Brett is very kind, humble, explains everthing to you and is an amazing dr. I had chari decompression, this has to do with my brain. He did my neck and back surgery and Im feeling great. The office staff are very nice and son his physician assistant is also very kind. I highly recommend dr. Brent gentry. If you have chiari malformation he is the man to do your surgery.

I am a Veteran and they did my spinal cord stimulator. I feel great Dr. Hiser and Staff treated me great!

Terrible experience with Dr. Paullus Jr, and with the staff at Southwest Neuroscience. May 2020, new location, I wanted to see the new MRI images of what we are watching. I was led out into the hall, where he pulled up the images on a computer 10 feet away from the next patient getting their stats and Im listening to all his prescriptions.I ask where are last years images, he says he doesnt have them, but assures me its most likely that it has not changed since last year. ---Ok, so I just dropped $1,500 for a new image to compare and were not comparing---then proceeds with our appointment in the hall. Very casually tells me we dont want to touch this thing and why. My 2019 appointment, he had very casually said it would be no problem to remove. We are still in the hall with patients and nurses moving about.Once you see him, the other neurologists in this office will not see you.

Your billing person Lindi is the rudest. I hate having to speak to her on my mothers behalf. I dont understand why she is in customer service. With her attitude and personality she should be a prison guard. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with her. She comes off as she is Hitler. I gave one star because I had to or I couldnt share my opinion.

I went in for neck and lower back problems and all they did was check the strength in my arm and checl my ability to move my arms and that was it and as he walked out he said theres nothing wrong with my shoulder. It was like really I came in for neck and lower back how did you get shoulder

I had a neck MRI which was read indicates disc protrusion causing severe spinal stenosis. I was referred to Dr Hiser. He did a few strength tests on my legs and hands. He did not at any time touch my neck, my shoulders, or my back. He did not even ask me to show my range of motion (how far I could turn or nod) He said I didnt need surgery and the injections wouldnt help. I brought up the spinal stenosis issue twice, but he completely ignored the issue. He was rude, condescending, thoroughly incompetent and a very poor diagnostician.,

I am not a patient but I have a family member that went there. The staff was nice and treated him well. However, the business office supervisor Lindy is hateful, rude and condescending. Im glad his bill is taken care of because we wont have to deal with her again.

My wife has had a great experience with the group as well as with Dr.Paullus thank you for your help

Dr Wayne Paulass and all the staff are very professional and extremely helpful. They truly care about your health and healing ! I have recommended them to some of my family and friends.

The nurse does not listen and follow dr. orders. She did a physical exam on me never touched me. Interesting my lungs were clear and she never listed to them. She put kidney disease and that is incorrect not yet known.I wont return to this clinic because of Dr. Paullus nurse. She also did not weigh me.Ps
