling too hard/deep/or too much during bite corrections. They stated I needed a crown to repair this.They submitted an insurance claim to view coverage. About a month later, they sent a letter that they were no longer going to accept my insurance in May. I called them to see the status on insurance and the claim was never submitted. They stated they would submit it, but could get me scheduled and I could pay them typically co-pay which would be about $500.I dont recommend this practice because I feel like they should repair what I feel like they potentially caused.

We have been going to see Dr. Green for a long time - he is now in his 3rd different building that I have been to. Hes done it all for me - implants, crowns, fillings. Always great treatment and Anne is outstanding for the cleaning, X-rays, etc. Highly recommend this group for people of all ages.

Imagine Smiles is a great! We always bring the whole family, and they always greet us with a warm welcome. Our children love it there and they always want to come back. The best staff! Everyone has been absolutely knowledgable, kind and made the whole experience amazing for each of my treatments. Dr. Green has always made treatment so comfortable to the point where I am actually excited to go back to the dentist and get things taken care of! Honestly I have never felt so good about the quality of care I have received compared to any other dentist I have visited in the past.

Despite COVID, this practice is incredibly safe. My bar is high with COVID precautions, and this practice wears masks, cleans rigorously between patients, and most importantly makes me feel safe. I bring my entire family (2.5 yrs to 38 yrs). Dr. GREENS practice has high standards, rigorous protocols, incredible customer service, exceptional bedside manors, and most importantly, individualized care.

I am very happy with Imagine Smiles ! It was a bumpy start but the end result was far better then I expected. After sharing with Heidi my initial experience with one of the hygienist she arranged for me to see two others so that i could chose who I was most comfortable with.My teeth have never felt cleaner. I smile a whole lot more now mostly because I am not nearly as embarrassed by the condition of my teeth. This is the first time I have made a conscious and diligent effort to take care of my teeth. I am most impressed with the care they took in knowing my fear with dentists and assuring a pain free procedure. Dr Green may be crazy busy but not so much to not stop by to say hi and make sure all was good.

Dr.Green is talented and continues to do amazing dental work. I appreciate how he strives for the best with patient comfort and pain management. I recently had a crown installed and the one appointment approach is great - no temporary crowns or return visits to install a final crown. The process provided a perfect fit! Dr. Greens staff are so nice, they make you feel appreciated and more like family instead of just a customer.

My daughter was terrified of the dentist and dentist visits for checkups were very traumatic for her starting at her first visit, even though it was originally at a Pediatric dental office. A friend of mine told me to try out Imagine Smiles as they did great with her daughter, so we gave it a go. We have had two successful dental visits and cleanings! Hands down the best Dentistry I’ve ever been to!! From the moment you walk in the door you’re met with a smile and a greeting from the very friendly reception staff, offered a beverage, and they kept track of the time to let me know where I was in the schedule. Dr. Green is so thorough and precise with his work, not to mention gentle and caring. He’s removed my wisdom teeth (awake) and has done 5 restorations for me now, and I can’t think of a single thing to boo-hoo about, all of his work is amazing! Our family went to this dentist about a month ago for a cleaning. The other day I received a invoice in the amount of $10.00 for a Covid 19 surcharge. I called and talked to their staff of which stated we received an email a few weeks starting they had to do a surcharge of $10.00 for PPE given the increase in costs.In review of their billing to our insurance company I realized they they didn’t bill them for the Covid 19 surcharge of $10.00. Therefore, I reached out to our insurance and was told they don’t and won’t pay for the Covid 19 surcharge since that is part of doing business. I explained that Imagine Smiles was trying to pass that cost onto me. The insurance representative stated that since Imagine Smiles was a in network provider they are not allowed to charge there clients or them the surcharge.The representative placed me on hold and put them on the phone of which they stated they would remove the charge.After the call I called Imagine Smiles back and asked why they were trying to pull a fast one, knowing full well they couldn’t bill my insurance or myself since they were a in network provider. Their response was no has complained about except for me.Be aware of their business model. They have to pay for there new building somehow at the expense of you the customer!!

10+ years ago when my old dentist retired I started hunting for a new dentist without much luck. During that time there where even a couple years when I didnt even go to the dentist. When I mentioned this to my sister she told me she had experienced difficulty in finding a good dentist also until her daughter suggested she go to Dr. Green. My sister did and loved Dr. Green and his staff. Ive been going to Dr Green for 2 years now and am so grateful to him and his staff for their exceptional expertise and professionalism. As a child, my family didnt have the finances to provide adequate dental care. As a result, I grew up with multiple dental problems that required extensive dental work for years. Im certainly not looking for pity. Im sure there are many people just like myself who have known this similar story.I am so grateful for Imagine Smiles, Dr. Green, and every single staff member from the time I walk in to the minute I leave. Never have they judged my teeth and never have they made me feel embarrassed. Such a nice atmosphere at Imagine Smiles. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist. My ten-year old son had to get a crown put on yesterday and he didn’t even seem phased by it because they do a great job making him feel comfortable and distracted. Dr. Green is great about explaining all of the options and making me feel comfortable with my and my kids dental health.

Dr. Green and his team are amazing. Ive never had a regular dentist before as Ive never liked any of the ones Id visit. Most would get one visit from me, then try the next, and so on. Best dentist, hands down! Worth traveling from afar...which I thought meant Chaska when I lived there temporarily, but when I told my hygienist that, she said people travel from across the country to go to Dr. Green, and I can totally see why.Ive been going to Imagine Smiles for at least 8 years now. I found Dr. Green while looking for a dentist that didnt use amalgam (mercury-releasing) fillings...so I tried him out. He and his team were amazing, AND he was able to fix a filling done by my previous dentist - he stopped at one point and let me know they were getting really close to the nerve/root so he may not be able to complete it and it may require a root canal + crown or something like that. Somehow he worked some magic and got it fixed up, and now 8 years later I still dont have any trouble with that tooth (knock on wood). That experience built up a huge amount of trust in him and his practice.The staff are friendly & Dr. Green is always very kind, making you feel comfortable and calming any nerves you might have.Id suggest planning some extra time for your appt because hes a very busy dentist and is doing all he can to get people in and out in a timely manner. But, dental work & everything that goes along with it can sometimes be unpredictable - so give him and the team grace and just plan some extra time.I did have to wait almost 4 months* for an appt to fix a cracked tooth, but thats because hes so amazing which means hes super busy. *They did say if I was having any pain or trouble to call and theyd get me in sooner.I will probably cry the day Dr. Green retires, but I am hoping thats not for a long time. :-)

All of the staff at Imagine Smiles are incredible. They are kind, considerate and very thorough. Dr. Green is wonderful and cares immensely about his patients, their care and comfort, and his staff. I have told several people about my experience and would recommend anyone to see Dr. Green. I grew up with a negative dental experience which caused a great deal of anxiety and Dr. Green has always been very mindful of that.

Can not say enough nice things about this clinic and the staff here. I was really interested in having my teeth whitened before my wedding and last minute was looking around for a solution. The staff here were so patient answering all of my questions and were able to set me up with a kit I could take home to do the whitening myself. By far the most helpful and kind staff out of all the places I called today.

Front office staff is so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Green is extremely busy, but always takes his time with us, answering questions and explaining procedures. We never feel rushed and the quality of his work is the impeccable.

I have been going to Imagine Smiles for about 6 years, even though it is a 30 minute drive from home. I cannot say enough good things about Imagine Smiles, Dr. Green, or the rest of the staff there. This is the best dental office Ive ever used, in all the states Ive ever lived in. My teeth cleanings are a breeze, even though I have a bridge that can be troublesome. The staff is friendly and caring and go above and beyond a typical dental practice. (I even received a get well card from them when I had a bad fall!) Dr. Green is kind and gentle with a topnotch chairside manner. The office is comfortable with top of the line equipment. In addition, I took both of my grandchildren there during the 5 years they lived with me and they never minded going at all. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs, including the safe removal of amalgam fillings which I had done at my very first visit (covered by insurance).

I had two root canals done when I was younger; they were starting to discolor so I wanted to get them whitened. I got the whiting serum put in and after a few days the back to my root canal was out (Im not sure on the terminology). The office was closed and I was worried if I needed to get it filled right away (since its a hollow tooth). I called the dentists at home number that is left on the work answering machine. He was very nice and said it should be fine but if I were to have any problems before I could come in to get it fixed, he could make a special trip in just for me. I was IMPRESSED with this offer. I wasnt expecting that.I got great results with the whiting treatment for my root canals and am very happy.A little while later I got a bill in the mail. I wasnt expecting that since I thought I paid in full and in cash to get the better discount. I called and they were very nice about everything and gave me a VERY NICE discount for the miscommunication. Since then I have moved to North Branch but I plan to continue to go there because of how great they were!Thank you!

Imagine Smiles takes excellent care of three generations in my family: my Mom, who referred me, and now my son. Dr. Green gave me an implant two years ago, which is doing great, and Anne is the absolute best dental hygienist Ive ever had. When my son had to have his two front teeth extracted after a fall, Dr. Green was so helpful, calling me while I was travelling to help me diagnose the problem and helping us when we got back to Minnesota. My teeth have never felt better cared for. Its the first time in my life that I actually look forward to going to the dentist, since its such a nice atmosphere with such nice people.

If this is even possible to say, going to this dentist is actually very pleasant. The office is very warm and welcoming with plush leather seating and a warm and inviting fireplace and a large screen tv to enjoy while youre waiting for your appointment. You feel like youre sitting in a living room.I was personally greeted with a smile and a handshake from the receptionist and was offered something to drink (a very nice touch).My appointment was running late and the dentist came out to introduce himself (this was my first visit here) and apologize for the delay. I went in for a cleaning and to have a crown checked. I like their holistic approach. The hygienist and Dentist made me comfortable, not pushy. I plan to go back to have my old amalgam fillings safely removed.

In the past going to the dentist was dreadful. The same old places with old school Ranger Rick magazines and en extremely sterile environment. Not the case at Imagine Smiles. You walk in to a very warm environment with a good sized waiting room. But wait, theres more. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. I cant imagine another place that could top my experience at Imagine Smiles.

This place is the worst dental practice ever. The office staff is rude, crude and obnoxious. They charge you for stuff you do not need. When you try to discuss a bill or an improper charge they try to put up smoke and mirrors with their answers. I will never go there again

I went to Dr Green because I had a bad molar and I was hoping he could save it by doing a root canal. After he checked it out, he said it had to be removed. At the next appointment he went in and had it out in 20 minutes-and molars are pretty big. He was quick, accurate and thorough. Minimal pain.

Was told I had cavities waited 2 months to get for fillings and another 4 months for more fillings. After first teeth were done I was having trouble with one of the fillings called the office and was told it could take 6 months to heal. 6 months later still had a problem with pain and because my insurance had changed provider would not see me and was told I needed a root canal. Now, almost a year later went to see a different dentist that advised me that the cavitie was leaking and defective. After you already pay for a service that was not done correctly you would assume they would at least look at it and fix there mistake, but not this office due to being on MA they wouldnt even here me out or look at my tooth, now I have to have the problem fixed by someone else.

Receptionist are rude and impolite. Pushing for a cleaning and if you do the cleaning you get to see Dr. Green Earlier if not they push you so far out for an appoitment.Its a shame Dr. Green has great reviews but the scheduling team are rude and only interested in taking your money then your well being.

This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone is friendly and patient. I have some extensive dental work and they have never hurt me.

Front desk lady definitely not cut out for the job and completely disrespectful. After being told they do not accept my insurance, she just paused in silence and waited for me to cancel. I was spoken to in a very condescending manner and it was clear that they are against anyone who receives Medical Assistance. Amalgam filling removal is an out of pocket cost no matter what kind of insurance you have and Im sure anyone who has done their research knows that before even calling. Clearly this place has no moral standard, there is NOTHING holistic about their prices, mandatory x-rays that only orthodontists should be taking, or about her nasty attitude. All the reviews are fake and from neighboring businesses. These people are a disgrace. Ive had better customer service from 15 year olds working their first day at Dairy Queen. Would never trust a dentist with this woman as his front page.

I hope to start treatment with him soon.-------------------------------------------Second Review of Dr. GreenI recently saw Dr. Green and his very able assistant, Shari, for removal of two old crowns, removal of the mercury fillings underneath the crowns, replacement fillings, and replacement crowns. I also had an old root-canaled tooth, filled with mercury, extracted. I could not be more pleased with the treatment of these three teeth.When removing mercury, it is important that the dentist take safety precautions to minimize the amount of mercury exposure to the patient. Before I met Dr. Green, I had another dentist remove a mercury filling. The appointment with Dentist 1 did not go well.Dentist 1, like Dr. Green, is a member of the International Association of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT). Dentist 1 used the precautions recommended by the IAOMT. This dentist, however, was less skilled than Dr. Green. Dentist 1’s nosepiece for the oxygen supply was a round hole. It did not fit my nose well. In addition, the amalgam ended up in my mouth for several seconds and I nearly swallowed it. I am certain between the ill-fitting nosepiece and the amalgam in my mouth, I got exposed to more mercury than necessary.I was very ill after the appointment with Dentist 1. I had ataxia, a tremor, slurred speech and I could not understand what my friend was saying. I could not drive myself home. My friend had to drive.I was terrified to continue with amalgam removal. Fortunately, after the appointment with Dentist 1, I met Dr. Green. In May, Dr. Green extracted two infected root -canaled teeth. I was pleased with the results. Despite my terror, I decided to have Dr. Green remove the remaining amalgams this June. I am so glad I trusted Dr. Green. It was a completely different experience.To begin with, Dr. Green’s nosepiece for the oxygen supply is shaped like a nose. It felt comfortable and snug. Dr. Green and Shari let me position it for myself. This piece really minimized my exposure to mercury vapor.Second, Dr. Green also caught both amalgams so that neither of them ended up in my mouth. I also had the third tooth with mercury extracted. Even though I had three teeth with amalgams treated that day, I left the office in the same condition I entered it. I had no tremor or ataxia. My speech was normal and I was coherent. I had arranged to have my friend drive me home but I could have driven myself. My driver remarked how much better I was after this amalgam removal.Another advantage to seeing Dr. Green is that he manufactures his own crowns in most cases. I received my two crowns the same day. The crowns from Dr. Green are also superior to the ones I received from Dentist 1. Dr. Green’s crowns look and feel like real teeth. They are not flat. I really appreciated not having to come back two weeks later for placement of the crowns.Furthermore, I really like that Dr. Green uses 3-dimensional X-rays. He was able to tell me what needed to be done for all three teeth before the old crowns were removed.There are a lot of things I appreciate about Dr. Green and Shari. They are compassionate, skilled and honest. Dr. Green tells me when I can save money by avoiding unnecessary treatments.I think Dentist 1 is probably a very good dentist. Dentist 1, however, is not in Dr. Green’s league. I am so impressed with Dr. Green that I have recommended him to my sister and friends.Martha Albertson
