Jay was gentle,through, extremely explicative and painless!Because of my receding gum lines I was expecting pain and discomfort si nice that was I was used to in my cleanings, but to my delight none was felt during the procedure!! I wanted to hug JAY! He then confirmed what I already knew about how poor was my condition, and offered me a treatment to help me with my sensitivity! I didn’t even know one existed , so for $45 I jumped at the opportunity to find relief of my past painful existence, which I dreaded but knew nothing of a temporary relief prior to other necessary things I needed to have done asap, when I was able to have them scheduled to have done.So my heart goes out to Jay for an excellent job well done!! If you are vegan, vegetarian, Jewish, or Muslim (dont consume pork) make sure you ask a lot of questions before any procedures (and probably just avoid this place altogether).I went for two consultations here (first with regular dentist, second with oral surgeon) for a broken wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. Only because I asked a ton of questions did I find out that they were planning to put gelfoam in my mouth. I asked what it is and the dental assistant didnt answer me so I had to google it on my own. Its a pork product. I told them Im vegan and Jewish and asked them for a non-pork alternative. They told me find another dentist. This, of course, was after they were already paid for 2 exams plus x-rays. A complete waste of time and money.*Edit: After I posted this review, the office called me to refund my copay for the second visit with the oral surgeon. I do appreciate their willingness to do so, as many wouldnt. However, any good doctor should make sure the patient understands and consents to the procedure. The oral surgeon was clearly in a rush to get on to the next patient and did not explain anything. I had told her directly that I am vegan, but she was still perfectly willing to put something in my body without my knowledge or consent, and thats not okay under any circumstances.

This dental office and Its staff, have shown me that I don’t have to fear going to the dentist. I had to get a dental implant and a tooth pulled and she was so wonderful! She made me feel 100% comfortable and had a very gentle touch. I have been putting this off for so many years and I’m so happy I found this place. My dental surgeon only works at this office two days a week but between her and the front desk staff they made sure they got me in. It’s super clean and everyone is very nice and professional. I won’t go anywhere else.

This dental office scams patients and doesn’t keep track of their own medical records. Please do yourself a favor and go seek dental care somewhere else. The owner likes to reply to these reviews and insist that anyone dissatisfied was not a patient. This should be a clear red flag to anyone. If you’re spending more time with the office/billing manager than the dentist each time you visit… something is terribly wrong. I will be reporting this facility to the Florida Dental Association for unethical and improper practices.

This business is so unprofessional, I simply asked for a refund because they charged me for Invisalign and then told me they haven’t even ordered my trays yet because I have to see an endo doctor first. That was understood but my question was why did I get charged first for service I won’t be able to receive. The manager then proceeded to ask me “why did you pay then?” I received attitude from the manager Tara and posted a review and was manipulated and told to delete the review, after I refused- it turns out they went ahead and deleted my review. I hope the owners realize what kind of people they have working for their business. I’ve been in the service industry for years and never told a customer that I’m too busy to handle their refund problem because it’s not an emergency. This dental office is a scam, I paid for my Invisalign in full a month ago only to find out that they haven’t ordered the trays. How do you charge someone 5000 dollars for something they haven’t started yet? I proceeded to ask for a refund to get it done elsewhere and this extremely rude woman named Tiara on the phone said she has it on her list of things to do and she will do it when she’s done with everything else. She then hung up on me in the middle of the phone call. They should learn how to treat paying customers because that was just ridiculous.

Front office assistants were polite and helpful. Was able to see the Dental Hygienist as soon as I sat down. They provided enhanced safety protocols by blocking off seating arrangements in the lobby. My dentist did an awesome job with my cleaning. Great service, and even better staff. Everything was smooth and painless!Highly recommend for anyone in the Miami-Dade area.

First all, this was my first time attending an appointment here. The doctor who attended me was respectful, clear with the instructions and recommendations. The same was with the technician, a kindly and friendly person.The moment most disgusting and awful was with the new “General Manager”. This person was very prepotent. I don’t know why this kind of person is at the front desk especially when is attending patients. This person (I dont know her name) had a bad attitude with me and my husband, because it was our first appointment, and my case included a cleaning treatment. The excuse of this person was that my treatment needed more time than the usual cleaning. The reality I wasnt booked on the list of cleaning treatment, despite that it was included in my first appointment...My children are patients and the previous experience was amazing. All the staff is super friendly and kindly with disposition to help. But this last time was disappointing.I hope you guys can apply the corrections. My family and I will never come back again.

Making an appointment was fast and easy. I confirmed they were in network before scheduling the appointment. As indicated by my insurance company, the initial consult was at no cost and that was confirmed by the office. After initial consult I was seen by another dentist at the same visit and then scheduled for a cleaning the next day. All visits were covered by insurance. The x-ray tech was fast and very competent, as was the technician who did the cleaning. The two dentists were excellent as well I am waiting for the insurance company to confirm whether the planned work is covered. If so I will be returning to get the work done. Very good experience overall.

Been looking for an affordable dental office for months. Went to aspen dental for partials they wanted well over $8,000 for upper and lower partials. I pass. Then I saw a commercial for zoc doc where you can find a doctor, dentist, etc. So I type my zip code, and search for a dentist. And up comes dental options. Made my appointment thru the app and they text and email me everything I need to set up my appointment and questionnaire forms. Arrived at my appointment and within 5 mins was called in and X-rays started, then the review and my options with the dentist Ms Acosta, And then my cost. $2606. For upper and lower partials that don’t require any denture adhesive and it will be ready in 3 weeks. Very happy I found this place and the staff was super nice and very pleasant and the view from there office over looks the city of Aventura from the 8th floor.

The dental hygienist was extremely professional and so was the doctor but the reception staff is not great. First of all their text messaging system kept telling me that my appointment was at 9:30 AM and then I was rudely advised by the front staff that my appointment was at 9 AM and that I was “late“. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with them, given that they sent me an appointment confirmation via text message stating I had an appointment at 5:30 PM on Wednesday and when I got there they said I had no appointment. They’re scheduling system is outdated and their front staff needs better training.

There are many dental establishments in Miami - very unorganize and was insulted for being misgendered. I suffer from dystonia of the neck and epilepsy and they almoat caused me to have a seizure due to carelessness in the front office. I am happy that this happed before i went inside the actual office.

After driving a long distance to get to the office calling in between to make sure dr Alexander was there ,Finally got to the office was told by the receptionist the doctor was there and i just had to pay. the receptionist made me pay first then sign . after I paid she then said the doctor was not there. Then the dental assistants started to talk about me in Spanish thinking i wouldn’t understand. I highly don’t recommend coming here if you Are big on customer service

I needed an emergency appointment. The office staff was helpful, courteous and made the appointment quickly the same day. Upon arrival the staff again was friendly and helpful. The dental assistant, and dental hygienist were fantastic. They were both kind and highly skilled. Dr. S. Montero was my dentist and we had not bet before. He was polite, well informed and very professional. I give this practice and Dr. Montero my highest recommendation. I am a physician with 25 years of practice and I am familiar with offices and proper professional behavior and skill sets. This office and Dr. Montero have my respect and admiration.Thank you

Not your mom and pop dental practice, everything is modern and efficient...The views from the rooms are amazing, and the staff is professional and empathetic. While this practice offers just about everything under the sun...The best part, is that they don’t push extra, more expensive services. This was the third practice my family has tried in the Aventura area, and finally, we are done looking.

First time patient and new resident to Florida. My daughter called in on a Tuesday afternoon and I was scheduled for the very next day, Wednesday evening. My daughter received all the necessary paperwork to fill out via text so when we arrived everyone was ready for us. We got there fifteen minutes early just in case, the front desk staff was very pleasant and inviting. I was taken back at the exact time of my appointment and had such a great experience both with the assistant and the doctor. I was thoroughly evaluated, the appropriate tests were done, everyone took their time, no rushing and I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the entire office. Best of all I felt so comfortable because everyone spoke Spanish so I was able to communicate. My insurance benefits were my out of pocket expenses were explained thorough- I was extremely pleased with my experience. Will definitely recommend this office.

I went to this office for see the Endodontist, the first thing was wrong is they told me I have to pry 47$ Because my insurance don’t cover that when I schedule my appointment.... and I say ok, then when I went to my appointment they charge me 53,80$ and I ask and they told me I have to pay that, soy paid it.... the doctor take like 1 and half hour just for look a X-rays, the assistant just did it in few minutes..... on top of that now they are charging me more money because they have a problem with the insurance, ( the insurance send me this place in the list of places I can go) I’m asking for a receipt with details, and they send me a receipt with a wrong description....

Ive been coming here for a few years now ever since I had the most terrible experience with a previous dental office and I must say I am very pleased with their service and especially the staff!! In my most recent visits (during covid times), I felt safe as they followed all protocols. Check in was done via phone and my temperature was taken as soon as they called my turn. Now for the staff, Dr. Hernandez and her assistant Melana has been apart of my treatment team for the past several years and they are amazing!! Melana is kind, always on top of things, extremely patient and gentle which is so rare to find nowadays and most of all she makes me feel so comfortable at every visit. Dr. Hernandez is so sweet as well! She takes her time to explain things to me and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I know if they are both there, I am going to have a great visit! If anyone is looking for a new dental office, this is the one and you must ask for Dr.Hernandez and Melana because they are the very best!

The worse experience ever!!! Dental option gave-me a option to sign a consent another wise I have to go back home with a pain, that was a provisory cement, I want a permanent cement, I did not have the choice but sign and pay $50.00 knowing through them that it wont last longer, I also knew, but the Dentist mention I was not a Dentist therefore I could not request what I want, next day I have to go to the other place pay again, to have a permanent cement, since next morning day the one crown that they place, was displace Im glad it is good until now, the Dental Option in my opinion is a kind like fast food, next!! next!! next!!! I will never go back in that place ever again.

I love this place. I have been a patient here since 2014, and will not go anywhere else. My dentist is Cristina Hernandez DDS, & my hygienist is Yana RDH. They are both honest & humble. This place is clean & very professional. The office staff works with you step by step. For my military brothers & sisters this office accepts both, Tricare-Concordia for active duty, & Tricare Concordia for reservists.

My visits are always pleasant. Everyone is very attentive to your needs .

Professionals, no waiting, excellent treatment ! highly recommended!Dr. Horesh and her assistant Milana were very professional and delicate providing treatment. However, the first assistant, Berta, was very rough and had no patience and for 2 weeks I had to be in a liquid diet due to pain.

This practice will illegally keep the teeth of your child despite the tooth not having any cavities or fillings without your permission and sell it for research. The staff became irate and aggressive when my sister asked for her sons teeth and refused to give them back despite CDC guidelines clearly stating that it’s permissible . They have no respect for our culture and spiritual beliefs, I couldn’t believe a dentist would or could speak to a patients family in the manner that she did. I would not recommend this practice at all if you desire respect, honesty and full disclosure of your rights as a patient.

First time today and I found it to be clean, friendly staff, and accommodating. I called yesterday and they were able to book me for today. Came in for a cleaning which was done by hygienist Margarita who was gentle, friendly, and overall did a great job. Lastly, was informed the need for a crown. Dr. Montero and assistant were great, friendly, gentle, and experienced. Moreover, due to the urgency, I was offered to start the process today which was done by Dr. Montero. Overall, I had a great experience and recommend 100%.

I love the dental hygienist. This is a one stop shop for dental, orthodontic, and endodontic services. The downside would be the conversations between the ladies at the check-in and check out desk ignoring you, and the dentists don’t stay with this practice very long. It’s been years since I had a dentist that worked in the office for over a year.

I love everything about dental options except for the receptionist, otherwise I would leave a 5 stars review.This is like my 4th visit and I always have a problem with her so does my husband. She is always rude and does not welcome the guests warmly. I walked in today and was not wearing a mask, not because I did it on purpose, I did not know the policies otherwise I would have come inside wearing one. Instead of offering one, she gave me a not so nice look and did not give me options. Come on, its a dentist office, there has to be one to offer or if not its ok, but be nice about it. Offer solutions instead of giving dirty looks. Thank God, another staff member was able to get one for me. The doctors are always nice and friendly and very professional as well as the dentist assistants. I don’t know her name but she seems like she is not happy. We all have bad days, but with her my bad experience is every time I go there.

I went there to have my teeth cleaned. My teeth are relatively good. The special I found out about on their website for new patients was $59 for x-ray (the staff is very nice and seemed competent at this part) and cleaning. It wasnt bad. But the main reason I went there to clean my teeth was bc I could see the little brownish spot in-between my bottom teeth. Unfortunately it wasnt gone. The brownish spot from buildup in the back of my bottom teeth stayed, too. I was a bit disappointed. However, they did a relatively good job on the little buildup itself that I had in the back of my bottom teeth. It does feel a bit better. The cleaning was manual and on their website they dont specify that the $59 special is not the professional cleaning, but the regular one (I had no idea there were different kinds of cleaning). I shouldve known better that for this price I shouldnt have expected complete cleaning.P.S. in the beginning I was told it would take 1 to 1,5 hours to clean them, but she only spent half an hour on my teeth. I wish they took time to completely clean them as I was told, cuz its NOT something thats IN the teeth, its something ON them. But as I said, if you want them cleaned nicely, get the professional cleaning instead

My second experience at dental options was 20/10.I came again for a cavity I had and Ive never had a more painless process thanks to Andreina and Dr.Hernandez.I was again taken in the shortest amount of time and both treated me with such gentleness.They talked me through each step which calmed me down a lot.The cavity was out in about 5 minutes.Very clean, fast and painless.I really recommend Andreina and Dr.Hernandez who were amazing and recommend going to Dental Options. :)

At Dental Options, you have no option. I wish there was an option for ZERO stars...Apparently, a medical act is imposed on people now! I went for teeth cleaning and they refused to do it because I refused the x-rays.The following conversation happened with a lady from the administration not with a doctor. Unfortunately, I did not inquire for her name.“The FDA requires us to do x -rays annually!”.“So, I HAVE TO do it? How about you let the doctor visually inspect my mouth and if there is something of concern, maybe I am considering the x-ray?”I did fix everything last August overseas, at a 10th of a price and 10x quality of the service, so I really didn’t need to be irradiated.“It is minimal dose of radiation. You get more from the sun!”“Then, why do you cover my body with a led shield?”“If you don’t want the x-ray, the doctor cannot see you!”“Ok, then let’s do the cleaning”.“No, we cannot”.Not to mention that they do about 30 pictures with technology from 10 years ago - very uncomfortable and it takes about 20 min. (I did have a complete check and x-rays in May last year).It looks like all they care about is how much money they can get. “Just a cleaning” did not sound good...

I have a refund due and these people refuse to give me my money. First they overcharge you, then when you have a credit due they make you fill out forms to get your own money back. After forms, youre told to wait 7 to 10 days. I waited. Now its been a month and every time I call, I am told administration has been texted the office is waiting to hear back. Seriously? Who is administration and why is it taking weeks to hear from them?? They probably think I will give up and go away but I wont. I will keep fighting to get my money from these thieves. I will contact the BBB and a lawyer next.

Office staff was amazing! Everyone was professional, they all were very informed in their part of the job. Beautiful View from the dentist chair, we all know how going to a dentist can be anxiety causing. That beautiful view and open office space takes that away. After my service as I was ready to leave the receptionist even found extra discounts with my insurance so I would have a lower copay. Very pleased with this office
