What a disappointing experience. After I spent a good amount of money following their instructions on what was needed. They didn’t back up their job. I was no happy with the job but I didn’t say anything. When I started to have pain is When I went to see them again as I thought I had warranty on the job done. They said that the job was well done and I had to do something else that will cost me more money. I just couldn’t believe the lack of customer service and the lack care. Is just about making money on this place.

First time and last time. Check in was fairly quick.Pressured me in to doing x ray, I explained I recently had x ray, since I see a dentist every 3 months for cleaning, I changed due to insurance changes. They wouldn’t touch me without x rays which was unnecessary. All I wanted was a routine cleaning, without being forced into non medical necessary x rays. (Where is the patients rights?)Also no privacy all patient rooms are open everyone can see and hear your business.Never did cleaning and left. Will return to my old dentist even if I have to pay out of pocket.

Excellent office, Dr and staff very professional, polite, they take their time to explain and give the best option. The office is clean and high technology . Highly recommended.

First time here, have not been to a dentist for way too long and have anxiety abt dental offices. I feel very happy and grateful that out of all dentists this is where I ended up making an appointment. The staff is EXTREMELY kind , nice, polite. The girl at the front desk is so sweet!! The lady doctor is sooo gentle and takes the time to reassure you and explain everything to you. This place is top notch👍 👌 . The office is very very clean and the equipment looks all new. If i would have known this i wouldve came here waaay sooner. Do not hesitate. This place is AWESOME 👍 . Thank you so much ladies !!!! Cant wait for my whole treatment.

Would only recommend seeing Dr Oliva Perez she handled my cleanings perfectly well knowing that I had gingivitis and issues like easy gum bleeds. The guy doc barely saw the teeth, left assistant to do a sloppy job who bled my gums out severely and it hurt a lot. And in the end they tell me can’t schedule a regular cleaning as there is gum bleeding. Yes its because the dental hygienist doesn’t know her way around, disappointed with last appointmentDr Perez on the other hand knows exactly how to handle teeth and highly recommended her. I only give a low review because of last encounter

I first went to them 1 year ago when they opened up and seen the Lady Dentist that I believe is the owner I had such an excellent experience with her I referred 5 of my family members to them. Today I go back the attention and care and professionalism was completely absent today Aug 2020. The lady doctor was not there it was a men doctor and men handled my mouth and did a sloppy job and before the cleaning he try to upsale me on 5 suppose cavities that in my 34 years of living Ive had 1 cavity and now all the sudden I had 5. The assistant seem to be a rookie making all type of mistakes and customer service is not something both this rookies exceeded at. I came in calm and left with a mouth full of blood and mad I was treated poorly by this two amatures! Never left a dentist office w blood and a major upsell tactic distaste of service.If I could leave 0 stars I would! Dont recommend them!!!

I absolutely love A+ Dental. The staff is very accommodating and nice and my dentist is the best :) The check in is very fast and they work arduously with your insurance to make sure you know your coverage prior to the procedure. They also have the capability to notify their patients of their appointments via text, which is highly convenient for people on the go, like me and my husband, who is also a patient there.
