Everything was excellent except one thing: Co-payment should be allowed to be waited until after receiving the billing statement to pay online or by mail. Co-payment should not be limited only to pay immediately after the dental services being finished.

Kelly, the hygienist and Dr Karen are seriously the best. Super friendly, efficient and very good at what they do. My teeth are sparkling - thanks Kelly! :)

Dr. Jon Siverson is wonderful. I recommend him to all my friends and family! Very kind and professional; explains everything and makes the effort to get to know his patients.

I used to be a patient here, and stopped coming here because of a billing issue. Little did I know that was the best thing that could happen to me, because Ive had wisdom teeth work done here in the past and also quoted $900 for a deep cleaning. I had them surgically removed while having the office visit. My first experience went well, but my second experience didnt go so well. I had planned to get another wisdom tooth removed the next year, and when I returned, the dentist I was used to seeing quit and moved away. So the next dentist was pregnant, and that doesnt matter to me but the point is I needed a regular dentist, not one who part time.. So, anyway I had the second dentist pull the wisdom tooth, but she suggested to pull my molar, next to it saying the wisdom tooth grew into it and ruined it.. I declined having that removed, and when I left I asked what I owed and I was told nothing.. (I had the money) a couple months later I didnt have the cash and I was sent a bill. I payed it when I could. (It took a while) once I payed the bill I tried to return to metro dental care and I was refused service.. I ended up going to another place local in Blaine, got my molar saved and it looks great, and my teeth were cleaned by the new dentist free of charge.. Metro dental care told me my teeth were near a 5 and so I was close to having gum disease.. Its been nearly 3 years now and Ive got cavities forming under the filling that were already done at this location. I will gladly get them fixed at my new place.. Oh and btw my teeth are at a 3 as far as gum disease goes, I dont have it and Ive never paid for a cleaning at my new place..Its a get rich quick gig in my opinion

A very professional dental practice staffed by really nice people. If you are apprehensive about seeing the dentist this is a good place to go.I have been going to Metro Dental for about 18 months. Having not been to the dentist as much as I should, I was nervous about my first visit. I knew I had a cavity and would need to have it treated. I had a checkup and cleaning during my first visit. When I returned to have my cavity treated, Dr. Siverson was very professional in repeating my options and carrying out the treatment itself. I had an injection for pain; Dr. Siverson was so good at administering the injection I could not feel it at all nor was the procedure uncomfortable.I have returned for several subsequent cleanings and checkups and plan to keep going back because the staff is simply terrific.

We were new patients this week when we went to Metro Dentalcare Pheasant Ridge. Every person in the office whom we met was efficient and pleasant--a winning combination!

Horrible place. The lady in charge of billing is very rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend this place.

Scam. This place will try charging you for services you dont need. Only reason I decided to try it was because I moved out to the area. After they tried to get me for $1700 worth of service I declined and went back to my regular dentist. After visiting my regular dentist all I needed was a cleaning.
