Ive been wearing the same contacts for 6 years. I had my appointment, they ordered trials of my new prescription (yet the same brand) and I was not told that I had to come back for an additional appointment to have them checked. I called to order contacts and was told I was unable to until the contacts were checked to make sure they fit.So, they ordered new trials. Thats appreciated. Then they called to schedule the check and said I still cant be seen for over a week and I am unable to order any contacts until they check me. I would rather pay out of pocket for an exam elsewhere that doesnt make me jump through hoops to get what I need.

Me and my girlfriend went to get adjustments here, very friendly and helpful and when my girlfriends frames turned out to be defective they immediately ordered here a new pair of frames so they can adjust them correctly. The only thing I dont like about Rx optical in general is if you have insurance they pull frames from a box and behind the counter when my insurance covers 95$ on a frame they sold me on a no name brand making me believe thats all I could get with my insurance when in actuality I had 95$ towards any frame in thier store which was never mentioned to me or my girlfriend.

Went to Ann Arbor East spot a few weeks ago because my husband had a stubborn stye that was not going away. Not only did they try to pop it,...they actually made a new one, lovely. He was miserable for 3 additional weeks which included our vacation unfortunately. I decided to get another opinion from my original clinician, Zeeland Vision. Their reaction was very telling...they did WHAT, uhm who tried doing WHAT. I hate to say those spots earn a reputation for a reason...NEVER AGAIN.
