Everyone was super kind! The staff is very efficient and quick as well as very sanitary. I was really happy when Jose, went into depth and explained the options for my glasses. He definitely went above and beyond when it came to customer service :)

Is it me or is the medical field getting less compassionate about their patients? It just seems as though in the last decade that a lot of medical facility employees lack compassion and customer service skills when scheduling patient appointments. Very sad.

Dr. Lillian LaHoud is AMAZING! She is so dedicated to helping her patients achieve their maximum vision. I have been going to her for years and I am always so grateful that she takes her time to ensure I am comfortable with my prescription when I leave. Inept business. Their website clearly says it takes walk-ins with a prescription for glasses. Their doors say appointment only. When I contacted them they said We havent updated our website with our COVID protocols. Sorry, your website should have been updated in 2019 not 14 months into the pandemic. If you are this lazy with keeping your public information up to date, Im glad I didnt get any glasses from you. But thanks for wasting my lunch break to get glasses.

I love this store and I love the staff. My favorite is Tahimi. She is very helpful and her customer service is exceptional. Ive been coming here for a few years already and I will never go anywhere else!! Strongly recommend them.

I just needed an eye exam so I could buy my contacts. After calling 4 times, they still didnt have my contacts for 3 months. I asked for a refund, but because I went through insurance,they said I would have to just get insurance reimbursed. I then asked for my prescription to buy contacts through a third party and they gave me a glasses one, not a contact one. I bought the wrong contacts and was told I had the wrong prescription. I called Look Optical who said they would send me my contact prescription through email. I called again the next day and was told I couldnt just get my prescription through email, I would have to request one first... through email. After requesting one through this second secretary, she gave me the wrong patient prescription. Ive been trying to get contacts for 5 months now, it really shouldnt be this hard. Go somewhere else, idk how these people have 4.5 stars

My husband and I went to Look Optical Aurora on 10/10/20 for or eye exam and glasses. Both of us needed new glasses. So we ordered and paid in full for our eye glasses and sunglasses. My glasses and sunglasses were ready by 10/17/20. When I went to go pick up my glasses on 10/24/20 the front door was wide open do I walked only to be kicked out right away. They told me I couldnt come inside (I had my fave mask on too). So they young gets my glasses basically hands them to me. I was not allowed to come in and make sure they fit. I stopped the you g lady and told her I need my sunglasses adjusted. I had to stand outside the entire time I was so frustrated that when she brought the glasses back I just accepted my order and left. Also while we were there we asked if my husbands glasses were ready and was told they had not received them from the lab Ave that they would call us on 10/19/20 with an update. No one called and I tried to call the store on 10/29/20 to inquire about my husbands glasses and the store is closed. You cannot leave a voicemail. Do I called the location in North Denver and was told they should open in a few days. Right now we are out $500. I have used Look Optical for over 10 years and have never experience this but I tell you I will NEVER GO BACK! I just hope we can at least get our money back.

After them rescheduling my appointment 3 times they finally squeezed me into their apparently ridiculously packed schedule. While I did not wait very long for the exam, I was told I would be getting dilation and that never happened. Then after my glasses came in they basically threw them at me from the door and said good day. No fitting or anything. Will not be coming back. Can not recommend.

This location is very unorganized I love look optical and never had a problem with there Westminster location. There very unorganized. Especially trying to receive your glasses, it has taken a month and for me to receive my glasses. Cause they where “shipped” and received but the system didn’t call me when they where ready even though I spoke with representative at this location that said they did have them and to come in but even so I had ,to call every week and it kept getting pushed back to a point that someone else told me they where ready and when I went to go pick them up to have them tell me they don’t have them and false information that they where still being shipped. I don’t find it professional for the back and forth communication and wasting my time as a patient at this location. Especially being a patient that needs there glasses to drive .

The staff is very unprofessional and rude. Someone at the front desk made a rude comment about my daughter. They did not call me to tell me that her glasses were done I had to call them. This normally would not be a big deal, but now they are closed and I am not able to get her glasses. I understand that things happen especially with what is going on right now, but if they had called me when the glasses came in I would have them. I will not go back!

Customer service is worse each time I contact them or have an appointment. Basically told if you dont like it, go elsewhere. Long time patient-wow!Found an awesome replacement!

I have a primary and secondary insurance. Both are accepted by LookOptical. My secondary insurance covers my copay for my primary insurance. However, they are refusing to run both of my insurance and want me to pay out of pocket for my visit.The first time I went there last year, they had issues with my insurance then too, and they ended up having to call and apologize for their mistakes. Never go here. You will regret it.

I told the person that called me the day before and told them 5 pm after they said 445 because i get off at 5 pm the lady said oh ok thats fine. I get to the store they are closed i call they said no we have you down for 445 now why the hell would I schedule an appointment at 445 when I am working till 5 pm dies anyone ever listen maybe I will go to the look optical in lakeside thet always treated me with respect and the staff there got their stuff done right and listen to the customer and get the times right it isnt rocket science its just picking out frames one star is to good for this location

Good eye exam and great glasses choices

I thought it would be convenient for them to repair the missing pin for my glasses. After 2 weeks I called and asked them if they were done. They said the glasses were not under warranty. The worst part is they lost the glasses in the process so I cant get them back. Its been a month now and I still cant see. The ladies behind desk were nice but I cannot recommend their services.

I have brought my son here for years. They took care of him in a broken glasses emergency. I cannot recommend them enough. I have insurance that allows me to go many other places near where I live. I will drive anywhere for these ladies. Veronica always takes care of me.

I did not know what my vision insurance was and Tanya at Look Optical worked for over 30 minutes calling insurance companies trying to find my account. It took two of them but they were able to find my obscure coverage and get me in 30 minutes late.They helped me tirelessly and with the best attitudes.The staff are extremely professional and well trained.

I love coming here for my glasses. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My glasses were ready the day after choosing frames, which was so nice. Tonya needs a raise because she has wonderful customer service skills. By far the best experience Ive had at an optometrist. Cant thank you guys enough!

What a great place! I usually go to the Look Optical on Sheridan and 88th, which is awesome as well. I happened to be down the street from here and remembered that I needed contacts and was due for an appointment. Everyone, I mean everyone, was SO incredibly friendly and helpful and professional here. The prices are great. The facility was super neat. I was very pleased! Would definitely recommend and would come back. I dont really write reviews for places but thats how good this place is.

The rating is impressive but the experience is actually not when I came for my contacts exam. Turns out that people leave positive reviews because they got a $5 Starbucks gift card for doing so.The staff gave me wrong information on the insurance coverage when I called. The doctor didnt seem to care about his patient and answered my questions with an attitude. They offer reasonable price but if they dont care what their patients need so its worth spending money somewhere else.

Very VERY impressed with their selection of kids glasses. My son was able to pick him out two pair that he loved. Staff was friendly and it was a quick easy visit. Very clean facility as well. Happy with our visit and will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I live by the airport and made the decision to drive way out of my way to this location because of the 4.6 stars rating.I purchased two frames on August 10th, and received one of them about a week and half later. they told me that my second pair wasnt in yet, so i waited another week and called them and still nothing. about 4 weeks later I get an email letting me know that my glasses were ready for pick up. the glasses i ordered and the glass they tried to give me were not the same. I ordered a pair of black frames and they had a rose gold pair of frames. It was extremely frustrating because i was just being starred at and questioned like i made the mistake on top of waiting 4 weeks to get the wrong pair. before i left that day they said they would reorder me the right pair, but because i wasnt there when they re order it i called them a few days later to get an update but whoever i talked to said she didnt have an answer for me and she would call me back. i got no call. called the next day and was told they were contacting the place the frames were coming from and that they would give me a call back, and still no call back!also tried calling the area manager that i saw was replying back to the negative reviews on google and guess what? No answer or call back.

My daughter and I both had exams and got new glasses yesterday. All of the staff is so nice. I feel they have lots of choices of frames that are very affordable and super stylish. This is our 3rd year in a row of returning, We love look optical.

I had an exam, and bought contacts and glasses last year at this location. I was so happy with the experience that I came back this year! Not only is it super convenient and close to my house, its a great place to go. The front desk staff is helpful and efficient. The assistants and doctors and friendly and informative. I had an awesome experience with Elgin picking out new frames. He was patient and easy to talk to. He gave me helpful feedback and was never pushy. He let me take my time. Their prices are competitive and they take my insurance. Ill definitely be a return customer.

I recommend Look Optical for anyone who wants to experience fast, economical, caring service. I didnt have an appointment when I thought I had damaged my eye, but I was seen within a few minutes. The doctor checked my eyes thoroughly and diagnosed my issue and took the time to discuss it with me. When I paid my bill, it was much, much lower than I thought it would be. I am grateful to Look Optical.

Been going to Look Optical since I moved to Denver in 2012. The price to get your eyes checked for contacts is very reasonable; I believe others charge $80 (which I paid $60 here - I think 🤔 ). I love their selection of frames, too. The optometrists are super awesome and friendly. Some of the receptionists could smile more (no offense, haha), but overall, I’m very satisfied with this eye care company. Would highly recommend.

I read all the reviews before going there , but understand most positive reviews are not posted . People usually only air their negative experience in the service or retail industry. So I went in to see what they offered , I have to say from the time I walked in with no appointment or idea of sales they offered . The employees were fast , very helpful and knowledgeable. During my annual eye exams, she always walks me through my various options for contact lenses, allowing me a chance to try different styles and brands before committing.The service from the staff has been nothing but friendly and professional for me, from scheduling an appointment (great flexible weekend hours!) to picking up my glasses. Location is just off I-225 and Parker.

I really enjoy coming to this location for my eye exams and to get new frames. The front desk person is helpful and also the customer service is good as well. The optometrist here are insightful and helpful in regards to answering questions. The optician is also very involved in your frame selection process which is awesome as well.

I paid almost $600 for my progressive lenses and had a very good experience doing so and am very happy with them. However, my nose guard was bent, so I went in to get it fixed and the lady at the front desk was so negative and rude. Right off she said this will break if we try to move it. I asked, what then? She said, you have to buy new pair. Her demeanor was rude and confrontational, as well as smug and arrogant. I didnt react to her and the guy in the back fixed them with no issue . Except the plastic part fell off a week later. I will go back tomorrow n have it fixed n REALLY hope I dont have to deal with HER again! Everyone else was awesome...dont know her name, or nationality but she has a heavy accent and an even heavier attitude...Ill go there for maintenance for what Ive already paid for but never again fir anything else. Its TRUE, one bad apple ruins the whole bunch. Look Optical needs to look into this....

I visited Look Optical yesterday for a yearly vision exam. I have been going to Look Optical since 2001 for all of my vision needs, I have loved every pair of glasses I have purchased at Look Optical and love the variety of frames in stock. The Optos retinal screening system is a fantastic alternative to the dilated eye exam. I love the personalized customer service and care at this Look Optical location.

I always 👓 LOOK forward to our LOOK 👓OPTICAL visits! The staff is AMAZING and the service is great. The prices are 💓 and I save much more money! I miss Gab but I still love all the money that stays in my pocket year after year. More left to spend on the Mile Hi Colorado expenses 💸 2 for $99 special is SPECTACULAR better than insurance 😄

I have visited Other Look Opticals in the past and never returned because I felt like the customer service couldve been better, but after visiting Look Optical Aurora my perspective on the business changed. I have been coming here for over a year and will continue to visit. Love the atmosphere as well as the staff! Great glasses selection as well!

I visited this location for my first eye exam in years. I’ve never really needed one and figured I had the insurance and might as well make the payments worth it. To start the receptionist were very kind and welcoming when walking in at 9:30. They provided me forms and had me fill them out and took me to do a pre-exam. They have some fancy machines that took pictures of my eyes and tested them out and took me to see Dr. Cao. She was incredibly professional and kind and explained everything in a way I could understand. She explained different things that could effect my vision and why my eyes were often feeling strained which was great. She walked with me to get glasses and helped me to pick out the perfect frame and even offered to help me adjust the frames to fit my larger head so they have a comfortable and smoother fit. After all was said and done I was in and out in less than an hour. This was such a great experience and I’m glad I visited! I would highly recommend!

This morning I went to put on my Ray Bans and one of the ear pieces fell off because the screw that holds it in was missing. I took them to Look Optical on S. Parker Rd. and a very helpful technician immediately took them into the back to fix the problem. He came back a few minutes later with my sunglasses all put back together and even took the time to tighten the other screws and polish the lenses. I asked what I owed and he said nothing. I have been coming to Look optical since 1992 for my contacts and eyeglasses and I will continue to do so. They are very knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent!

I got lenses and glasses from these guys. which, they failed miserably. The prescription were wrong, blurry on one side. When I tried to contact them. It took two month for them to reply me back by e-mail. what is the point of having email contact if you never check it? their response was it takes time for your eyes to adjust yeah right. its been almost two month since I got glasses from you guys. dont waste your money here.WILL NEVER COMEBACK, NOR RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO MY FRIENDS

Great service from everyone in the office. Jared looked up my insurance & explained to me the range of costs depending on the exam Dr. Cao performed. Dr. Cao was excellent. She answered all my questions, & thoroughly explained the images she was examining. She took much care to make sure that I understood how my vision could react to the new prescription. She would work with me to adjust it if needed. Dr. Cao and Jared both helped me chose the best frames based on the prescription and how they fit. Because of the high strength, rounder and smaller frames were the best for my situation - something Ive never been told before. Margarita was very pleasant and took measurements once I chose frames. The service was top-notch and I have no hesitations about recommending Dr. Cao & this office.

I went in with my two teens for acheck up and needed glasses. All three of us! Staff was awesome and we spent little time. We loved it and definetly recommend.

I went to look optical at the beginning of the week. My glasses were broken so i didnt have an appointment. They got me in quickly for my exam and the doctor was very helpful and informative. When it came time to pick frames i received great customer service, he explained which shelves were on sale and made sure i knew what i was looking for, and he was helpful in selecting the lenses and doing the price breakdown to make ot easy. I can safely say....i have found my new eye doctor.

Very rude and disrespectful staff including, the manager by the name Adrian. Front desk staff sits there gossiping about patients and due to their carelessness they are constantly making huge mistakes. Awful experience in my case they made repeatedly mistakes with my daughters contacts given her the wrong prescription numerous times and they were never held accountable for their careless staff mistakes. My daughter is now driving and I could not imagine her getting into a horrific accident because of not being able to see correctly due to a wrong prescription. I do not recommend this location in Aurora and looking to take it to higher authorities hoping that no one has to experience what I have just experienced. Simply unprofessional
