I have been coming here for about ten years. My original was the one on Buenavista. Once they opened this one closer to home, I started coming here. I have always had excellent service, and all of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this office to all of my family and friends.

Im very satisfied with the service I received from all the staff at bakersfield eye care. The new prescription of contacts I am now wearing is spot on and I couldnt be happier with it. I had some insurance issues at the time of my appt but after I came home and got to the bottom of things I called them back and updated them and not even 2 days later they called and fixed the problem. Ran everything through my insurance and are refunding me the rest and ordered my contacts right away. Thank you again to the staff at the northwest office. I really appreciate it.

Over all a great experience. Everyone is very professional and helpful. I appreciated Leslie who assisted me during my visit. She was kind and informative. Definitely will return for next years prescription. Would recommend 👌

Just called 3/10/21 and tryed making an appoiontment, however, I was put on hold for 5+ minutes. Just hung up, very poor customer service and I never even made it into the establisment.

This by far has been the greatest optometry offices I have been to. I was greeted by everyone as soon as I opened the door. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The office has relaxing yet professional type vibe to it and the cleanliness of the office was fantastic. They also provide coffee and water as you wait.Prior to my appointment I had spoke with George and gave him examples of the types of style/glasses I was looking for. When I arrived he greeted me at the door and let me know who he was and that hed be helping me. He literally had about ten pairs for me to try on. As I was trying them on he also had out a tablet letting me know every color the specific pair of glasses came in. I relied on his professional opinion when I was trying on the frames and I am so glad I did because I am in love with the pair I went with. It was exactly what I was looking for. He broke down invoice for me and made sure I knew exactly what I would be paying for as well as what the insurance was going to cover.Dr. Nguyen was very patient and made sure he had an answer for all my questions. I definitely felt well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone and Ill be back for my annual checkup for sure!Recognition means more when it comes from someone you work with on a regular basis and this staff definitely deserves some recognition!Thank you so much for the positive experience Bakersfield Eye Care!

By far the best eye care visit Ive ever been too. I was greeted very nicely and taken care of by Mark at the front desk, and Dr. Yang was very professional and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and trendy. I also love that you can download their app to fill out your paperwork before coming in and make appointments from there too. Definitely A+ service that I would recommend to anyone. Great atmosphere and friendly!

Love this place! They are very friendly, attentive, and caring. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and you get the sense they really care about your eye health and general health. The staff goes above and beyond in making you feel comfortable and making sure you understand everything. I was so pleasantly surprised with how easy they made everything: from making the appointment to picking out glasses. A++++ My new favorite doctor and staff!!!

This place is amazing!!! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The doctor explained everything to me so that I could understand what was going on with my eyes. George and Luis spent a lot of time helping me pick out the right frames, the were so very patient with me. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It is rare these days to find good customer service, but this establishment has great customer service. The entire office staff were so friendly and kind! I am so happy I tried this place out! The glasses I picked out felt like such great quality! I am really happy with how the exam went, how I was treated, and my purchase. I will definitely be back next year!

Fantastic and modern showroom with numerous frame options. The staff were friendly and professional as soon as we walked in the door. Michelle was especially helpful with answering all of our questions Dr. Nguyen made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions before I had the chance to ask them (he was that thorough). Perfectly located for Northwest Bakersfield too.

Jorge did another phenomenal job in helping g me pick my frames and lenses. Definitely the best in town and having someone assisting you like Jorge makes it even better.

Staff and product meets my eclectic familys need. We run the gambit from basic eye wear to latest trends. 6 of us total. The store has the right stuff or the staff find a way to get it. Never happier with eye wear!

I recently went to have a routine eye exam, it was my first time there. They were so nice & so helpful! It was such an efficient and organized business I was in and out in 45 minutes! So impressed and happy to have found such an amazing place to keep going back to!

Amazing service and wide selections of frames. This is the only place you should go too if you want to get glasses. Great prices, amazing staff and a clean and beautiful atmosphere. No other place can compete with them. Further more I chose a wrong frame and the employee who helped brought me another pair that would fit better and it did. I cant express how nice and helpful thier staff is. Ill definitely be back another time and will recommend this place to anyone.

Had an awesome experience, George helped me out from the beggining to end. He was extremely knowledgeable, when he didnt have the answer to any of my questions he went out of his way to research any bit of info he could find for me. George even went as far as getting me a new frame for my old glasses that were broke. I left with a new pair of Spy glasses and with new frame for my Oakleys. Definitely the best experience I have ever had when it comes to finding glasses. Will definitely return for a third time, and recommend anyone to try them out. Great customer service in a timely fashion, ask for George.

Michelle was awesome!!! This is my first eye Doctor visit in years and Im so glad I went!!! Dr. Nguyen was very informative and nice and I definitely recommend these guys!
