The atmosphere is very calm and soothing. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Very nice demeanor from all staff. My masseuse was Grace and she did a fantastic job. It had been a while since my last massage. She definitely focused on areas more tense and worked then out with the proper pressure for me.Highly recommended

The owner was very diligent in making sure that my sisters bachelorette party was well taken care of. I called back in April to see what their Covid restrictions were and they kept me updated accordingly. We ended up having 14 ladies in the private room for a great deal! I am definitely coming back here soon and sending friends and family this way!

This is my go-to spa. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Its a very calming environment and I always feel amazing. Worth every penny!

Update 9-28-2020: This is still the very best spa around! The staff has taken every precaution for personal protection and the environment is so serene, so welcome in these crazy times. I love to treat myself and you are worth it so treat yourself too!!!! When my sister was having a hard time, I treated her to a service of her choice and she was so touched!This Spa is so relaxing and beautiful! Ramin and the staff are very professional. Ramin gives amazing massages! Very therapeutic. I highly recommend regular visits to Sapphire.

Sapphire Therapeutic Spa helped (me) host my cousins bachelorette party in January! We booked multiple services - from manicures, pedicures, facials, massages and everything went off without a hitch! We were able to use their back relaxation room to set up a little brunch, and have conversation and lots of laughter together! From the robes, to the service, to the great planning and scheduling - everything was excellent. We enjoyed ourselves immensely! I personally LOVED my massage and facial. Highly recommend. Wish I didnt live on the west side of the state, or else I would be requesting certificates for my birthday, Christmas, etc! Perhaps ill have to treat a family member or two that live out that way!

I’ve been going to Sapphire for quite some time - Ramin is amazing. He has been able to help me so much with my post-surgical muscle pain! VERY clean and they are taking all the right COVID precautions. I love this place and have recommended to all my friends!

Sapphire Spa is exceptional in their service, cleanliness and has created an amazing relaxing space. Ive been many times now for pedicures and LOVE Connie! She is friendly and goes well above what you would expect in a pedicure. This has become my place for pedicures - wont even think about going anywhere else! All of the staff Ive met there are extremely service-oriented; very much appreciated when you dont see this as often anymore.

I had my first massage ever with Rebecca and I also have PTSD and anxiety issues so I was super tense and stressed about someone touching me. I was warmly welcomed by staff and Rebecca made me so comfortable that I fell asleep mid-massage twice. I love it here and will definitely be back.

Every service Ive gotten at Sapphire Spa has been wonderful. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I feel the prices are comparable to a lot of other businesses in the area but overall feel that I get more for my money at Sapphire Spa. I would highly recommend it!

Spectacular experience from beginning to end! Missy did the brows and pedicure and was patient, fun and professional. Maryam provided the most comfortable deep tissue massage ever. Ramin, the spa director, delivered the most incredible body polish. At the end, there was even a little goodie bag and a discount for having scheduled 3 or more in one day. I will definitely make this a regular practice and I will bring my friends. Sapphire is the best!

I would give this spa 10 stars! My daughter recommended Ramin to me. She has had several services through the spa, and she thought I would benefit. I have been on a health journey that through injuries I found myself unable to walk up my street without pain. Being more holistic, I had no interest in cortizone shots up my spine or pain meds. So, I sought out the best physical therapist, personal trainer, and now Ramin and his most restorative massage. Im improving in strength, endurance, and if I walked any faster , Id be running! The spa has a lovely enveloping environment, and people treat you like family. I use the steam sauna before my massage, which I have found truly beneficial to the overall restorative nature of Ramins massage. Ramin has been a good listener to my unique needs and uses his skills, knowledge, and experience to create a plan unique to those needs. I bought my daughter a gift certificate for referring me there, as a thank you, plus I bought my dear friend - just diagnosed with cancer - a certificate for a massage with Ramin. Needless to say, Im hooked and grateful!

We had a mobile couples massage (they came and set up right in our room at the Ann Arbor B&B) and a regular massage on site and both were great. There was a small technical issue during the mobile massage that was handled professionally and beyond my expectations.The actual spa was nice and relaxing, and I enjoyed the sauna very much. Dave did a great job and well be back!

We received a couples massage while staying at The Kensington Hotel. They were professional, kind and made it a lovely experience. We cant wait to schedule with them again when we come back to town.

My massage and therapist were great. The place was also very clean and a relaxing environment. However, the receptionist at the front desk could have been more helpful. I asked to use the sauna (which is a small box only begin enough for one person and takes a while to heat up) after my massage. After my massage the sauna still wasnt on and it takes a while to heat up. It wasnt a huge deal since most places dont even have a sauna, however it was a bummer since I had been looking forward to it.

When I was planning my friends bachelorette party for 12 people, Ramin was so incredibly helpful and accomodating of our party. The relaxation room was very nice, the staff so friendly, the services great. Cant say enough good stuff about this place!

All of my experiences at Sapphire Therapeutic Spa have been simply amazing! I have only done the deep tissue massage with Amanda, Leah & Dave. The massages are wonderful. I especially loved Leah because the experience is just heaven. I am a dental assistant so my neck, shoulders & back are constantly tense & sore. I had a 30 minute deep tissue massage today & the majority of the knotts are gone. She works every muscle that I asked her to give special attention to. You can choose essential oils that you would like them to use. Jojoba, lavender & eucalyptus oils are what I chose. Thank you Leah & everyone for a relaxing experience! I give this spa 10 stars! :)

Maryam gave me an amazing massage. I booked another session before I left. I have fibromyalgia and her deep tissue massage was so intentional and therapeutic. She seemed to really care and the staff was so friendly and professional.
