Granddaughter had a 12: noon appointment,got there a little early, and she got started on her exam, and by 12:45we were done, came back in (1 1/2 hrs and picked up both pairs🤓😎! And she looked great in Them 🤗👀🤔. Plus they take Medical and insurance,. and conveniently located by the Big Five, and Valley plaza 😁 shopping 🛍️ malls.

People make sure you ask where this glasses are made from just bought Michael kors glasses said made in china and Hong Kongo .Those glasses should be made in Italy. Other than that services was good.

Eyemart was awesome! My son broke his Rx glasses twice so I could no longer use my insurance at our optometrist so I walked into eyemart express with my sons Rx and within 25 min I received a text saying my sons glasses were ready. The staff were extremely friendly and even told my son to pick out a second pair of cheap frames and they gave him a back up pair of Rx glasses at no charge. The total price was $144 and got redused to $115 when I showed my military ID . My son has glasses on time for summer school.

They are really busy but I didnt have to wait too long and Eddie the person assisting me was great about going through my options to make sure I got what would suit me best. And the lab tech is a mad man crafting glasses like crazy. Ill be getting a text in an hour or so to pick them up!

The employees at this store were awesome. I lost my glasses and needed new ones ASAP. They helped me find exactly what I needed. Not the expensive Coach frames or the new Ray Bans but the ones that looked the best even though they weren’t the most expensive frames on the shelf. I ended up getting two pairs and the store had them both ready in less than an hour!

Excellent service! I had a good experience with optometry next door, Pham Optometry. Dr Pham examined my eyes & took the time to educate me and answer my questions. Oh my goodness! Best place ever!!! I went in and everyone was so nice!!! Excellent customer service! I was super happy! I went in late and I was in really bad need of my glasses and they helped me getting them the same day even though I went in pretty late! My glasses were ready in 16-20 minutes! Of course everyone are different! But expect your glasses in a time period of an hour unless they are busy. Love the fact that they are not pushing you to buy stuff like other places! First time going there to just get some prices for my daughter who was definitely in need of new glasses. Their was one lady by the name of Hilda who had excellent customer service. She showed us the kids glasses & we were just so excited of the prices for the frames. Then she said we also have more in the drawers. So my daughter was super happy to see all the different colors & styles to choose from. Hilda told us about The Back to School special they were having. The total she gave us was super awesome, I could believe it how cheap our total was for 2 pairs of glasses. Then I asked when will they be ready? She told me tomorrow. I was shocked to hear that. She made me one happy Mom & YES I will be returning from now on to purchase my family’s glasses. 👓

I had a very positive experience at Eyemart. First of all, I was a walk-in client, no appointment. I saw the optometrist, he tested my eyes and gave me the eye prescription. I took it to the next step, which was to pick out my frames. The people working in the eyeglass frame section were very, very professional, friendly, and put me at ease about how long it would be before my glasses were ready. Since I walked in late in the afternoon, it was too late to pick them up the same day. I walked in close to 5 PM. The next day my glasses were ready. They fitted my glasses on my face, and I was very very pleased with the service. Correction, I am very pleased with the service. I received two pairs of glasses, one being shades, and paid a little over $200 for both pairs. The last time I saw an optometrist and got my glasses, I paid more $2,000. Eyemart is truly special. They have a customer for life with me.

I was there yesterday, Monday and it was an awesome experience. The assistant got us taken care of quick, she was very efficient and polite. Knowledgeable about her position, she knew what glasses we could view and what to expect during our visit. Even the assistant who attended us during the pick up was phenomenal. My daughter got 2 new pairs of glasses for the current promotion deal, 2 for $40. My price in Bakersfield CA was $38.71! AND I picked up both pairs in 20mins😆I mean come on thats insane. At least, that was my experience. I picked a good day to go thats for sure. Well definitely be coming back to grab my others daughters set and possibly some for myself. Bad enough its this difficult to get eyewear in America, its places like this that ease the trouble of getting a new pair of glasses around here. Honestly they exceeded my expectations! My usual place didn’t have appointment to more than a week out plus I would have to wait for my glasses. Great brands, clean office and excellent customer service by Travis who helped me. He had professional etiquette and welcoming attitude. I called at least a 6 times to make sure they could do my daughters glasses, my mom was taking her down there and I didnt want them to come out empty handed. The ladies that answered were so helpful and patient! They checked to see if they had the right lenses in stock and answered all my questions. My mom went in with my daughter and already had multiple very cute glasses picked out! Her pair were ready with in the hour even with the bifocal. The lady fitting her glasses was so kind and patient making sure they didnt rub on her ears.

Excellent service and had our glasses ready is much less time than we expected even though my hubby and I both had more complex prescriptions. This is my first time ordering progressive lenses and I love them already. Even when they get busy they work hard to service as quickly as they can. In the past my granddaughter had broken my frames the day before we left on vacation. We live 2-3/4 hr away but stopped in Bakersfield on the way and they promptly replaced the frames in minutes. Thank you for another great experience. Don’t mind the drive for this service.

Travis, the General Manager, gave excellent customer service to each person there, even though it was very busy.I was able to pick out the frames while waiting and were able to pick them up the same day. Love the variety of frames, and yes it may be pricey, but you also get what you pay for. Would recommend anyone to come here

Staff was very helpful, the optometrist was very informative about my prescription. It only took them 30 minutes to complete my glasses. Very affordable.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because when I asked them when my glasses were gonna be ready to pick up because I was wondering if it was possible that they would be ready by the end of the same day because I live over an hour away and was hoping I didn’t have to make an extra trip back, he said “unfortunately that’s not possible because the lab was really busy” and wouldn’t ya know... on my way home, just as I was about to pull into my driveway I get a text from Eyemart saying my glasses were ready... and when I called back to see if it was some sort of mistake the guy who answered was the same guy who told me that it was impossible for them to be ready that day, so I only had a little over an hour to make it back down there before they closed and luckily I made it with just a couple mins to spare before they closed up

I went to the store the eye doctor is it located right in the store after that I shop for my glasses and customer service was excellent being under the covet the service was prompt can I receive the eyeglasses within 24 hours am I purchased affordable prices great deals.

All you need to do is get your prescription and boom!! Pick your glasses and wait 1-2 hrs. Its a very friendly place . The employees are very nice and helpful . The glasses I ordered were ready in less than one hour . However the only problem I have is that the glasses dont feel comfortable . I have been using it for about one month and still they dont feel right . I have never had this problem before with new glasses from different stores .

Was a little busy when I walked in,however I didn’t have an appointment. I also had to waitA little to long to get my glasses adjusted. The gradient tint wasn’t to my satisfaction so they had to redue 1 pair, so between the eye exam and actually walking out the door, the complete process took 5 hrs 15 min. BUT SATISFIED!!

Always friendly, though busy. Ive spent hours here browsing with my daughter and we didnt mind. They have much more stock to choose from than most places (you can see more in the drawers) and the staff are really friendly and will help pick out frames when you dont have someone to tell you what works with youre face!Also, have had to replace my daughters glasses more than once with the one year warranty and theyve always come through. They were even kind enough to give us a discount when my daughter lost her brand new pair in the ocean! Thanks guys.

I have been there many times and am usually very pleased. Customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. The value is good. I paid just over $100 for 2 pairs of glasses. They charge extra for high prescriptions and extra for their lens package which includes 1 yr warranty scratch protection anti glare and a tint If you want one. A one year warranty on the frames is free. If you buy the lens package the complete set of glasses are covered for one year. That means if you scratch or break them they will replace them as many times as you need. You can also go from clear to tinted or vice versa. They make the glasses within the time frame they give you, usually within 1 hr. They told me 3 hrs last time and they were done in 28 minutes. Theyll text you when they are done.My only complaint is they get busy and it is first come first serve so the wait can be long. Also you have to sign in both when you want service and when you pick up even if its just a 1/2 hr. I highly recommend them If you want reasonable prices and want them fast. Oh If you break the frame they can change them out in 5 minutes. So depending on the wait I am frequently in and out in 10 minutes.

I took my mother in to get a new prescription and two pairs of glasses. Cassandra Z helped us with the glasses and she was very helpful and spent a lot of time picking out the perfect ones that my mother liked. We picked up one pair the next day and she said it would be two weeks for the other one but we received a text 9 days later that they came in early. Just be advised it is not realistically possible to get the 2 for $69 or $79 for progressive because the frames are limited and there are add on options that you will need/want. Her eye exam and two pairs of glasses was $485 which I feel was still a good price.
