The worst experience I have had!! They locked me me a room and tried to charge me for extensive work. All they care about is money.

Stellar staff, super clean comfortable office with surprisingly little wait time. Doctor Rezakhani is so gentle (painless procedure) and patient, taking the time to educate me fully about the procedure and all my treatment options. I know Im always in expert hands. With her focus on the tiniest details, I take confidence in knowing Ill receive not only the best treatment but achieve the best possible result as well. I often tell my clients that, your smile is your best social media, and thats why I refer them to her all the time.

Dr. Rezakhani is a trusted dentist for me and my entire family for over a decade. Your comfort and excellent results is her utmost priority. Dental procedures are never fun yet she ensures you are as comfortable as you can be during and after the procedure.

They will take your money. They quoted me 3 different things and at the end I ended up paying the most expensive one because they do not take insurance anymore and I spoke with Carmen who told me I was gonna be honored the price of the insurance and they did not honor it to me and they told me this after they already did the procedure. They charged me $2,000 for what another dentist in Fort Lauderdale charged me $700. Also I had just done a cleaning two weeks ago and when the nurse was preparing me for the crown she said I needed a cleaning very bad. They also told me I needed 3 crowns and the dentist in fort lauderdale that was much more professional and careful told me I only needed 1. They obviously just want your money. Avoid getting ripped off and hurt and go somewhere else

Dr. Niloufar Rezakhani is a great dentist. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is a perfectionist in her field and she always insures that a procedure is done exactly right. I cannot thank her and her staff enough to make this experience a great experience. I highly recommend her and this clean and great office. Thank you for your great service.

DO NOT COME. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A MEDICAL “PROFESSIONAL”.Initially they quoted me at $4000 and later change the price to $9000 after I had already had my teeth removed. I went to get a second opinion from another doctor who told me that I would need a sinus lift. Upon learning this, I reached out to this center and let them know of the other doctor’s second opinion. They told me that I would not need a sinus lift because the implants that they use are smaller and therefore will not impact the sinuses. Months later after performing a CT scan on me, they told me that I would need a sinus lift which would raise the initial estimate an additional $5000 totaling $9000 for the whole procedure. Essentially they lied to me about having advanced implant technology (having smaller dental implants that would negate the need for a sinus lift).Before these payment issues and back-and-forth about needing or not needing a sinus lift, I had issues with them due to poor fitting dental flippers. Dental flippers are basically fake teeth that they use as a placeholder after you get your teeth removed. I paid $800 per dental flipper and they didn’t fit well. One of them actually had jagged edges and was cutting my gums. I explained to them that my gum was being cut and that I was tasting blood constantly because of the poorly made dental flipper and they told me that I would just have to get used to it. This could have lead to infection and further complications including the need for gum grafting. After three weeks of calling them incessantly and complaining about the pain that I was in and the extreme discomfort I experience with the $800 dental flipper they finally agreed to make me a new one for free. The new one was significantly better and was not cutting my gum. The point is they didn’t listen to me at the beginning and I had to literally called them every day and complain for them to do something about it.Their appointment system is also another issue. You will agree to a time and date on the phone and will later be texted a confirmation with a completely different time and day. I explained this to them many times and they have yet to fix it.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not, do not, do not go here.

I live in Texas, but I would rather go to Florida and this center for my dental care because they are honest, professional, caring and clean! Dr. Rezakhani is an excellent, genuine and amazing dentist who goes beyond and above to provide the care you need!

I was fortunate to meet and have Ms Barbie my hygienist work on my gums and was very impressed by the professional care. I would highly recommend, the care was detailed and well defined every step of the way. I felt comfortable and empowered.

The experience was great. I felt at ease. everything was explained to me. I was given the actual quote with no hidden charges. It is very rare nowadays to receive such great customer service. all personnel demonstrated that they do care for the client and the client is number one. I give them a five (5) star rating.

WOW, what a great clinic! Very clean and orderly. They treated me like Ive been going there for years! I got a cleaning, very cheap with X-rays and a free consultation. Turned out I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. Which was quick and completely painless!I highly recommend Dr. Garg and the Center for dental implants. My wife will be seeing him to as well!

Came here with a Groupon a few years ago for a teeth cleaning and have been coming ever since. The entire staff is consistently friendly and make me feel like an important client each time I visit. I called for an emergency the day before I had a really really bad toothache infection. They were able to fit me in today. I receive excellent attention from everyone. Really professional and they send me emails, give me a brochure etc.... They take the time to explain me all the process and fees. They worked with me with my insurance also.The doctor was amazing. Great experience even though I wish i didnt the pain !

I had a deep cleaning, three extractions and bone grafting done today. I felt no pain whatsoever. The staff made me feel so welcomed. They had music playing. We talked about different movies and actors. Yes, during my extractions and grafting. The manager checked on me. When i say i felt like i was at home, they really made an effort to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. I recommend Center for Dental Implants to everyone. Go in for your complimentary consultation. You wont regret it. Its been 7 hours since my surgery and my face is not swollen. I have no pain. I did take ibuprofen at 6 to prevent any pain. I feel great. Theres nothing to fear. I was nervous too. But calmed down after my first tooth was pulled and realized i had absolutely nothing to worry about. Ill tell you what hurt the most..... Pulling the band aid off my arm when i got home. (From where they drew blood). I highly recommend this office.

What a great experience at a dentist office. All of the staff were very professional and courteous and respectful. Free consultation and CT scan. Im hoping for a better price but at least they are straight forward with what work they will perform. I am still shopping for a better deal but if I cant find one I may end up having them install my implants anyway.

First visit was for cleaning. The staff was excellent and the job was good. They told me that i had to get 3 fillings done. I got one done that day and everything was good. The second visit to get the another 2 fillings done was horrible. I had to wait awhile and the dental assistant had an attitude problem. She had long fake nails and lots of bracelets on. She started putting her bracelets on my face and her fake nails in my mouth. I felt so uncomfortable and she was aggressive. I wanted them to stop but they didnt want to. I told her how i felt at the end and she started arguing with me. She was very unprofessional.

The consultation services are free, the staff are active listeners. My dentist was very helpful and educational. That was just my initial visit. I can only assume that this professionalism is the norm at this establishment.

This was my first visit to the Center and I was impressed by the attention to details and perfection in providing the service. I had a tooth extracted, bone building, and a permanent bridge placed in a single day, despite the staff having to stay well after their regular hours. Everyone from the receptionist and office manager to the two dentists, technicians, and Dr. Arun Garg spared no effort to provide the highest level of service. After 8 hours of procedure, I still have no pain or discomfort.I recommend this facility to any one who is looking for an honest opinion and or dental work. I would return again if I need any assistance in future.

This dental office should be closed down it took me 9 months to get my implants. My mouth kept getting sores and Dr Sigillio said I cant understand but not in a nice way. Then she had a baby and said to me I only work once a week I had a baby. The denist is only there once a week Friday so if you have a pro men you are out of luck wait till Fridaencey. They charged me 3600 for 3 implants but I can only use two dont open your mouth anout anything because then they become nasty and will make you experience terrible. I told her i went to my friend to look at my mouth because its swollen she handed me the teeth and said to there. The worst but I am going to sue them but mouth is all swollen I contacted an attorney

Im terrified to go to the dentist and dreaded making an much needed appointment. Dr. Cook was excellent at calming my nerves and very sweet and knowledgeable. Im a smoker and instead of going on and on about how bad it was she offered me solutions to keep my teeth white, at least until Im ready to quit. The office is really clean and I never had much of a wait. The staff is friendly and I would definitely go back. Also something unique the chairs were very comfortable and seemed to have this very light pulsing action which helped me to stay calm. I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Garg but never had him personally examine me.

I got a groupon awhile back for an X-ray, clean, and exam. They Claimed they couldnt do a clean because I need a deep clean, which I would have to purchase first. After becoming worried about my teeth, I went to another dentist in sunny isles, who found everything is normal and was surprised that I would be asked for a deep clean. Went to another dentist recently and still my teeth are healthy.This experience reflected how this clinic operates and I havent been back since.

The absolute worst. Wasted 2,500 just to have my implant crack and some shifty filling work. Never again! Worst experience ever!!! Unknowledgeable staff and all they do is lie.They also dropped my implant and laughed about it. Not professional, money hungry,should be shut down!!!Dr Sigillio does not know what she is doing and her assistant isnt well trained either! Go someplace else and get your moneys worth!!

I had a great experience with Center for Dental Implants from the very first time I went into the office for a consultation, the entire staff was very professional and friendly. Dr Rezakhani is the most patient and compassionate woman I have ever met. What I really love about her is that she truly enjoys what she does, she gets way more excited than you the patient. I spent more than 8hrs in the office getting my entire bottom portion of my mouth done with crowns and permanent bridges. I had some anxiety at first, but Dr Rezakhani talks to me gently and helping me to take deep breaths and calm me down. She plays music for me and even give me some private time for praying. I am truly greatly to her for the amazing work that she has done, I still cant believe how beautiful my teeth are looking right now and I finally have the confidence to smile and go out to eat without feeling embarrassed. Everyone in the office truly make this day special. Carmen is the best office manager even when I thought I have no options, she helps me to find a solution. Thanks to Casy for always helping with my braces, and Barbie for taking care of my cleaning, and to Alina for helping me the entire 8hrs throughout the procedure. I referred a patient to this office who has a high level of dental anxiety and she had an absolutely wonderful experience.
