I highly recommend See of Ann Arbor. They have a great selection of unique frames and a wonderful store to browse in. Love how they sanitize their frames in between customer try-ons too. I cannot say enough kind things about Melissa the manager. She is extremely customer-service oriented, knowledgeable and helpful. Spoke to April numerous times who knows what she is doing! She was very competent, handled my order professionally, and even had my order ready one week before I needed it. I am amazed by this level of service and I highly recommend See eyewear. Ask for April, shes amazing!!I placed my order over the phone, and didnt even need to go to the store. Any problems we did run into, she offered me numerous solutions. April knows exactly what she is doing.

I had a fantastic experience today with See Eyewear. First, April is a phenomenal manager. She knows her clients and knows how to help you find the right style of glasses. SEEs COVID-19 protocols are reassuring. The store is immaculate and very clean. Ive been a client for years and in the past only purchased glasses. I couldnt get a timely appointment with my current doctor, so I decided to try Dr. Johnson. Im glad I did. Hes very knowledgeable and alleviated some of my concerns regarding aging and ones eyes. After seeing Dr. Johnson, April helped me pick out some cool specs. All of this occurred while listening to a tremendous old-school playlist of music.

I am new to wearing glasses and was very indecisive with my purchase. Both April and James were wonderful answering questions and handling my exchange with knowledge, kindness and professionalism.

Now that’s the kind of customer service I’ve come to expect.During this time of Covid we are all doing our very best and as a customer I could’ve done a better job communicating my concerns and needs. Huge thanks to April for sorting out my new glasses.Word to the wise: ask more questions! I didn’t fully understand the progressives and they didn’t fully understand what my concerns were. I went back in sat down with April and within a few minutes we had determined what the issue was and found a solution.We really believe in supporting our community and local business owners. Dr. Johnson is the best eye doctor I have had in almost 20 years of wearing eye glasses. He helped thoroughly explain some issues I have had with my eye sight and prescribed the best pair of eye glasses for me. The staff at SEE is also fantastic and so wonderful. After going to other providers in the Ann Arbor area, I would say this is the best place to go.

A business establishment with good hearted human employees. Humans who listen to ones needs and respond with thoughtful actions. That can be uncommon to come across in the A2 bubble. James and others were a great help on a short visit. In addition to having a diverse selection of frames and styles, the employees directly help you with your needs. Highly recommend.

I popped in here to look at some glasses because they have a great location and nice looking frames. As it turns out, I didnt buy any glasses but I did learn they do contact lens exams, which I needed. I wanted to write a review because the optometrist here, Dr. Johnson, is extremely diligent, precise and helpful. He was not only extremely patient in introducing me to contacts but also carefully optimized my prescription (with a level of follow up I am not sure you would get elsewhere) and explained it all to me. He is very scientifically minded in going about his work. Ill also note I did not have vision insurance and the price was extremely reasonable. I was so impressed by the service and the time they spent with me - including a follow up visit - that I offered to pay for the follow up, but they refused.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Aside from having the most rad, fresh, fashion-forward frames to choose from, the people who work there, including the owner and managers are mega friendly, mega helpful. I am a four-time happy customer. They will (thank god) give you their honest opinion, which I really appreciate. You certainly dont want an overly-eager salesperson telling you what you want to hear, only to find that you hate the frames later. Eyewear is what they do, they are the experts, and in trusting them I have NOT been disappointed. Aaron is especially great. I get compliments on my glasses on the daily.Christ, they even let me bring my dog in and treated him like a prince, showering him with love and dog treats!Oh! And regarding price, I was pleasantly surprised by how INEXPENSIVE the frames are, and most are made in Italy! I had walked by this place for years thinking it was out of my price range, but the frames/lenses are totally affordable, on the average around $225. I wish I would have come in sooner.I do recommend ponying up the extra cash for the anti-reflective treatment tho- it is worth it, and now I can spot other people who unfortunately did not get it- the glaring light from their lenses makes it obvious.

Totally unique well-made frames, something for everyone, and a professional patient staff. Dont buy from anywhere else until youve been to SEE. Weve bought our glasses here exclusively for a few years and keep going back. The frames are a little pricier than other stores, but not really by much, especially when they have specials. The lenses cost about the same. The quality makes a big difference.

Fast, highly competent service. One of my lenses had fallen out of my semi-rimless frames, and they quickly replaced the line and got my glasses working perfectly. Highly recommended.

Hands-down the best experience Ive had buying glasses! Micah was extremely patient and helpful in helping me choose the perfect pair of frames and answering my many questions. After I got my new glasses and needed the fit adjusted, the employees were genuinely interested in making sure I left the store happy and were very precise in adjusting the frames. The quality of the metal frames I bought is significantly better than that of my previous frames. I would absolutely recommend SEE Ann Arbor for anyone interested in a unique , high-quality pair of frames and amazing service.

Spectacular experience! I am incredibly particular about my eyewear. After becoming frustrated from not finding what I wanted visiting several optical shops in the area, I stopped on a whim at See Optical and could not be happier!! See Optical not only created two pair of beautiful, sexy, one of a kind glasses exactly as I wanted, the staff was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Furthermore, I got both pair for less then I was quoted for one at the other shops. You can’t go wrong with See Optical!!

I’m in love with my new pair of glasses! They told me I’d expect mine in two weeks and I received it in three days! Very stylish collection, the staff are so patient, helpful and organized, their optician is wonderful too! Definitely recommend!

See offers really cool and unique frames; and the staff is really nice and helpful. I wish I could give a higher star rating, but I cant since my experience with the product itself was not that great. I bought a complete set (frames + lenses) in October 2016.The frames I got were unfortunately among the least durable of all glasses Ive owned. Within a few months the paint started peeling off, and before the 1-year anniversary, the frame just broke. Ive owned ~15 glasses in the past 20 years, and have come to expect paint to stay on for at least a year, and never have I experienced frames breaking.

Came in with broken glasses and they were fixed at no charge! Even though I didn’t buy from them! Would highly recommend just based on that!

If youre looking for trendy eyeglasses, this is the place for you. Ive come here multiple times to get a pair, and have never been disappointed. It should be noted that they do not have an in-house lab, and youll have to wait for a couple weeks until the store receives the pair you ordered. Also, this place does not carry any Luxottica brands, and uses local manufacturers which is a huge plus for me.A couple weeks ago, I accidentally broke my glasses and came here to get a replacement. I was helped by friendly staff who helped me pick out some glasses that I ended up falling in love with. I was told it would take a couple weeks to arrive at the store, and that they would give me some contacts to use in the meantime, free of charge. I was surprised to get a call from them a few days later telling me my pair had already arrived!Cool place, would definitely recommend.

The glasses are always super cute! The staff is great and will give their honest opinions of you ask for it. My glasses always arrive earlier than they state that they will.

Really friendly and helpful staff with a nice selection of glasses. Theyre all rather large glasses, so if you, like me, prefer smaller wire rimmed glasses it might not be your cup of tea, but a great place to check out.

I love see and it’s always worked great for me, but on the website it says they are open until 6 on sundays and when I went to pick up my contacts they were closed and very rude about the inconvenience even though it was 5:02 and their website said they were open.
