About 4 years ago I paid big bucks at an eye glass place for glorified reading glasses. I had insurance but my out of pocket was in the hundreds. Last year the frames broke. The place I got them refused to replace them because they said my prescription expired. They said I needed to schedule an exam and get a new prescription. Again..reading glasses.I came in to these guys and walked out with new frames in less than 30 minutes. $74 and some change. They were also super nice. 🤓

My family and I have been coming here for six years and have always received great care. All of the employees are wonderful. They were able to check me in quickly and help answer any of my questions. Gregory is always happy to help and check you in, Nour and Araya will check you out and help you choose your glasses if you need to, and Jacob is very nice and will get you ready before meeting the doctor. Dr. Emily Cardone is very knowledgeable, patient, and great with kids! All of the optometrists in this center were great, and we highly recommend them!

The eye dr and assistant were amazing! But the sales staff was unmotivated and unfriendly. I was going to buy 4 pairs of glasses, 2 reg and 2 sunglasses for myself and my bf. But was told I couldnt get my pd on my rx. Visions corporations new rule is that the staff can not give out a persons pd measurement on a person rx. The corporation is loosing money because people r smart enough to go home and buy glasses, with a bogo coupon, made where they buy their customers glasses. So instead of paying the extra 300 plus dollars I was going to pay them, I went home, measured the pds myself and ordered the best unbreakable glasses with a bogo free coupon with transitional lens, saving myself money in the long run. I am also smart enough to take the glasses to a better vision center and make sure the glasses r made with the right rx. If they r not, they come with a money back guarantee, and even with that the glasses have a year warranty! For free. Which Walmart vision center charges extra for. Walmart vision center, u better get ur act together become people wont pay to be manipulated! Dont site me the liability bs when I know whats up! And get workers in there that appreciate having a job that good!

Took my script in to get glasses. I got glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. The young woman working helped me find exactly what looked good and fit well on my face. She even looked up exactly what would be the correct type of lenses to get for the sunglasses since I have Macular Degeneration. I was very appreciative of her help and her professionalism. The glasses came in on time and I picked them up all within the quoted time. Super happy with my purchases. Would definitely recommend!

Staff handling glasses fittings are spread too thin to provide good customer service. In-store glasses are waaaay too expensive. Check with a reputable online glasses company, you will get multiple pairs of glasses for the price of one pair from this store.

I didnt know I could wear glasses without getting a headache. Neat! Ive been wearing them for hours no problem today. Thanks for the adjustment.

I took my 7 year old here for her exam after going to a few other places that had given her bifocals! The Dr was very original and thurough and my daughter can finally see right!! Thank you to the staff that were very polite as well

They are great until you have a problem. I got a new pair of glasses. This is my 3rd time using the same frames. They cannot get the glasses adjusted right and I think that there is something wrong with the eye pieces. I have been in 3 times to have it adjusted. Each time they tell me that the vision problem is because of the adjustment. Each time the adjust the glasses, the next morning the glasses are messed up again. Their solution is that I am doing something wrong. 3rd time with the same frames and all of a sudden I dont know how to use a pair of eye glasses. Avoid this place.

Worse place to get glasses and have eye exam. I wish there is option for zero star I would like to give zero. I will not recommend anyone to waste their time.

I have an amazing visit here for it to be my first visit. The Dr. was amazing and the staff members were awesome. I really got to know them on a personal level. I had to go back for adjustment for my contact and they fitted me in on the Dr schedule the same day with only about a 20 minute wait. I was able to get my glasses and contacts here at a great price. Now I know everyone might not have a great experience but mine was great for me. Ladies keep up the great work.

I walked in around 5:45 to see if I could have my glasses adjusted. Stood there for over 10 minutes with multiple employees around and not one person greeted me or even just said they’ll be right with me. Poor customer service skills

I went to the walmart vision center off chambers road and this place is great! They were able to schedule around my availability, had lots of styles to chose from and wonderful staff to help me out. New glasses feel great. Prices are very competitive. I will definitely use them in the future.

I have been getting my eye exam here for three years. The Doctor is thorough and very informative. The staff are great.The lady at the front desk matched the price of my new contacts with the ones I usually order online,and I even got a free trial pair. I love this place.

I am so glad I decided to get on google and write a positive review for this Vision Center. I had a hunch about this. I love this Vision Center. And the mamager is a very nice lady. My son and daughter in law buy there glasses at this Vision Center. They have for years. We stopped in the store last Saturday when Morris Bledsoe was throwing his temper tantrum. Along with my family , he held up several people who had other things to do- by endlessly crying about his insurance. Morris- its your responsibility to know what your insurance pays. Maybe when you grow up you will understand how these things work. My hat goes off to the Manager who was 100% professional and kind, - she never raised her voice , she said she understood that he is upset - She didnt approach him he cornered her. She was standing behind the counter next to the employee that was helping him and out of the blue he tore into her. Honestly I think he wanted a freebie. He made everyone in that Vision Center very uncomfortable - not to mention the people working, that also had to put up with his fit. Not one single thing you said in your post is accurate. Grow up !

Utterly Horrorific. Beware of this place. Very aggressive and rude employees, as well as the head honchos that work here. Ive heard many complaints of glasses ordered wrong and over 30 minute wait times while i waited to see if i can walk in. Asked if i can speak to someone about an appointment and the two front desk ladies ignored me. Absolutely terrible service and not worth it at all.

Wow. well where do we start? Unprofessional workers here and not very nice. Had to wait quite a while just to purchase some cleaner and even then it wasnt very good. One worker there sat on her phone while adjusting glasses for a customer. And she couldnt help us?? This place is almost empty half of the time ..jeez i wonder what happened to all the nice ladies that used to work here??

Staff is amazing and caring....you walk in feeling like its family cant argue with that!!! Great place to go for what you actually need for you and thats important. The Dr. Is genuinely caring and thorough with you to get what you need no matter what. I highly recommend coming here!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. The service is horrible. They claim to go over your benifits with you only to charge you 4x extra in the end. Avoid at all costs. The manager is also one of the worst humans in service Ive ever met and should really take some classes on how to approach customers. I wasnt the only one in there complaining, either.

I had a 10:45am appointment this morning. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I just wanted a new glasses prescription. I arrived at 10:25am with my 2yo and 11yo kiddos. I ended up walking out at 11:15 because I still was not seen.

I called their vision department and he asked me what I wanted. I told him I would like to order more contacts. Without knowing my name, DOB, or any other info, he told me he was going to put me on hold. Then he set the phone on the counter and began ranting about other stores to his coworkers. Then he asked them if they would rather have Wendys or Burger King... I got tired of being put on hold while he was taking care of his personal business so I hung up. Before you call, make the decision not to.

I had an appointment here and the optometrist said my right eye seemed to be the same as the last time. After wearing my contacts for a few days I realized it wasnt and needed a stronger prescription which ended up matching my left eye. So I wasted an entire boxes worth of contacts because they were only refundable if I paid for another appointment. Just recently I came in 20 min before they closed, given it was the day before thanksgiving, and upon arrival they seemed to not only be closing early but have been closed for quite sometime. I understand it was the day before a holiday but that was sort of the reason I needed them so bad. Not coming back here for contact or glasses I dont care how cheap they are... I guess thats why

Was ignored the whole time. went to pick up nephews contacts and had to wait too long. Heard one of the employees with the heavy accent and bushy eye brows talking about a customer and making racist slurs. Then she ignored me and ran out of the store for lunch. so dsappointing. Will not come back.

Manager(Shannon) of the establishment is extremely rude. I went in to find out why I was charged an extra $48 on top of my paid in full bill only to have her claim that she has over 1000 stores nationwide and cant access such information and to call the number on the bill. All done with a defensive, self-important and rude manner. Do yourself a favor and find another establishment that actually takes the time to help their customers.

Staff was incredibly rude and kept talking to my mother like she was an idiot when she politely asked them to help her find lighter frames. Dont bother coming here.

I found the people in the optical shop to be very rude each and every time I went in there. I would have been willing to give the eye doctor at this location a chance to do my exam, but then Id have to deal with her staff, so she has lost my business by hiring rude people.

I got two pairs of Michael Kors glasses and sunglasses. Discounted price and the vision center staff was friendly and helpful.
