Do not go here they say someone picked up PAID contacts when they were not picked up, they needed to review the cameras. Refused to return my money whoever the manager is there is beyond rude still have no contacts which is ridiculous.
We waited for the individual in the office then we tried to get their attention, and we even called and they did not move from the seat that they were in. First time impression was horrible.
Every time I go someone is on their lunch break and playing on her phone. Very unprofessional and the woman I have seen the last few times will literally use any excuse in the book to not have to work. Every time I have ever been- she has been walking around on her “lunch” 10am, 11am, 12am, and 1:30pm (30 minutes before closing.) Sams Club should really put more care into the hiring department for the optical team. I am so disappointed in Sam’s Club.
Terrible!!! They only have one person on staff and no matter what time you go (10:30am, 12pm, 3pm, or 5pm) THEY ARE ON THEIR LUNCH BREAK FOR AN HOUR!! I even called two hours ahead to make sure someone was going to be there when I showed up and what do you know... have to wait 20 minutes because they are “on their lunch break”. Will definitely not recommend coming here unless you want to wait an hour for someone to come help.
