Upon arrival, everyone was personally greeted by each staff member acknowledging their presence in a kind and caring manner. Wait time was brief, and you never felt rushed. Procedures were thoroughly explained before starting.

Quick fast mri imaging. The front pulled strings to speed up my insurance auth approval. I appreciate that a lot. Also the person who did my mri took her time and explained the process to me. Much preferred location than going to the hospital for my imaging. Thank y’all!

I have been here several times. EVERYTIME I have gotten a call or walked into this office EVERYONE has been so welcoming, polite, and have tried to really help with scheduled appointments and payments. I recommend this place to anyone needing there services.

Have been to this location twice, once for an ultrasound and once for a CT. Both times were great experiences. Steve ran my CT scan, very professional and extremely understanding of my circumstances. The woman that did my ultrasound I cannot remember her name, but she was absolutely wonderful as well. I usually dont like banter but both of them managed to get me into casual conversation to make the processes as pleasant as possible. Kudos to both of them, and to the business for keeping people of that caliber on staff.

This negative review is in regard to billing. I had issues in the fall paying online. I contacted the physical location. I understand they dont handle billing but I needed direction as I couldnt get through even on the phone to someone in billing or get a call back. Someone at the local place said they would have someone call me back and they didnt. Finally I was able to make a payment online just randomly. I tried again the following month and since then have tried to make a payment 7 times and continuously I havent been able to. I have tried to call again with no success in getting through or not getting the help from the local office. Im unsure of what to do. Of course not paying is fine with me if they dont want my money but I dont want to be sent to collections. If someone has a recommendation Ill take it or if a company rep will contact me that would be great.

I had an ultrasound done last week and I wasnt happy when the technician told me that they didnt give prints of baby. Once finished she didnt clean me at all, just cover me with a towel. And she wasnt forthcoming with information when asked. I also told her that I couldnt see the screen and she barely moved it an inch. Im not going back for another ultrasound there. She did let me take a few pictures of the screen at least, but is not the same😐

Left foot MRI was done. Radiologist said they did not see anything that could be causing pain. I asked if another Radiologist could read MRI and they told me no, we dont have someone else read results from another. So, they said I would have to order another MRI. No thanks!

Excellent scheduling, friendly staff, and extremely easy to work with. Did I mention that they’re budget friendly? They saved me $$$s! Going forward, I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Akumin!

I went in for an MRI, the staff was very professional and friendly. They really made me feel comfortable. There was little wait time and they walked me through every part of the process. I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend them.

Clean and timely testing is a given for medically related businesses. However, I needed a CD of my MRI to take to a surgeon. I called to request that they prepare the CD so that I may pick it up quickly and at our mutual convenience. They will not make the CD which will take 10-15 minutes while I wait. I asked why? The answer--Weve had several people not show up for the CD. Thats NOT my problem. I spent thousands of dollars for the test and was polite enough to call and ask for it to be made and stated I would come by to retrieve it. Im not pleased. BUT Ill not be having any more business for them.

Took my mother for an MRI. They got her in and out very quickly! The staff was very professional! The front desk Jackie helped my mother with everything she need it! Jackie is bilingual took her time to explain all the paperwork and how insurance works to my mother! Highly recommend!!

Very friendly staff. The place is very clean and professional looking with a western style paint jobs in the MRI rooms. The equipment is some of the best on the market. Instead of stupid cheap ear plugs, they let you use special headphones so you hear music to drown out most of the noise that a MRI machine makes.

When you’ve been referred by your physician to get work done here. I paid what was owed at the visit! 200+ But to get them to send the results to your Dr is a joke. Thank you for being concerned about me that much! To NOT send my results to my Dr. making us have to call and ask for it 2 weeks after the MRI.

First time visit for me today, and it was awesome!! The staff was fast and friendly...and my test didn’t cost anywhere near what I thought it would! 🙂

Great staff. I had an MRI one day and no one to watch my son so I had to bring him with me. They played with him and one man even played hide and seek and let him watch movies on his iPad. The receptionists are just so sweet. And the man administering the scan was extremely proficient and found my vein immediately and without pain. After being in the military it was nice to come to a place that seems to really care about the patient.

I have had numerous family members and myself scanned at Preferred. Surprised by one of the reviews because almost everyone of our doctors had the reports back the very same day as our scans. They are amazing...very fast but professional. I have been to another local facility and will not allow any family to ever go back. Prices at others are out of control and the professionalism is just not there. I cant say enough about the facility. If you ever have a problem ask to speak to their administrator... very friendly and comes out to check on us while we are waiting.

The staff was very friendly and respect full , I enjoyed great conversation in the waiting room, The drink wasn’t too terribly bad I had to get down before my scan, and it really didn’t take very long at all I was in and out quickly! Thank you Preferred Imaging!

Had a scan done there and the man who gave me the contrast and Iv was so nice!!....I was very nervous and he made me feel at ease. I dont remeber his name but he did a great job!

Confirmed info by phone twice prior to appointment. Fasted for 4 hours, then had to wait 2 hours before they finally informed me that they couldnt do my scan.

Receptionists are cold and rude. No smiles, no thank you and no have a good day.
