I have had a fear of dentist my whole life and unfortunately it has been passed down to my 3 children as well. Therefore, I have been to many dentists in many states trying to find the one who I can trust and feel comfortable with. When I moved to Ann Arbor 3 years ago from NYC I was fortunate enough to have found Dr. Kevin Sloan and his magnificent team. We never I have to wait more then 5 minutes, the care and concern for my children is outstanding, and my examinations are always professional and provide solutions by priority. What has put me at ease and eliminated my fear is Dr. Sloan’s integrity- from my first visit it was clear that he was honest and straightforward. These qualities were emphasized in the staff as well, who are always friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sloan and the entire staff without hesitation.

5 stars! From the moment I walked into Ann Arbor Dental Care I felt at ease. Greeted by their friendly staff, I didn’t wait long before being seen. Having met Dr. Kevin Sloan on a different day, a kind and gentle dentist, I felt comfortable with this dental practice. I was examined by Dr. Kelly Crenna, who took her time and gave me sound advice. I was considering having all my ‘old’ silver fillings removed and she recommended waiting, except for one that was showing signs of breaking down. I did not need to take care of right away. So nice to find a wonderful dental practice near Dexter!

Drs. Sloan and Crenna are just great. Dr. Crenna did a beautiful job of filling a gap and repairing a chip - it looks amazing. Dr. Sloan is one of the most experienced dentists in the area, Ive been seeing him for well over 20 years. Kathy in the business office knows insurance and is really helpful. I dont think you could find nicer or more skilled providers.

Need to leave a stellar review for Dr.Crenna whom I just saw because Dr.Sloan was booked. She is his bee partner and as fabulous as he is. She is gentle, smart and puts you at ease immediately with her knowledge and explaining what she is doing. She constantly asks how the patient is doing and cares about you being as comfortable as possible. It’s clear Dr.Sloan picks the cream of the crop to work with him at Ann Arbor Dental Care. And they are both Wolverines like me of course . #GoBlue!

My family and I have been coming here for years. I personally have been seen through wisdom tooth removal, mouth guard fittings, and more. They are super inviting, they always remember my name even when I cannot remember theirs, and they answer questions very quickly with options.

Dr. Kelly Crenna is wonderful!After having jaw surgery 10 years ago I have always had trouble with my bite. After working with Dr. Crenna my bite not only feels better but fits together better, giving me the aesthetic look I’ve been wanting to achieve.Highly recommend working with Dr. Crenna, she’s kind, educational throughout the experience, fun and clearly cares about not only her patients but growing her team as well!

Dr. Sloan was extremely arrogant. He insists on unnecessary procedures to run up the bill. That said, the rest of the staff is kind and professional.

My recent visit to Ann Arbor Dental Care was for a routine check-up/exam and cleaning. I had a wonderful experience - friendly and efficient staff, various COVID-19 safety precautions, and great care. My doctor, Dr. Kelly Crenna, was excellent! She had professional bedside manner, was very personable, and answered any and all questions I had throughout my exam. My teeth cleaning was also great - enjoyable and actually relaxing compared to past cleanings at other offices. I highly recommend Dr. Crenna and her team!

Dr. Sloan is beyond excellent with children!! I have a 4 and 6 year old who both have had fillings. Neither one of them cried! My 6 year old had a filling with a different dentist prior to Dr Sloan. It was a horrible experience, so you could imagine my worries going into it. What a relief!Its funny, my 4 year old still brings up how funny Dr Sloan is. Obviously I cant say enough here. Great office!

By far the best dental care my mom Diane and I have ever experienced! Yesterday my mom had to get some extensive dental work done and is a very anxious patient. She has had traumatic dental experiences in the past. My mom is a very strong woman with a very high pain tolerance. She has had eight kids and is an army veteran so when I say she has had a very traumatic dental experience in the past I do not mean that lightly. She was terrified to get anymore dental work done and almost canceled her appointment. Dr. Sloan, Dr. Kane even the assistants went above and beyond. They were so understanding and gentle with her that my mom fell asleep during the appointment! Dr. Sloan was very gentle with the numbing my mom said she didnt even feel it. They took their time with her and did a thorough job. They would constantly check up on her during her appointment, asked if she needed any breaks or anything. I am very protective of my mom and to see how they genuinely cared for her I couldnt ask for anything more. I rarely write reviews but I had to share my moms wonderful experience with this office. We are beyond impressed and I highly recommend this dental practice for anyone who wants dental work done right with a caring and understanding staff. We will definitely be life long patients!

You will not find a more talented, conscientious caring dentist. Dr.Sloan is a blessing to our community and does so much for others without asking for any recognition. He is excellent with children. Any adult who thought the dentist was not an enjoyable experience needs to make an appointment with this gentle talented professional. Book early as he is very popular for his skills and patience with all of us as patients who may be fearful and tend to avoid these appointments.

Everybody in this practice in as nice as can be. The difficult work that was done on my tooth was pain free and problem free afterwards. I decided to move to this dentist because my other dentist hardly ever smiled and was so cold. I feel blessed to have found such great professional, kind care here.

Dr. Sloan is the most patient-centered dentist you will find in Ann Arbor. He listens to your concerns, follows up on new resources that are on the market, and is proactive in trying to manage dental problems. And he is a kind, good person. Dental care and the staff are excellent too.
