Me and my daughters go here and they’re very professional and kind. We were very comfortable and we had a great experience. The doctor gave me a referral immediately when she found out I was T1D to an eye specialist. Karen at the front is amazing also. If you have a child going back to school, she will give you a school form right away or request at any time. The atmosphere is cozy and service is fast but correct. They do take Medicaid.

I definitely found one of Auroras jewels. I was able to use my insurance here and I was taken care of right away. The office is located in a historic part of downtown and it is very chic inside. The service provided to me was very satisfying, I had mentioned to the person who took my order on glasses and contacts I would be leaving town in 10 days. Not only did he offer to ship my location where I would be he expedited my order and got my Sworskies the day before my trip. I’m so happy and grateful for the service provided. Now I need prescription safety glasses I will calling for that next.

No complaints. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. The eye exam went really well. Picking out my new glasses was fun.

I started using Eyeland Optical when I had state insurance. They were one of the only places close to me that took my insurance. They were so helpful and helped me get my children taken care of. That was 8 years ago. Since then I have gotten better/different eye insurance but I will never go any place else. They are great with helping you utilize all your eye insurance benefits and the people that work there are the sweetest.

The service was great eye doctor knew exactly what she was doing very professional and clean. They took there time to help me look for what I wanted. and suggested what fitted best. Iam still enjoying my eye gear many times we go home and we dont feel too happy with our choice not me I still love my glasses.

The service here is great. The employees are patient and welcoming they work with you and give you the best advice. The environment is clean and organized. I was expecting to get one pair of glasses but I got two instead that’s how much I loved the service.

AAA+++True story, I came here to buy my first pair of glasses ever. I picked out a pair on the wall that I really liked unfortunately by the time all was said and done that pair of glasses was gone. I was very disappointed, I tried on several pairs of glasses and I am very picky. I was about to leave and go somewhere else with the prescription for my lenses and the guy that I believe runs the place came running up and told me to wait one second he thinks he has something that I may like, he brought me a pair of glasses, I tried them on and I absolutely loved them, he brought 2 other pairs and i didint care for those, this guy hit it right on the head on the first shot, now 1 year later, i still get compliments on my glasses and I honestly tell this same story every time. I try to shop local ive been in Aurora all my life this business is Absolutely the best! AAA+++ in my book, best service, friendly, accommodating i definitely recommend this place! EYELAND OPTICAL thank you so much still wowing me 1 year later!

I went to pick up my son’s glasses and needed to make an appointment as well. I also needed to get a school form filled out. The person who helped me was very prompt to help and he did not make me wait.

I do not recommend this place. Doctor got my prescription wrong multiple times. I did get my contacts on time Ill tell you that, but never received my new prescribed eye glasses and its been almost 2 months. I called back for another following appointment and the receptionist on the phone said shell talk to the doctor about my situation and said she was going to call me back in the afternoon and she never did. Like I said before I dont recommend :/

I love Eyland Optical! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They took their time to help me pick out the perfect pair of eye glasses. Ive never worn glasses before so I was I bit nervous about the entire process. However, they made sure I found a pair of glasses that fit perfectly on my face the style, look and designer I was looking for and, believe me Im as picky as they come and just as importantly the prescription was spot on and I could see way better now. Not only can I see now but I look good too. Every where I go I get complements on my new glasses. Thanks Eyeland Optical! I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

I was referred to eyeland buy a friend. They have excellent service and very attentive to my needs. The staff are very nice. Even though I am not from the area I will return for my eye exams and to purchase my sunglasses, as they have an expansive variety of products.

Best place to visit for your vision needs hands down! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They seem to always have some type of deal running so I definetly recommend you visit their location. Did I mention it’s a family owned establishment? I personally believe you can’t beat the one on one customer care they offer compaired to those large corporations.

First visit...all went better than expected. Friendly staff. optometrist, parking, everything...youve got my 5-stars...

The workers cant do their job correctly

Great looking little shop & easy parking. However the front desk receptionist was completely unable to be work with. I told her I need to skip the Glocoma testing due to it gives me extremely harsh headaches. Never had a problem with this anywhere! Without missing a beat & absolutely no concern for my request. She told me if I didnt take the test. She would not use my insurance since I wasnt able to do Glocoma test. An at which time she told me I would be responsible for my bill out of pocket. I walked out, went to Lake St. Optical. Within 15 minutes I was getting eye exam without Glocoma test. An a pair of eye glasses ordered without having a Glocoma test. Bottom line.. Way too pushy & that matter of fact attitude will definitely reason for a loss of business. I can not recommend this optical shop.

Worse place .. don’t waste your time here ... went here for a eye check up and they told me that I will get my glasses 3 months later but it’s been 6 months and still no sign of my glasses, they take your insurance money and no sign of glasses
