I came in for an ultrasound today and the first thing I noticed was that I was the second patient that day but still waited over 20 minutes to get back there and when I did the woman did not even introduce herself to me so obviously I don’t have a name to blame for this. My appointment was only 7 minutes long (yes I kept track) and all she got a picture of was an arm and a leg. She would not stop moving around to actually get a clear enough image to see anything. That appointment was for me to find out the gender which I have been excitedly waiting for, not a leg and this woman was insanely impatient and overly excited to just get me out of the room, I felt. She then told me I’ll have to come back in a few more weeks, this is my very first pregnancy and this entire experience was insanely upsetting. I think this should be looked into because I know I’m not the only one who’s experienced this based on the other countless bad reviews you guys have. I will be continuing with women and children’s next month as I already have an appointment set with them.

My sister was informed that she would be able to bring one person to her appointment’s at all times including her ultrasound appointment. When we got to the appointment we were told she could only be in the room even after she was informed that she would be able to bring one person with her. There was no notice of any kind stating she couldn’t bring anyone with her. Very unprofessional of this place. This isn’t the first experience she has had with them. I definitely won’t be coming here at all for my appointments when I have a baby.

They were the only specialist in my area that could treat me when I was pregnant . The other specialist was 3 hours away in Lubbock . I was told I needed weekly visits for my high risk pregnancy I herd good things about them and at my first appointment everyone was so friendly and nice untill I seen the doctor. She was in like a huge hurry to get me out told me my baby wouldn’t last more than 2 weeks inside me and abortion would be best since baby had a 1% survival rate I was only 16 weeks I couldn’t go to my regular Obgyn because To them I was already in the hands of a specialist . I would call and call just to be told they’d call me back foR my next appointment but I never got seen again. For 2 and a 1/2 months I would just go to my local ER just to see if my baby was still with me. I Do Not Recommend

Wait time is horrible... they over book and it’s so frustrating. And who wants to see a different Doctor every few weeks and not know who will deliver your baby when the time comes because it’s whoever is on rotation that week. It’s impersonal - like a factory of pregnant women that they see as just a number. Sad really... but if they don’t care they won’t change it

I strongly recommend Dr. Heather Holmes for high risk pregnancies. Her and her staff, who rotate her service every month, have been amazing. Dr. Holmes is very patient and knowledgeable. She stays up to date with new studies and research, which is an invaluable trait to find in a physician. If I drag an appointment out for 2 hours with questions and concerns, they don’t rush me. (Even though I’m sure it messes up their schedule for the rest of the day! Sorry!) She doesn’t recommend C Sections unless they are absolutely necessary. She listens to you and will also give you her honest opinion on things. Overall, I feel lucky to have her as my high risk OBGYN and would recommend her to anyone needing a maternal-fetal specialist on their side.

Very rude. I tried scheduling an appointment today and was placed on hold, which I was fine with. They hung up on me! So I called back 3x and they hung up every single time. Will not be going here for anything.

The office staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. The average wait time past your appointment is 2 hrs minimum. No one in the office has any respect or knowledge about disabilities or how to professionally care for someone disabled. Don’t try and have good insurance and go because they’ll bill you wrong anyway. And don’t make any plans to be seen before your due date you calculate yourself because scheduling an appointment with them in near impossible

Tells you your appointment is 20 minutes earlier than it actually is so you have to wait. Ultrasound technician was extremely impersonal and seemed to be in a rush. Didnt care about getting us our first photos of our child, we had to ask for them and even then she made it sound like they were unimportant. The appointment itself was short-lived and I felt extremely rushed.

Nurse Debbie deserves negative stars. Alas, this is not currently possible.
