Called several times for the past 5 months and no answer. Wished they had a different way to get a hold of them to make an appointment.

My daughter went to this eye doctor today and the doctor insulted her weight by telling her she needs baratic surgery because she is overweight... first of all she doesn’t know that my daughter had a medical condition which causes her to be overweight and secondly she needs to mind her business and from what I was told she could stand to lose a little weight herself... so unless you know a person medical condition and you are a medical doctor why don’t you try sweeping out your own kitchen before you start criticizing someone else.. I will be reporting her to the medical board ... what we i society forget that no all big people are unhealthy there are little people that are just as unhealthy and can die too... and I don’t appericate her telling my daughter you need to lose weight or you going to die...this was so unprofessional I never seen things like this where we are from they accept people of all sizes and do t critics people for their weight... so maybe Californians need to do the same thing

They do not value your time. A 15 mins visit will easily turn into a 2 hour visit...

Dr. Casteen seems to be an excellent doctor. She is a little quirky but she takes time and is very thorough with her patients. She actually brought medicine to our house at night once because we couldnt get it at the pharmacy and she felt a sense of urgency about it. Thats amazing! Id love to give her five stars but so far every visit has required at least an hour wait in the waiting room and the administrative and billing part of her business is... disappointing.

I was there today and by far I received the best service. Dr Casteen was very thorough. She explained everything I needed to know and made her best recommendations for my problem. I went in there thinking I had big problem but thanks to her explanation and service I left office feeling better about my eye condition. I would recommend. She explains everything you need to know. Very happy with service

Great staff, great Dr. Even when busy, they were still attentive and caring, as well as professional.

This place is extremely slow we have been here for over an hour for my sons eye exam and we are the only ones in here and still havent seen the dr this is insane if he didnt need the exam now I would definitely leave and not come back this is ridiculous. Hopefully when she does come in the service gets better. I dont normally do reviews but Im tired of people taking up our time when we had an appointment and they dont care aact like we dont have things to do but wait wait wait and wait some more this is un called for . Well thank God she was a super sweet and nice Dr very informative and helpful will be back.
