Excellent customer service demonstrated by all of the employees. I came in because my glasses had been broken in two and they so kindly repaired them for me. Cant say enough about how helpful they were!

Previously had an eye exam here as well as a purchase for my first ever pair of glasses. Everything was great. A year later everything went smooth until the fit and adjustment phase. Doing it curbside is not optimal and have had issues ever since.I have to give an update. The RX Optical team reached out to me personally and gave me the VIP treatment. My glasses are no longer ill-fitting and everything is great. Kudos to you and your staff.

I had a less than optimal experience here but received a call from the manager after initially posting a negative review. She apologized profusely and made it right from my perspective.Mistakes can and do happen in all human interaction. The test of a good person is the willingness to apologize and that was done here.

Very poor customer service, after my first visit, decided to not take my family to this place.

Not happy with staff. They are friendly but thats where it ends. Took SEVERAL calls and a great deal of time to get their referral for me to the correct outside clinic. During a return visit to get my new glasses and check fit /vision as well as a dilation for follow up exam, desk staff had a difficulty checking me in and nearly had me take the dilation exam before checking the lenses. I like Livonia RX Optical better.

I had an appointment this morning and I waited a good half hour after checking in. I brought my son in this afternoon, and we were 15 minutes late because it didn’t seem punctuality was a priority here, and we were told we need to reschedule. The people are very nice, but...

Ive been a customer of RX Optical for a couple years now. This location is new, but they brought over some of the great folks from the location I used to visit. Sonia and the crew are great, and their customer service is top notch as well. One of my biggest pet peeves with customer service these days is that its extremely common for a place to say theyll call, but they never do. Not here. Ive never been promised a call that hasnt been received. Thanks to Sonia and the crew for the great service! And the great glasses!

I have tried different places for eye exams and glasses and I found RX Optical the best by far. Dr.was caring and made sure I understood what she was explaining about my visoiom. The staff was very helped and courteous. They made you feel very comfortable. I would strongly encourage you to call Rx optical for your next exam.

Me and my girlfriend went in today with our meridian insurance and both had to pay nothing for the most part. Friendly staff very helpful for her and I both as far as picking out frames that would look good in our budget . The doctor was very pleasant and professional, extremely thorough in her exam. All said and done we paid little out of pocket and both have a new pair of glasses coming in a week or so!!! Happiest Ive been with an optometrist for sure. The only thing I dont like about Rx optical in general is if you have insurance they pull frames from a box and behind the counter when my insurance covers 95$ on a frame they sold me on a no name brand making me believe thats all I could get with my insurance when in actuality I had 95$ towards any frame in thier store which was never mentioned to me or my girlfriend.

My experience at RX optical was wonderful. Anna was the optician that helped me from the beginning and she was amazing. She was so sweet, thorough and patient. It is solely because of her that I will continue to purchase my eyewear from this location. Thank you again Anna :)

The service was great, but my glasses frame has broke twice like it wasnt properly connected, and if you depend on glasses to see like I do. Its not a good place to get them from. This was the first and I guess second time theyve broken, and Ive had glasses since I was 7.

Girlfriend went here for New glasses and contacts, she seemed pleased for the most part but the selection they had for glasses want really for her.

First time getting glasses and they made the experience very easy for me and very friendly

Optometrist was very thorough kind an caring. Will be back.
