Sydney was extremely helpful with all of mine and my families optical needs. She went above and beyond for us, and the customer service was great! 10/10 would highly recommend. If you’re looking for professional and friendly service, definitely the place to go.

I did not expect much as my 3 girls and I walked into the Rosedale Hwy Target Optical, but was so pleasantly surprised by the service, and attention we received. The Doctor was so very kind, and extremely knowledgeable and up to date with his practice. He put all 3 of my girls at ease and they loved him. The love for his job and what he was doing really showed, and that is not something I have experienced very often nor expected to see. (Paula) was the office staff who was helping to fit our glasses on this busy Thursday, and she so kindly went above and beyond for us. She was alone working the entire office with a full plate on her hands. I knew it must have been so stressful to handle appointments, the phone, and then trying to fit everyone’s glasses as well as run the register, but she worked her tail off, and did it so very well! So many people become “hardened” when dealing with the public and all of our “problems”, but this beautiful lady made myself, and my family feel as if we were the only ones there. The kindness oozed from her, and she had so much knowledge in the Optical field, I could tell she had been doing this job for awhile now. Thank you Rosedale Hwy Target Optical for your kindness, and recommendations, and help. Give this lady a Raise! She is definitely deserving of it, and so much more. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Sydney is beyond rude and I will not go back nor ever recommend anyone. I have used Target Optical for my family for years. Stockdale location is wonderful. They have excellent customer service skills.The exam on Rosedale was an awful experience with the staff and picking up my kids glasses was even worse.If you want major attitude and someone who really doesn’t care this is the place to go.We will NEVER be back. You just lost several families.

Exam was quick. Not sure if thats a good thing. Other doctors Ive seen take their time checking your eyes. And the waiting area was dirty.

Edit: My husband was sold a very expensive BIFOCAL because he needed reading glasses. Instead of the dr explaining that he just needed reading glasses, he led him to believe he needed a bifocal. When my husband picked them up, he looked at his prescription- it literally said “nothing” and “nothing” on the top of the lens and +1.00 on the bottom. My husband paid a lot out of pocket for them not understanding what was going on. Luckily he got a refund- but what a waste of time and money. I low key feel scammed. The reading glasses are right there by the place and they’re literally $12.99!!!!My frames are starting to cause pain on my ear like they don’t fit properly so I have to deal with them at least two more times and I’m not excited. I will never go here again.Original Post after appointments: Everyone was super nice!!! They saw us on 4th of July- right on time, quick, and they sanitize all frames that you try on. Took MES insurance! Great options and warranty plan. L👀k forward to my new glasses soon.

The older lady that works here was extremely rude to me and my son. She was not welcoming at all.

The male doctor is very rude making rude comments about how bad my vision is and was very unprofessional

Needed an eye exam, saw Dr Bhutani Vasudha . Very professional efficient and fast. She went out of her way to explain Eye health and what I can do in terms of my vision. I will always go back just to see this Doctor. She did an outstanding job, I would highly recommend her. Thank you Dr.

This was my first time coming to Target Optical and I loved my experience! Dr. Bhutani Vasudha is very professional and goes out of her way to give you quality care. Not to mention, she is super patient and it’s notice she enjoys what she does unlike. I would definitely recommend her!

I was greeted nicely and Sydney helped me tonight and gave a me great deal on a pair of glasses with all the works. Saving over $300. Totally happy . 😄

Dont go unless you have a month to wait for your glasses

Target Optical is not a part of the Target Store.Target Optical holds hours of 9-6pm, however this does not mean a physician will be present.There are multiple sales reps that will give conflicting information for scheduling.So, to play the he said she said game, I made an appointment for 5pm, being told they were open till 6 and anytime would work up to 6. The next day, I get a call asking to come in at 4. I expressed that it would be difficult, but would try. Not intending to be late I was able to make it at @ 5:10 due to heavy traffic. Surely thinking I made it well before 6pm. However, being Friday, not quite sure because they are open on the weekend also, the Doctor had left because I had been rescheduled for 4pm. I was also told I was called twice to make sure I was still coming, but this is clearly a cover. I did not receive a call or a voicemail. Worst thing to top off the day is I drove an hour to be there. And all I got was this apology.... Apologies do not count for much Dr. Yang. and being open till 6 without a physician present is just a waste of paying a rep to say you are not there, but can schedule an appointment that you will not keep anyhow; so why even be in business? Had no other choice but to go to Wal Mart Vision where a physician actually stays to run the business for customers because scheduled patients obviously are owed no fiduciary duty at Target Optical.

Called at 10:30 they had an appointment open at 12:30. Showed up on time and I guess the doctor decided to go to lunch. It would be an issue but i drove across town to get this done.
