The worsts! I don’t know why I can’t leave a 0 star review. This people deserve it! I scheduled 3 appointments to see the doctor, and the when the day finally comes, I go to the appointment and they just say “I’m sorry, the doctor is not here today”. They have done the same thing three times…. YES 3 times wasted my time. I have to keep asking for days off to come here and they just make me lose my time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!

My daughter has autism they handled her with care and were very helpful. They are kind she actually says the dentist made her really happy. I definitely recommend.

The appointment was right on time foe the exam and cleaning. Waiting area was very clean/sanitized and the receptionist was polite and professional. Exam and cleaning rooms were clean and all precautions were taken to ensure a safe environment. Everyone was polite and took an interest in my well-being.

I give them a zero rating. The dr and tech was rude didn’t really seem like they cared to give me good care. Very short and cut Throat even walking out the room while talking to me . Not ever going back to that location!!!!!!

Had an appointment with the Periodontist that was scheduled over a month ago. Arrived today to be told that the Periodontist only comes in on Fridays and that I would need to reschedule .I asked why no one bothered calling to let me know and just got an apology. I live 30 minutes away so this was an hour of work that I missed and time out of my day. You would have thought that Greenberg would have been more considerate. Apparently I wasn’t the first one this morning. I could tell by the look the receptionist gave to the other receptionist when I told her about my appt that others must have already arrived before me for the same doctor. I have been with Greenberg for years but think I will start looking elsewhere now.

My daughter had an emergency walk in situation and she was attended within 30 minutes. The doctor was amazing and was able to safely help my daughters tooth and help with her pain over all. They were fast and efficient. Thank you Greenburg !

Ive been a customer of this dental group for over 9 years and over the past 4 years, Ive become so disappointed. The wait is INSANE, the quality of service is deplorable and if youd like to phone in? Good lucking speaking with someone from the office OR youre going to get their phone service which is totally USELESS. They bill your insurance, KNOWING, the service is not covered and then tell you its your responsibility when the insurance clearly stipulate it does NOT cover it. Then when I question it they ask, Well, why did you sign it agreeing to the charge? Because youre SPECIALIST who looked at my insurance and advised that they DO cover the cost and now when billing comes, I should have taken a look at what is not covered? Thats what your job it! Youre literally given the cost while sitting in the chair with your mouth propped open and told This is what insurance covers. I believe them and sign it! Liars, unorganized, uncouth, ill-mannered is the gist of this office AND company as a whole. Im DONE and would NOT recommend to my ENEMY.

Can not say how happy I am that I chose Greenberg Dental! They go out of their way to make you happy with your smile.

It was an emergency visit. After filling out a barrage of personal information that was the same that I had there, zi was taking in quickly. Ms. Lily graciously assessed the situation and took x-rays. Then Dr. Q. Pham, proceed to solve the emergency. She was very informative within the process. Answers my questions quickly and completely.It was a good experience. I felt things were done properly and diligently.The view from the dentists chair was relaxing.

My root canal was completed with Dr Baker. He and his assistant were very professional and handled my procedure with knowledge that gave me confidence they knew what they were doing. I recommend Dr Baker very highly.

They got me in on time and were very nice. It was a satisfactory basic exam and cleaning. The dentist didnt spend more than 2 minutes looking at my teeth and exray, not sure how he could make an opinion. Not that I wanted any additional charges, but most dentists offer a flouride treatment; didnt think about until I was driving home. I had to ask them to wipe down the x-ray machine after I saw the last patient leave it.

The dental surgeon was absolutely incredible! Although it took a very long time to get in to see him, his bedside manner was amazing & the quality of work was impeccable.The front office staff however were extremely rude & act that you are a bother to them. Even though I was seen at another location & my info. was in the system, they told me I would need to call that location to get a referral to see them. That was not relayed during the scheduling & I was seen without the referral. Do not expect good customer service by the staff at Altamonte. The same goes for the Oviedo location. They too act like it’s a total bother to serve you.

Dr. Greenberg was my dentist since my childhood.. Ive been at his offices after his growth of expansions, and the office I was going to closed. Transferring to another office, change can be challenging. The reason I am giving a 5 is because there will be issues no matter where you go. With the particular doctors at the office I am going to now, when issue was brought to their attention, their diligence to make things right made me feel at home once again. There are many dentists in various areas for the Greenberg umbrella of offices. You may have to try a different dentist under their umbrella to fit your needs, but you have an array of experts and Ive found the best dentist/assistant. So the beauty of it is, try different dentists at offices near you til you find your dentist preference, certainly easier than changing insurance.

My appointment was 7AM, the first one for the day. I was in for a simple xray, dentist review and cleaning. I waited until 8:00 before i spoke with dentist. waited 45 min before the cleaning started and did not leave until 9AM. This service is unacceptable. I have been a patient with Dr Barrett for 19 years and since he is no longer my dentist, The service has gone downhill to a point, I am not sure if I will continue doing business with Greenberg dental.

The check IN staff, dental assistant and Dentist were WONDERFUL! Tina at Check OUT needs to at least smile 🤷🏻‍♀️ All in all it was a good experience, but a smile can go a long way….maybe next time?

This dental office took great care of my son when he needed it, but refuses to pay what they owe me. In April my son had dental surgery and I paid the full amount as requested. Soon after my dental insurance company informed me that my portion of the payment was approx. 30% of what I paid. After two calls (May and June) to their billing department and no responses, my insurance company sent them letters requesting I be remitted my money. After no response to that I guess when I have enough free time I can go to small claims court and go that route. Quick to take money and unresponsive to give it back. Perhaps a member of their billing team will see this and respond.

I loved my pediatric experience today. I came in thinking it was going to be a challenge since the appointment was for my 3 kids who are 1,4, and 6. Fortunately that was not the case at all. Our assigned dental specialist was Latanya and she handled my kids with such grace and finesse, I was highly impressed!! Her expertise definitely shows in how well she does her job. Plus she’s very knowledgeable and answered all my crazy questions. Our previous experience at another Greenberg location was completely opposite. I hope we get Latanya our next visit!

I had an appointment today at 9:00 A.M.. When I arrived today, the front desk receptionist said someone in their office, earlier today, had gone into the computer, and changed the appointment to 7:00 A.M. I informed her that no one had attempted to call me this morning to get my OK for that change. Besides, what office would call their patients before 7:00 A.M. to get permission to change an appointment for the same day, only 2 hours before their already established/ confirmed appointment. The front desk receptionist said she would check with someone, came back and said I would be called shortly. I waited 30 minutes, but wasnt called. I informed the receptionist that I had allotted only so much time based on my 9:00 A.M. appointment, and I would need to reschedule if they couldnt take me back, because of my work schedule. No estimated time on when they would be able to take me back was offered, or apology for the appointment change without checking with me first, or even an explanation as to why it had been changed to begin with. Very poor management!

I was so nervous with it being my sons first ever dentist apt, but they made sure he was completely comfortable. He loves the dentist now!!

I dont have enough room to explain how horrible it was. I just had to walk out without even getting my teeth cleaned after the exam and the treatment plan were presented to me. I might add that it was not explained just handed to me.

The office was very clean and impressive.My wait time was minimal and the assistant very personable. I wish however that someone had explained that this was a consultation rather than the actual surgery. I waited quite some time for this appointment only to not have the work completed.

Clean, pretty easy to make appointments by calling, large waiting area with TV and tables for kids to color or homework. Very busy place.

Comfortably personal. Great service. Explanations gave no doubt what procedure was to be performed. Highly recommended.

Great doctors helpful, the root canal specialist was such an upgrade from my last doctor, could tell he has a lot of experience and their machines are high end, he wasn’t drilling for longer than 10 seconds at a time, my last dentist she would have the drill on for 30 minutes at a time 😭🤧

The hygienist was good. The dentist not so much. Also I requested to have the x-rays through email and I am still waiting, evrytime I call nobody answer and you need to leave a voice message.. ridiculous

The first time I came to greenburg dental the service was good. I didnt have to wait long at all the service was moving at a good pace. I felt really great about the service that was given, thank you greenburg dental, I feel confidence in coming back.

Ive been going to Greenburg for many years. Though they do very good work, their communication is deeply lacking. They are too busy to answer the phone and dont return messages till 1-2weeks later. They texted me to confirm an appt which Id left a message to cancel days ago, then texted me to take this survey of what I thought of my visit.Ive moved to a small dentist office with personal touch and also excellent work but even better communication.

Dr Richard Collier DMD was very kind and gentle the whole staff was wonderful and I’ve now found my new Dentistry home!

I had an appointment for oral surgery at the Altamonte Springs location, I was told during my consultation that I could pay half as a down payment and make payments for the remaining balance. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the entire balance of 600.00 is due now. This is crazy!!! No one informed me of this change, so I took the day off from work, drove 30 minutes and paid multiple tolls for nothing. Since this is what was told to me initially then this arrangement should have been honored.I am disappointed and I will be looking for a new dentist office with effective communication skills.

Pleasant experience however check in staff did not appear knowledgeable…? Rose did a fantastic job! Checkout with Gigi was much better. There is still a problem with contacting office by phone-VERY frustrating!

I definitely enjoyed my experience. Dr. Pham was super nice, very informative and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The hygienist was super super nice. She was careful into cleaning my teeth since gums were very sensitive. I would recommend this place. The only thing I would say is an opportunity is that they have a periodontist on site only twice a week so to schedule an appointment with them is very far out (approx. 2 months).

I have had 3 crowns put on . My dentist and the assistants are very professional and they do good work.My only complaint is your billing office. I have been trying for 8 months to resolve an issue and no one calls me back. Ridiculous!

Each time I go to this office, I feel like they want me to made additional dental procedures that are not really necessary in the current moment. My example would be asking for me to get 3 cleanings a year. They lady who cleaned my teeth said my teeth did not require 3 visits.

I came as a walk in on a Monday morning and I was taken in back within 10 minutes! I am so impressed and so pleased. Dr. Collier is my dentist and he is a marvelous doctor and a very calming human being which is so important in a dentist office! Monica was the technician and she was so kind and kept me at ease.

Came into the office today with a horrible tooth pain and no insurance. They were able to take me and provide me with a package without insurance. My first visit at Maitland location, the front lady that works for oral surgeons is not polite or address you where is the waiting room to fill the papers, asked for med insurance not saying at lease please , don’t even looking to patient, no manners. But the dental assistant very professional and explained everything to me as well Dr. Lawson , very professional and I had a good experience with the procedure. But the front desk even they are not wearing a mask do not smile and not let you feel welcome specially who take care of me.

Staff were extremely good at helping to calm my small children down about their procedures. Efficient and didn’t cause any undue pain with the work that needed to be done. I’d highly recommend them for anyone with young children.

Some of the staff is very nice (dental hygienist, the girl in the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful at all) BUT they never ever answer the phone and be ready to wait for a long time. I just spent over 2 and a half hours waiting for my 2 teenagers to be seen by the dentist for a check up and cleaning. I keep going back thinking its going to get better, time to look for a new dentist. Recommendation - RUN if you can.

Horrific and a complete waste of my time. Dr. Nguyen the “pediatric” dentist wanted to butcher my 6 year old son’s mouth and fill with metal due to a couple of cavities. She was very dismissive and it is true when people say you’re just a number at Greenberg dental. First time consult and left there in complete disgust. Furthermore, I waited an hour to be called back and then another 30 minutes to be spoken to and quickly dismissed. Trying to get something scheduled is also very poor. Never coming back!

I called in yesterday to make sure that they except my insurance and they allow walk-ins because they were fully packed and booked. Mind you I am in extremely bad pain and the girl on the phone tells me yes we accept your insurance be there at 7 AM to be the first walk in. I get there to be turned away and told they don’t except my insurance without even getting my date of birth right so they automatically assumed that they don’t accept my insurance. Worst staff worst coordinators everything. You would think such a big facility and business would get everything corrected and all have the same insurance at different locations but I get told to go to a different Greenberg dental Because at their office they don’t accept that insurance. And the two girls at the front literally whispering right in front of me while I’m standing right there talking about it. Let it be them that’s in pain and we’ll see who’s laughing then. Already wrote a email to Better Business Bureau.

I am a patient here and have been for 2 yrs. My chief complaint is the nasty , unprofessional, rude and disrespectful orthodontic receptionist Suhailey (sp?). I really try to people people w/ respect. However, this appt. setter was combative when I instructed her that had been in touch with Erica regarding my Ortho billing. Suhailey was rude and I have witnessed her being rude and short to other African Americans. Suhailey once left me sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half; unprofessional. I have decided to write corporate and continue to post regarding my interactions with her monthly until she is trained and coached on how to interact with Dr. Aarons patients in a more respectful manner. Suhailey needs coaching desperately.

I was experiencing tooth pain or a Saturday morning. The front office staff was nice and it wasn’t terribly busy. I waited about an hour because I didn’t have an appointment. When I got to the exam room the dental assistant was kind and took X-rays quickly. The dentist came in right away, checked my X-ray and made suggestions. Only con is the dentist was a little too quick but he seemed to be the only one on service so I understand he was busy. I would go there again if needed

Still need a referral.My primary doctor told me to come to oral surgeon.Office staff for oral surgeon very rude. He’s a specialist. I understand. I’ve had a CT scan and was told to come.Office staff repeats he’s a specialist and you have to see the regular dentist first.I have dentures. Why?Got an appointment to Come back in a week for the regular dentist. Office staff of regular dentist super nice and apologetic regarding the oral surgeons secretary.

The front desk is beyond unprofessional! I have been here 3 hours so far and not one person has walked away with a smile in fact it’s the complete opposite! Everyone has said how offended they were or how rude that the desk was and if nothing was said then their head was shaking in disappointment!If I could I would absolutely give ZERO stars for the front desk staff!With all that being said I haven’t had my procedure yet but have had an X-ray, spoke to the surgeon and paid, the deeper you go into the back it appears to get better as far as personable and professionalism.If I have a great experience from this point on, I would love to come back and add to this post......to be determined.... 🤞🤞🤞

Took my 15 month old there today and even though they are a bit busy they were very prompt in seeing us. They were delicate with my little one. I highly reccomend them.

This office is operated like a factory. Over crowded , long wait times. Rushed, busy and rude staff. Unfortunately this is what subpar/government funded dental insurance gets you. If this is what kids Medicaid has to offer its worth removing your child and adding them to your employer insurance plan. Never returning.

The doctors are mostly very good, but the reception service and the communication with administrative staff leaves a lot to desire.Try to talk to the reception personnel, you should be lucky if you get a sincere attention or an eye contact.

Dr. Richard and Ms. Idalmis were awesome with my daughter. Dr. Richard was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was so pleased with the level of service I made myself an appointment. All of the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I had a great cleaning today. Rosa was prompt, professional, and detail-oriented. They got me to work on time (and satisfied).

Thank Sue on the orthodontics side for this review. I had a 3:30pm appt for my daughter. It was a follow up from our initial visit because after all the x rays we did and the exam Greenberg told us she needs braces. We happened to be in the area early so we stopped in. I checked in with sue and advised her I was an hour early but we were in the area and wanted to see if the doctor was available now or if I needed to come back at my appt time. She said, let me check. She came back to tell me the Dr. Was finishing up with a patient and I was next.An hour passed and the room was cleared out. I asked her when we were going to be seen because she said we were next. She said well you were an hour early. I told her I asked her in advance so I wasnt sitting here, I had other things to do. I also told her everyone else was seen but us. She told me there was only one doctor I could see for my daughters braces consultation.Finally after two hours of waiting, I we get seen and I provided the nurse with my daughters x-rays. She insists we need another set of x-rays, but before she does she checks her teeth and notices she was 2 teeth coming loose. After she does the x ray, the nurse tells me we are not eligible for braces because she has to lose her baby teeth first! My insurance was billed for two visits and two sets of x-rays to tell me that they cannot do anything. And we never saw doctor we waited two hours for. This is the worst place to go to they just want your money if i could rate this a zero I would. The dont deserve one star and the staff sucks. Go somewhere else.im also filing a complaint with my insurance company. What a waste of money.

Amazing! This team of Professionals went above and beyond to help me! I am so pleased that what was supposed to be a negative experience, was a very positive one. When they extracted my molar, this Doctor was so gentle that I didn’t even feel it! He and the ladies in the room were caring and sweet! I’m so relieved! Thank you so much for everything!

Arrived at 9:45 for a 10 appointment was not seen till 10:40. Once seen by a dental hygienist had x- ray done and reviewed by hygienist who went on to tell me that the oral surgeon did not want to take my case. Never saw the oral surgeon at any point felt like they had no interest in helping me. They may want to have the surgeon spend the 3-5 minutes to meet with the patient to deliver the news. Very disappointed.

The only complaint I have about this place is the hassle to even make an appointment. Every time I call, lines are always busy for several days, and when they finally answer, they put me on hold for a loonngg time. They do take their time to accommodate me, but not sure if they are understaffed or their system is cumbersome, and they cannot navigate through it easily.

Stay clear. Even if you have insurance they still will attempt to get you to pay outa pocket.

When I called the young lady that answered answered all my questions and when I arrived and filled out paperwork I was told as a walk-in I might wait up to two hours but forty five minutes later I was being seen. Great service!! I am a very happy camper and am going to have my dental problems taken care of. Thank you Greenberg Dental

Hour long waits in a noisy waiting room with no available chairs (they only have 10 chairs, for approx 30 people that were waiting). So youre standing for an hour, and no Wi-Fi, and also no cell signal! No really. Add in the rude front desk who roll their eyes at you and smirk/whisper to each other about the patients (including some of them ignoring their own mask requirement policy) and you have a dental office that really needs to stop and reevaluate itself. What a mess.

Been a patient at Greenberg Dental for several yrs. However, I’m very disappointed and concerned w/ how the Apopka and Altamonte offices treat their patients. Recent visits weren’t pleasing. Had to wait well over appointed time to see the doctor. Seemed very busy and don’t care to make sure patients are top priority and are satisfied overall. More importantly, I left work early to make my appointment to have to cancel due confusion and miscommunication. Thinking very seriously about finding another dentist real soon.

Had consultation appt made 4 wks ago this morning. I arrived ten min late, but they were busy already. Sat in lobby as the waiting room had few chairs, all 6 apart. Lots of standees. After 40 min I checked with receptionist to make sure I didnt miss my turn. Nope. Then after 65 min i asked for my paperwork back and told them I was leaving. They didnt even blink!

I have always been treated well at Greenberg of Altamonte Springs since the time I used to be cared for by Dr. Barrett, and now by Dr. Collier. They have some of the latest equipment and their office staff is friendly. I admit, I was afraid of dentists but the doctors at this office have always listened to my concerns and try to be accommodating to my requests when doing any dental work. I like them for their honesty and for not pushing me into getting unnecessary procedures or services. The technicians and hygienists take pride in their work and they are friendly too.

I always have to wait for them to finish their own conversation about nails, and how they need to buy two new dresses and stuff for their kids so they can assist me. When they finally are ready for me, they get interrupted by who they call “maybe” to keep talking about their own private life while I have to stand there , wait for them and also know their business.

The past few months I followed up with everything i have been putting on hold the last 10 years!!Dr. Collier was amazing. He pin pointed exactly what I needed to work on and referred me to the speciality areas. He was kind and patient during my temp and perm crown and went through everything thoroughly. His assistants were so wonderful and sweet.Dr. Baker was an amazing endodontist during my root canal. His assistants were kind and patient and he took his time when he saw I was having trouble with the procedure to give me breaks.The perio specalist was so knowledgable and continues to work with me on my treatment plan.Lastly Dr lawson did my oral surgery for my wisdom teeth. He is so good at his job and many other oral surgeons say great things about him.My kids did both their orthodontics with Dr. Aaron. Hes so great and friendly!Thanks Greenberg dental!My only feedback is the wait time which is getting better
