The people are nice enough but this is just a cattle call. If you are just going in for routine cleaning, they do fine, hence the 3 stars. If you need more, go somewhere else. Last straw for me was performing a procedure my insurance did not cover without consulting me first then I am stuck with the bill. Called twice to discuss the situation, both times said the manager would call me back but they are really busy covering multiple offices. No call back. I just paid the bill and am moving the family to a new practice dont want to deal with a place that is too busy to talk to you. No chance I will ever go back.

Horrible customer service... don’t even try! They try to take the advantage of the insurance. They bill the insurance more than what they have done. I found out after I changed the insurance which do not cover for what they charged so I have to pay out of the pocket.

I just started going to the Metro Dentalcare in this Blaine location this year. I hadnt been to a dentist in almost 10 years and didnt know what to expect. My hygienist got me right back on track with keeping my teeth clean not to mention how friendly she was along with the rest of the staff especially the lady at the front desk doing the check-ins and billing! I love the text notifications for when my appointments are, and if theres a cancellation for an earlier time they are sure to let me know! Im always made to feel comfortable when Im here and would recommend them to anybody and everybody I know!

This location is right down the street from my job. They got me in and out in a very timely matter. Also everyone was super friendly which was a plus. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who uses Metro Dentalcare.

This place is the worst. They have filed my claim wrong mulitple times and get annoyed if i call to asking questions. They are rude and unorofessional. Never will i ever go to them again. I dont understand why they even have a three star rating

Have been going to this dentist for many years. When he moved to this location I followed. Ive never felt pressure to do something I didnt think was necessary.

My experience with this dentist is the worst I have ever had to go through. He is very passive, aggressive and his bedside manner is very manipulative! After my last appointment (which it will be), I went to pay my bill and he up-charged me from the original description of work/costs. My recommendation - stay away from this dentist!

Went in for toothache. Very professional, on top of their game. Glad I can come back!
