I had a lovely experience at Gentle Dental. My bridge had fallen off and I also had a toothache. They gave me an appointment for the next day! Then, an hour later, they called and said someone had cancelled their appointment and I rushed over. My dentist and her assistant were WONDERFUL—and so were the clerks. You bet Im staying with Gentle Dental, yes maam.

I’ve been going to this location for many years, and most of the time I get pretty good service. But this last service I went to on 6/22/2021 wasn’t as pleasant. I went in for a routine cleaning, and the woman who did my teeth cleaning was very nice. But she was very rough on my gums and felt pretty painful. I do like the staff, but it does make me feel a little hesitant to come back

Been going here for years, and feel comfortable with them. They are careful about CDC safety protocols for staff and clients. They use water to help clean teeth prior to using the scraper.This makes cleanings more bearable. They accept Care Credit which can be helpful. Diverse staff which helps the business seem more welcoming.

I had put in a new patient application to get some teeth pulled on a Friday morning. That Monday morning I called to see their availability because I was in so much pain, but ended up being placed on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. They are just now getting back to me about my application and this has been two weeks now…

Both of my kids enjoyed their check ups, and Dr. Hwang was absolutely dedicated to making sure everything was perfect after several fillings for me (put off for at least a decade). Her hygienist is also a delight. Best dental experience of my life!

My husband began seeing Dr Deby Hwang about a year ago and was very pleased. My dentist retired recently and I knew I would be going there too. Everyone there is so pleasant and the services we received went very well.

They want to charge me $50 in advance just to be able to schedule an appointment. I have never been asked to do this by any other dental or medial office. I have insurance that would have covered this visit. Why do I have to pay them $50 just to be able to schedule an appointment to even see a dentist? Dont waste your time calling and go somewhere else.

Turns out, its next to impossible to find a dentist in the area who works on a Friday, let alone one who accommodates emergency patients who are not (yet) patients of record. After spending a good couple of hours trying to secure an appointment for a large filling Id lost on a Thursday evening, I finally came across Gentle Dental. They were able to see me within a couple of hours, and the treatment I received from everyone involved (receptionists, dental assistant, and the dentist herself) was fast and most professional. Thank you - Ill be back (but hopefully not too soon)!

Barbara my hygienist was amazing. She is gentle and thorough. The staff was friendly and made my visit very special. The covid protocol was perfect for my comfort level. I waited in my car until it was my turn. There was protective coverings where needed and all the staff were wearing masks. It was a perfect visit.

Love our family’s hygienist Barbara. If you have kids, ask for Barbara. She is as awesome with bigger kids as she is with twin 2 year olds. She explains everything and my kids listen to her intently because she is 100% focused on them.

I have had the best experiences with gentle dental since day 1. I have had multiple fillings, whitenings, root canal on the way etc. Every staff member is inviting and want to be there. Dr lacin loves her job and you can quickly realize it. Come here to get your dental work done correctly the first time, with great staff and positive attitudes.

Scheduled a filling with them at 8:00 AM. Got there at 8:05, was out before 9:30. Very quick and efficient. The doctors were professional and responsive to my questions. Generally a pleasurable experience.Hint: you can download the paper works and fill them up before going there to save up some time.

Dr. Lacin has provided me with excellent service as well as keeping me fully educated on what she is doing and future concerns. Her mannerisms always put me at ease and I have complete confidence that she will do a very good job. I enjoy having her as my dentist and hope to continue in the future.

Ive been seen by 2 dentists and a periodontist here. Both dentists, all the hygienists, and the periodontist were excellent. They work quickly and efficiently, minimize discomfort, and theyre very transparent about costs of services. That last bit is exceptionally awesome and helpful.

It was as always a great experience. My hygienist was very friendly and kind to me. I have been seeing her for a few years. The two dentists are equally great and efficient. I dont think I will ever change dental care provider as long as I dont move out of this area.

All the dental will inform you about the Amount of money that you have to pay, but they wont tell youIn other dental they check my insurance first after that they do their work, but they didnt check my insurance and they told me I have to pay $180. they avoided to ask my insurance but my other dentists always did for me so I didnt had any problem befor.Now they want to send it to a collection ageny 🙃And they keep telling me we are not ThiefYes you areSee you in court 🤘🏽😉

The absolute worst place I have ever been! They REFUSED to clean my teeth because I did not want to do a deep cleaning because they had caused me so much pain when they did that before. As a patient I should have the right to accept or refuse any treatment, but apparently they have absolutely no concern for their patients. Some dentist!!! They wont even perform basic maintenance unless they can charge more! Stay away!!! There are too many GOOD, reputable dentists out there to go to this horrible, unprofessional and fraudulent business.

I was @ Foot & Ankle but they share a hallway. The dentists employee office door kept SLAMING EVERYTIME someone would go in & out of the office. I have hearing aids so its MUCH LOUDER to people who wear hearing aids. Doors SHOULDNT SLAM BAM IN A PUBLIC AREA!!!!!!!!!!

These people truly care about how you and your teeth are feeling. It was Saturday, the weekend of the four of July, no one was open except gentle dental. No openings though, i had a procedure done two Days b4 this and the dentist who did it would not return my emergency calls. I was experiencing pain I never have experienced b4 in my life. Make a long story short, I had an abscessed tooth with broken tooth roots. The gentle dentle team somehow made room for me and Dr. Kim hooked me up😌. My weekend went from Im not going to make it thru this to , today is a good day. Thank you so much. And my family thanx you as well. You are truly a God send team, Every one of you.

Have being a patient with Gentle Dental for over 5 years and was happy for every experience with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My experience happened several years ago when I changed employers and my new insurance was not accepted by the dentist I had been going to for years. My daughter and I went together for our 6 month check up. My daughter had virgin teeth and at the time was in her late 20s. Because of the new fluoride applications and regular 6 month dental visits, she had never had a cavity.......until her visit with Gental Dental. She was being examed in one room while I was having my cleaning and exam in another. After my cleaning, the dental assistant told me they had a state of the art laser that would detect any cavities. Voila wouldnt you know, I was told I had 3 cavities! This was a bit upsetting to me since I take great care of my teeth and had been years since I had a cavity. When I finished up I went to check on my daughter. She came out of the room in tears!!! She was told she had FIVE cavities!!!! When I heard this I knew something was fishy. I made an appointment with another dental office to get a 2nd opinion. Well wouldnt you know? Neither of us had ANY cavities!!!I was so appalled at Gentle Dentals unethical practices, I immediately phoned my insurance company to report them. Where it went from there I do not know.PLEASE be cautious if you are a patient and if are considering becoming one, run the other way!

2 fillings. Best dentist experience Ive ever had.

First their statement on their website of discussing fees before work is done is a flat out lie. It has never happened for me or my family. I had gone in for a cleaning and they changed it to a deep cleaning without ever discussing the cost which is considerably more pricey than a regular cleaning. Needless to say it went above what insurance would cover I got stuck with the bill. Call me stupid but I went back again because one of my teeth had broken due to old fillings. Again no discussion of cost just the bill at the end and no payment plan. My insurance by this time had run out and I had to cover the whole cost. Just recently an endodontist sent me to gentle dental for tooth removal I had Dr Lechner. I went home with a case of PTSD. He did not tell me what to expect from the procedure he did not introduce himself he did not warn me about the palital injection but while giving it to me he said you are not going to like this He was drilling in my mouth for an hour but failed to say, Heres a signal you can use just in case there was pain. The following week I had pain in my mouth and the secretary Heather said it was nothing and to not come in. A day later I called and said the pain had increased. They would not get me in and said maybe the next day they could fit me in. I called my sisters dentist Dr Maryann Griffith who got me in right away. She ex-rayed my mouth and found that I still had a root tip, and that would have to be removed. Next I went immediately to a Dr Stutz who upon removing the root discovered that Dr Lechner had also perforated my sinus. So my experience leads me to say DO NOT TRUST GENTLE DENTAL WITH YOUR MOUTH OR YOUR WELL BEING. They do not care.

If I could give them a negative score for my horrible experience today I would. It really was my worst dental experience ever.What makes my experience so bad is the dentist and his assistant-definitely unprofessional. I had an appointment for filling my teeth at 2:10pm today. About 15 mins late before I was called seems ok from most dental offices. I don’t complain about it. The dentist assistant let me get into a room. A few minutes later, the dentist came in and did exam on my teeth. Actually, he already did it a couple weeks ago. He exactly knows that I need four teeth filling today. He numbed my teeth and left. Then my horrible experience started. I didn’t get any attention about 35 mins in the room. When the assistant came in finally, I asked her why I had to wait so long. She said that they got an emergency and I can make another appointment if I don’t want to wait. What an unprofessional answer! I had my numbed teeth and already waited for almost an hour. Then she just wanted me to re-schedule appointment and didn’t say anything about the emergency before the dentist started to numb my teeth. It is ridiculous and not fair to me!!! I got a bit irritated. The dentist might hear our talk and came in. He said he can work on my teeth now. After 5 mins, he filled one tooth and said I had to make another appointment for other three teeth. Now I really got irritated. He supposed to fill four teeth at a time. That is what I had when I made this appointment. But for some reasons, the dentist failed to do it with no any explanations and apologies. He never thinks about any inconvenience for the patient due to an additional appointment. I really hate it.But fairly speaking, there are several dentists working there. Dr. Hwang is a really good one. She just helped me with deep cleaning a week ago. I had a great time.
