The best two drs I’ve ever had! Trust this team to help you to be your best self! The nursing staff here goes above and beyond! I am thrilled to have these people in my life! The building itself is always very clean and such a nice place to be!

The staff is wonderful . If I have a issue I just call and speak with a nurse if they are busy they will call back promptly . The doctors 🥼 do what they can to diagnose an treat you and they call and follow up . Many people complain about the length of time it takes for a appointment but the process includes frequent labs diagnostic test and more . I would recommend to anyone !!

Doesnt seem like anyone in the office is on the same page. Appointments are set up and confirmed then canceled, consistently. They do not track what has been paid verses what is due. Serum that was supposed to be ready in two weeks has now been over six weeks and classified as missing. All the while they continue to schedule follow-up appointments to see the Dr. when no treatment has even occurred. As this point, we have paid for the serum but concerned if/or when administered it could belong to someone else. Be cautious!!

People here dont know what they are doing. We had an appointment with another company and arts called us and said they couod get us in. We asked if they accepted Medicaid and they said yes so we made the appointment and canceled the other cause this one was closer. When we got to the appointment they told us they didnt accept it and that they had us as self pay. I mean whos paying 1300 dollars when it states on the referral that the patient is on Medicaid. End result was them telling us to make another appointment elsewhere. Explains why your ratings are already low. So if I were you I would go somewhere else.

Ive been going to Allergy ARTS for years now....I absolutley love this place, they are friendly and make you feel like family. They are quick and efficient. They all know there stuff. Honestly, Im ever so glad the GREAT ALMIGHTY GOD sent me their way. Doctor Saadeh, Doctor Davey, Casey, and Sammie, including all the staff, thank you for making me feel welcomed, even through this pandemic. You all are truly GODS sent angels. Thank you.

VERY rude to begin with!!! Seems like the staff is never on the same page. As one says one thing the other says something else. Doesn’t look like they know what they are talking about. Place looks messy. as it appears hasn’t been remodeled in years!

Ive been coming here for 17 YEARS and Dr. Saadeh is great, if you ever see him. But Im leaving this office entirely because of the office staff. They are all extremely rude and act as though your presence is bothering them. Dont even try to get a call back (if your call goes through to them at all). God forbid you need to get something done in a reasonable amount of time. Also! The building has been under construction for years at this point so its a huge mess every time, which personally, makes my symptoms worse!

The front desk supervisor was very rude, short, and unprofessional. I went in there and asked a question and she acted like she needed a class in customer service. Seems like she was poorly trained or just doesnt care! Asked to speak to a triage nurse about a medication that was not filled and Liz came and was VERY rude and not very caring for a nurse at all. Spoke to me and my father like we were silly children. Needless to say, we WONT be back. I suggest the good doctors that are there think about their staff and who they hire there representing them.

Why are you offering services that you have to watch a video on how to do it... I will be filing a complaint

Had an appt for my daughter last week and upon arrival they informed me that we had to pay $915 for testing. It was a first appt and was never notified of any testing to be done at appt. When testing was completed, went over details and was told serum could be mailed to our pediatrician to be administered since we live 3 hrs away in Kansas. All of this was agreed and was told serum takes two weeks to make. Received call the following evening to let me know serum was ready for pick up and first three doses needed to be done in office. I reminded them about arrangements and was told they don’t do that. Drove the 3 hrs today to pick up serum and get first dose of shots. Check-In personnel at “Shot Room” was rude, and not someone I’d like to deal with again. Nurse that did the initial allergy testing and the one that administered shot were courteous and kind, unlike the woman that did the check in and call for serum.

Let me start by saying this review has nothing to do with Dr. Saadeh. He is absolutely great and has been a true blessing over the last 7 years! We have had some good experiences with some of the nurses and staff over the years, but my goodness has that changed. This place has become the most poorly ran Dr’s office I’ve ever seen. If you have an 11:30 appointment, don’t make any plans of actually seeing the Dr before 1:00, if you are lucky. I don’t know if they overbook are understaffed or what. The nurses and staff are rude and seem so overwhelmed and act as if just by being there you are an inconvenience to them. We drive 2 hours for appointments and have to plan to have an entire day dedicated now. The only reason we keep coming back is for Dr Saadeh.

The staff here is very rude and incompatent ! Nelda in the front desk thinks she knows it all and trys giving attitude. ( What happened to good customer service.) This whole clininc including the doctors need customer service class, and how to titrate medications down. Nicole should lead by example but she fails to and I guess that is why her staff act the way they do because she has the same attitude. But really think twice before you decide to come to this clinic.

The doctors at allergy arts maybe good ones but the office is very inefficient. My daughter needed her records sent to a new doctor when she moved. She tried calling for weeks prior to the appointment and no one returned her call. I even tried calling the records department several times too. No call back and her records were never sent. Patients in extreme pain with RA are not well cared for by this office. No one seems to care how she’s doing.

Dr. Saadeh and the entire staff is fantastic. Not long wait times, friendly and helpful staff!

Run !! Do not look back! I was diagnosed and treated for lupus! Was getting worse on meds. They refused to listen to my complaints. Went to houston doctors and I dont have lupus!! I have ANCA vasculitis! I have asked NUMEROUS times for my medical records and they REFUSE to return my calls!!

Our first experience at Allergy Arts was awesome. Our nurse LVN, Cynthia Sanchez was great! Very polite & thorough with the testing process for our little girl. It took us an hour or two but It’s understandable to have to wait an hour or so because the amount of testing going on rather if it’s food allergy testing, X-Ray’s, and asthma testing. Overall the entire staff at Allergy arts was outstanding and very polite. I’m glad to have gotten referred to a great allergy facility.

My wife is supposed to see Dr. Saadeh but in 3 years Ive never seen him. My wife if a dual amputee from the knees down so I am with her when she has an appointment. They have a policy to call them for your pain meds 72 hrs ahead of time, my wife called them in on a thursday we drove 75 miles to the pharmacy we use Monday and they have not called them in. We finally got through to the Dr about 11:00 and told my wife she would call them in within 30 minutes, its 3:00 now sitting in a house with no AC and we cant get them to call us back. The staff at Allergy Arts is very uncaring, we go through this every month with them saying they will call them in and not doing it. The staff needs to be compassionate and do their jobs.

You never see the same Dr or PA. feels like they are just experimenting. If you could see Dr Saaedh it would be great. People come and go all the time and you have to start over each time they change.

Ive had excellent service and experience at ALLERGY ARTS for almost 20 years now. I highly recommend it to anyone who has ALLERGIES, ASTHMA AND ARTHRITIS OR BACK PAIN!

Went with my husband for the first time. The office looked disgusting. The staff that calls you to the back were very rude. They had not a smile or nice at all. They looked at you like you don’t belong or shouldn’t accompany anyone. Because of how they acted I refused to even go in the back. I will be looking into someplace different. They also acted like it’s all about money.

Dr Saadeh has taken care of me since I was in eighth grade. I could not be in better hands and I am nineteen years old now. I feel better now than I have ever felt.Thank you, Dr Saadeh.

I’ve been going to Dr Saaedh for 10 years. He and all the PAs are fantastic and the staff are nurses are wonderful! I drive from Lubbock and don’t mind because it’s worth it to me!! Highly recommend.

Dr. Saadeh and his clinical staff are AMAZING! I left him for a year due to insurance changes and went back because of how well they take care of me.

Dr sadeeh is amazing and the staff do what they can to help, however, after a misunderstanding with the type of insurance they took for the beginning of the year i have no reason to go back since they had scheduled me for a breathing treatment that had nothing to do with my diagnosis of R.A. and i do not use an inhaler. I have also suffered from fibromyalga but after being a second time patient they still continued to ignore it and not treat those symptoms as well. Dr. Saur is very rude and made me feel like i was not worth his time even though i was in a lot of pain that day. The wonderful lady who takes care of narcotic refills is very sweet, understanding, and to the point. Overall i will be attempting new medical advice elsewhere.

Ive had to wait 2 in a half hours to get into my apointment and they just dont care very irritated and just wouldnt recommend it Ive had been going here for a while but today is the worst one... If you set appointment get the back on the this is ridiculous

These people are HORRIBLE! First they butchered my wifes IV. Then when she asked for a different (and hopefully better) staff member to try again the woman who messed up the first one told the whole staff that she had refused treatment. Then they gave my wife a bunch of excuses as to why they have an incompetent person botching IVs and argued with her about it. Find somewhere else to go.
