From start to finish, my experience was excellent! I called made an appointment and was able to get in the same day! It was to late in the day to get my glasses same day. (5pm appt) 👓 which was fine. I thank the whole team today. I appreciate your business! I will definitely return in the future.

I tried two other places trying to get my sunglasses fix, spent less then 10 minutes here and they are back in action again! Very skilled and friendly associates!

The staff is awesome! I went in for a pair of sport goggles but was so impressed I ended up purchasing two more pair of glasses. On top of it, they were ready in 20 minutes!! Amazing!

My frame was broken and I had another pair which is the same. I need to put my lenses to the frame. I went to many glasses store and they would not like to help. A male staff in this store helped me replace my own lenses patiently and friendly without charge even I don’t buy my glasses there. Really appreciate and want to say thank you! Would come back for glasses when I need!

Honestly my last visit was the worst. The worst place I’ve ever been for glasses.First and foremost I’m not one to ever write reviews or nick pick the entire time to visit. The doctor was fantastic, it was the people after and before seeing him. This is my second time coming to this location. (First time was great! Exactly why I wanted to return, little did I know it was a totally different world. I was going in to get my contact sized.. I wanted to switch the one a days. After my contact appointment I remembered I needed to pickup glasses too. I’m pretty sure the lady was annoyed from the beginning. She got me my glasses and I tried them on. Now this is all normal and okay, but when I realize how do I fit them on my face with a mask. I literally try to take off an ear at a time... n the lady sternly and not very polity I might add tell me to keep my mask on. I proceed and try to explain... then I noticed the mask was sitting on my nose exactly where I needed to put glasses to rest. I move it down and let me tell you this women scolded me like I was 12. Telling me what my executive order. It was enough for me to feel attacked. After explaining I knew what the order was (we all live in the same state), she proceeded to walk away and help someone else get their glasses fitted. I wait 5 whole minutes and couldn’t take it anymore. I asked for my glasses and her name. Her attitude and unprofessionalism was uncalled for. In customer service (I have worked and do work) there are ways to talk to people. If you’re so scared for your life you shouldn’t be working and or you as a company should be offering private rooms (I know other optics places are doing). I’m not a confrontational person, but I am a human being. When I called to talk to someone they stood by her and asked me what they could do... when I said you tell me. They had NOTHING to fix the situation. Just told me “you’re not the only one being treated this way” well you completely lost my business. I’m stuck with glasses that don’t fit and I wouldn’t even order my contacts. All because people think they have power: she could have approached me in 50 different ways instead she choose to be mean and Authoritative. Professionalism is what keeps people coming back. Being personal and understanding. My advice is to stop reading from a script (sounded like that’s what they do, at least the 2 visits I just had). Enjoy your job or find a different one. Making people feel little is bad business. Now I’m looking for a new optical place to order contacts!

The doctor is fantastic. Doesnt push anything extra like some do, but is very thorough. The receptionists are also very friendly, always helping pick out glasses or teaching how to use contacts. On top of it all the prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend

Very helpful and friendly staff. Got my eye exam done and had 2 pairs of glasses ready at a super competitive price within 1 hour. Ive never seen service this fast. The fact that I got my glasses right away is incredible. Please give these guys a visit for your next eye exam.

What an amazing place. Sequence of events: 9 am my glasses lenses are scratched and unusable and my Rx is over 3 years expired. 11 am leave Eyeglass World with awesome new prescription, new glasses, ability to see, 1 year warranty, opportunity to come back within 30 days for a pair 1/2 off. Dr Dasher really knows what he is doing and he does it efficiently and effectively. He explained all his decisions and left me feeling confident that my vision is in good hands. There was no wait to get an appointment and they even saw me early. The sales staff are not pushy at all. They gave me options and let me just replace the lenses of my old frames without any fuss or guilt at all. The on-site lab got the work done perfectly in under 30 minutes. I have no complaints (and this is my first review of any place ever). Only gave 5 stars because there is no 10 star option.

Great experience, and very helpful staff. I went to the Ann Arbor location at 4pm on a Wednesday, my son had an accident at school and his glasses ended up being broken. I looked around for places that do same day glasses because he could not see and this was the only place I found in the area. Due to the fact that my sons prescription is so strong, they informed me that I couldn’t get the same day glasses but that I would have to wait for 10 days for his new glasses to come in. Not only did the staff help me figure out a way to get him glasses then and there (popping his lenses into a frame they already had available), the manager waved my taxes and gave me a 10% discount on his eye glasses! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to shop for eye glasses.

Amazing people amazing service I could not be happier had to have glasses because i cant see with out them I brought my old lenses and they made a frame to fit for me till my new pairs come in and quickly as well great customer service will definitely recommend to other people I know

My wife and I went to the shop just after 6PM, today, Saturday. Got my contacts and glasses here. They were awesome. My contacts came in quickly. My glasses rock, I actually wear them more than my contacts now. They were also very affordable especially since i have such bad eye. I would highly recommend this location.

We didn’t even get helped, walked in with my husband and son, the woman said we will be right with you, we looked around which was fine but then two other couples walked in and were helped while we still were standing there waiting to be helped. Rude and I believe racist as we were an interracial Asian/Caucasian family and they were refusing to wait on us, sad and our 6 yr old son noticed that others were being helped while we were skipped over

My daughter broke her glasses at school. We were able to walk in, get two pairs of glasses and have them ready for pick up by the end of the day. Wonderful staff and great service.

So happy I found this place. Visited twice so far, once for myself and once for my SO. Staff at this location are just wonderful! Definitely will go back.

This place is awesome! The eye exam was quick and stress free and their selection of frames was more then sufficient for styles for my wife and I. I had been experiencing problems with my contacts regarding vision changes (as I had thought) over the past few years. Even though I have eye care insurance, I actually paid to have an exam with a different doctor last year because my contacts were just not right. I was not too hopeful when I tried Eyeglass World, but since it is near me, I gave it a try for this years exam. I have never had such a thorough and complete eye exam, and all of my concerns were addressed. It turns out I need to add reading glasses when Im reading long hours, and I was prescribed Restasis for my dry eyes. I decided to get glasses after my exam, and I was provided so much time and care to find the right frames and lenses for me. I have never had such a positive and professional experience with my eye health.

Didnt know how to bill my popular insurance. Glasses have never fit right. Messed up my order...had to call to find out my glasses were in.
