Dr. Ruiz, Maria Rosa, and all the other staff members were top notch professional in their work and showed the best customer service Ive ever had. They made me feel so welcome when I first came. I recommend anyone who is near Altamonte Springs to visit this office. Especially for my first time visiting this office, I know for sure I wouldnt want to go any where else because I love it there.

Every employee here is so friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to Josh who took my x-rays to the dentist and hygienist. Josh and Dr. B explained everything well and answered all of my questions and concerns at the consultation. The hygienist is amazing. Getting a semi-deep cleaning is not pleasant but she checked on me throughout to make sure I was okay and not in pain. She was fairly quick with the cleaning, about 30 minutes, but was definitely thorough and my teeth look so clean and healthy now. I have dental anxiety but I felt comfortable here. Thank you to the whole staff 😊

My first visit to Aspen Dental in Altamonte Springs, FL. The staff was very friendly and explained to me what needed to be done. Joshua was the very helpful. He explained the process and the details of how they do things. It is a little bit different that my usual dentist. I would recommend Aspen Dental.

I was very pleased with my initial appointment. X-rays done by Josh were professional as he explained everything he was doing. Dr. Ruiz was very nice and attentive as was the dental hygienist Nellie. The receptionists were so kind - even with the morning me. I look forward to my first cleaning! (They would have done it then, but I had to get to work)

Dr. B is hands down one of the best dentist out there. She changed my life and she doesn’t even know it. I was the girl with a big gap and ugly teeth my whole life I never smiled and I was bullied endlessly all through school and even as an adult over my teeth. Dr. B changed all that I’m told all the time now I have a beautiful smile. She was so gentle and patient. I drive over 100 miles to go to her office. I’d recommend Dr. B to anyone with a fear of the dentist.

My situation is unique and mostly age related where at age 60 I had an acute case of periodontal disease that took several uppers molar from my upper jaw. Having found a periodontal doctor and spending three years recovering to rebuild my jaw bone and secure my remaining teeth, I have returned to Aspen Dental in Altamonte Springs to get advice for implant restoration surgery.This visit turned out to be very informative and helpful in making large out-of-pocket expense decisions and scheduling. Doctor Brittlebank was excellent both times in finding issues others had not and recommending a treatment plan that made sense. The other technical staff was also very good and I appreciate the time and effort each spent to make my visit concise and complete, with all the x-rays and scanners.My only advice is to wear some warm clothes because their office is chilly when wearing shorts and tee shirt.

DO NOT GO HERE!I took my husband to ask for any exam and x-rays he had an appointment at 8 AM we waited for three hours to be seen no one came over to us to communicate why it was taking so long. They were very confusing and unclear and wouldn’t answer our questions. They expect us to pay $1000 for his treatment without even scheduling him an appointment they stated ( that’s just how we do things here) that makes no sense. Please don’t Easter your time here.Also I just called to get his medical records emailed to us so we can find him a new dentist because we’re clearly not going back here and they just informed me it takes up to 10 business days to receive your own medical records because they do it through a third-party.

I hate to leave a negative review, but I am just an unsatisfied customer. I am not pleased with the work done, and the repeated fixes needed on my teeth. The staff are mostly nice, but there is overall room for improvement. I wish I would have read reviews before choosing this company rather than just listening to the commercials.

This was a nightmare. As a direct result of the dentist office I am now needing a specialist to repair the damage done from a routine tooth extraction. I do not recommend this dentist, and wish I had never stepped through these doors. Do not go here, it will cost you more in the long run.

From the first phone call, every one there was very friendly & funny. It made waiting for them to fit my husband in (front tooth old crown came off) on an emergency glue on. In 3 hours after that call, he looked like himself again. Tiara at the front desk made the whole experience very pleasant. You are very blessed having her there to greet the patients first. Before any work was done everything was thoroughly explained and price broken down. JOSH was amazing and the most informative person in a dental office Ive ever had. I went for broken denture repair. Repair was done quickly.But I was not satisfied with the quality. Lower side corrected and upper side still I can see the line of crack. When I complained the dental technician did not agree and told dental Lab tech already left.I asked for how long I can come back - like if it is broken with in a week.They said no guarantee for the $201 work. I was not happy....Reception people are OK. No problem.

Nice staff. Services not convenient for patients needing regular exams or cleaning. I was asked to pay for cleanings services before an appointment would be made after having an exam. Cleaning was scheduled a month out from the initial dental exam. Won’t be returning.

Easy to book an appointment online and the service from the entire team was great! Josh took my X-rays and was so kind! He worked diligently and quickly to ease my discomfort (I hate having dental X-rays taken).Millie was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and she was also excellent. Finally, Dr. Brittlebank was the amazing dentist who took care of my teeth. She is knowledgeable and does great work.The office is clean and the team is very efficient. Covid procedures are in place and being upheld. The office is clean and is a convenient place to have your dental needs taken care of. Highly recommend.

After searching for a Dentist for two years I was so close to giving up until I decided to give Aspen in Altamonte a try, I’m so happy I did. They were welcoming, professional, and nice from the front all the way to back. The admin, the dental assistants, the hygienist, the doctor- ALL knowledgeable, kind, and did an amazing job and informed me every step of the way. I truly enjoyed my experience here and plan to stay ! Thank you so much Aspen.

The staff at this location displayed shear incompetence and no respect for peoples time. I set up an appointment for a Saturday at 2 pm only to be told by the receptionist that the office was closed. Aparently, she tought the last appoitment was at 1 pm and was confused when i showed her the confirmation email. This is revolting considering how much time it took me to get there and even the time i took to confirm any paperwork through a call. Go to some other Aspen location.

I can only share my perspective as far as getting my initial consultation/appointment. I never had any actual services done for my teeth at a spoon, however I was seriously considering it because I need some dental work done. I just want people to think long and hard before they commit to this because there are other options. The staff seemed friendly enough up until the point where we sat down to talk about financing options. They were so pushy to the point where it was beyond uncomfortable, and I can totally understand how someone who may not understand English fully or is older (which I saw to be a big chunk of clientele the few times I went) can get sucked into a steep financial trap. I really feel that companies like Aspen are no different from Aaron’s rentals, Where they most likely put profit over the client. I feel these companies take a vantage of people that are hard on their luck and cannot afford care or their basics so they have to turn to destroying their credit, because they have big approvals with very high API. If you can afford this place, good for you if you can’t. Take your Aspen estimate paper elsewhere and get a second opinion from other local offices because you may be able to get better deals. I know I did.

Ill pass. I came away with the impression that this is a huge money making machine with little care for my dental well-being. The first words from the consultation was that a payment plan was available for my treatment. I did not request one, so I dont know why she felt that I needed one???? Despite the fact that I was told that my teeth, gums etc were in great shape by both the dentist and dental hygienist, I was told that I could not have basic/preventative cleaning but I needed deep cleaning which of course carried a huge charge. Wow, I wonder what stories these people give to the elderly who need dental care. A crying shame, I will take my business elsewhere!

This was such a great dental office! My mom and I went together, and I can’t remember everyone’s name but from the girl at the front desk that welcomed us, to the man who did my moms x-rays, to the doctor, they just were all so welcoming. I couldn’t stay for my moms whole appointment, and they close at 6:00 and I got there just as my mom was finishing and the doctor was so sweet she walked my mom all the way outside of the door , introduced herself to me and explained what they were doing for her (she did not have to do that, it was 6:15 and they were already closed, and she still took the extra time to do that). Everyone was really great! Thank you!

I have been so pleased with the services I received at this office!! They have never made me feel bad about the state of my teeth. Everyone there is very special.

X Ray went fine from this point on I had no idea what was happening three different people walked in and said I will be doing.... Then the hygienist started to up seal a 30 $ cancer screening. After the doctor said she would provide a prescription for a mouth rinse, never seen it. Then some lady comes in and says follow me, I did not know I was finished. She told me to sit down and showed me what the doctor wanted and the cost....they wanted me to pay before they would even schedule. I got out of the used car lot!

I had a tooth extracted the day before Thanksgiving. My luck! I am terrified of dentists. This was the best dental experience that I had in years. They were able to get me in as an emergency new patient with no problems. The staff is extremely nice! They provided me with blankets and a stress ball. Dr. Ruiz reviewed my chart. Dr. Brittlebank did the extraction and it was quick. She took her time to explain before she did anything and was gentle. I will be going back on a routine basis.

Everyone was very professional and friendly, everything was explained thoroughly. My main concerns were taken care of the same day, soooo appreciated!! Treatment plan was broken down in a way where I had options and no pushy sales tactics. Several procedures will be performed in ONE visit this following week, Im pleased to know they value my time and are not requiring me to make several unnecessary appointments. Overall, would definitely refer family and friends to this practice. See you guys next week! 🙂

I always have a great experience at this dental office. I am not big fan of going to the dentist. Thankfully, everyone at this office is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Brittlebank is a top-notch dentist and truly cares about her patients.

My experience was very pleasant everybody on the staff with kind courteous, if you want to talk about bedside manner they get a double A+ I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone and everyone.

They are very slow. You must expect to wait for every thing. I was in a very cold room waiting to talk about finances. They are plesant when you speak to them. It took 2 and a half hours for the dentist to just look at my teeth.

Aspen dental was very efficient in handling my request for service. The technician were awesome in performing there duties. I was greeted in a very nice manner. I appreciate the service i was given, and look forward to continuing are business. I did have a problem picking up the medication that was prescribed by the doctor. When i arrived at the pharmacy they didnt have any information for me.

The personal is very pleasant and courteous, but treatment very expensive.

Check in was definately better than in the past with the IPAD. However, it would have been nice to know that when I was sent to my car to wait for a call that the facility was running behind. I was there 2 hours and only had x-rays and an assessment, not even a cleaning. I was told that I would get a 3D image of my teeth but that did not happen either. All of the staff was very nice and courteous. Maybe thats what happens when you schedule an appointment later in the day!

I would first like to acknowledge the kindness of everyone I spoke with, from scheduling the appointment to everyone within the office. Considering how things have been with COCID-19, I was hesitant to making the appointment initially. I was happy to see that when I arrived there was actually no one in the waiting room. I appreciate all the safety precautions that took place during the visit. Everyone was kind and caring when they spoke with me; along the detail and level of explanation of why things were recommended. There was a clear understanding as it pertained to the financial component; and absolutely no pressure to follow through with anything I was not comfortable with. I was pleased with my experience and happy to begin my treatment with Aspen.

The employees at the Altamonte Springs office, including general staff, techs, and the dentist that did my examination, were, without exception, top notch and impressive. However, the fee schedule presented to me was, per recommended procedure, without exception, ridiculously overpriced. At the end of the presentation, when asked by the staff member what were my intentions, I told her that my intention upon seeing their fee schedule was to return to my periodontist on the coast, which I did despite the drive, where I had a deep periodontal cleaning that cost $140. as compared to their recommended deep cleaning of nearly $1500. I would imagine that if you havent been to a dentist for a long the Aspen fees might seem reasonable, otherwise, stick with your regular dentist.

First off when you show up for your appointment a little ahead of their time and they make you late 45 minutes are they call you back. First impressions are usually the way it is that means they always must run late on their appointments. Second when I made the appointment I wanted the cost to compare with a previous I had from another dentist on how much crowns were. They inform me they could not give me the price until they seen me. Thats why I made an appointment and spent over an hour and a half in there get to the point where they gave me the price on the crown and they said that was their standard price. So it was a total waste of my time when they could have gave me the price when I called there instead of going all through all of their procedures to find out theyre about 30% higher than anybody else. Very disappointed would not recommend them to anybody.

It was so refreshing to see a Dental team as professional and organized as the Altamonte Aspen Team. They were all so kind and truly care about their patients. I was impressed with their thoroughness and patience.

I think they are too expensive. I ended up paying the same for a lower partial as I did for a full upper denture. I paid $600 for cleaning 8 teeth. And I was supposed to get a senior discount but never did. Nobody seems to answer the phone and they dont return calls. They also lose appointments. Im just not happy all around.

Originally thought I had to wait in car but I didnt have to. After filling out forms, went right to the xray rooms.The young guy who operated all of the xrays procedures was very thorough, gentle and nice. He seemed to appreciate his job.From there went straight to exam room where he did 3D imaging of my teeth. Amazing.The picture on the screen was very clear a nd showed my flaws.The dentist was thorough in explaining procedures that needed to be done and additional unexpected problems that needed to be fixed first.Overall, I give my experience an A.

Professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. I had a dental emergency and called the office first thing on a Monday morning. They had some no shows and told me to come straight in. I went in, was called straight back, and was out within an hour. They didnt a temporary repair and scheduled me for the following week for a full repair. I appreciate their immediate response to my emergency on such short notice.

I won’t be going back. Ive already been billed by the finance company and I havent even started the work! I wont go back because their standards of cleanliness arent as high as mine and a very elderly man asked the assistant if his permanent denture was going to be as Loose as the temporary one and his answer was all our bone structures changes he says but it moves around when Im eating! And they wanted $9,000 for an upper and only a partial lower!

My husband has lots of dental work done at Aspen Dental, Altamonte.The work done there is very professional and expert. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate Josh who is an assistant and works closely with Dr B. He is proficient and so helpful and patient with my husband who is disabled and has very limited mobility. Josh is very solicitous with my husband who has chronic pain and he does all he can to make sure Dave is comfortable.

Aspen Dental was awesome.. They were able to make my dentures in a week! I have had dentures for about 8 years. I had horrible experiences at 2 different dental places in central Florida.. and when my old dentures finally could no longer be repaired with super glue.. I had to go somewhere.. I dreaded it.. But I called Aspen, and got in the same day! After a couple quick, easy appointments during the week, my new dentures were delivered, and OMG, theyre excellent! A heartfelt Thank You to everyone at the Altamonte location.. You made my day!

Going to the dentist is typically not a pleasurable experience for me, but every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that wasn’t the case this time. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and care about what they do. Would highly recommended and I’m glad I found them!

My Wife Vanessa is the person involved with the St Cloud office. She has been going there about a year now and is very pleased with there work habits. You are taken into exam rooms in just minutes of arriving. If you need just a cleaning or have a major issue, this is the place to come. If funds are tight, they offer interst free financing if you pay your bill off with in a certain time frame.Give it a try. We are sure you will agree with my Wife, Aspen Dental offices are one of the best around.Vanessa

Was very impressed Whith the professionalism and friendliness

I had a tooth that became infected and needed a root canal. I was in a lot of pain and needed it done right away! I asked what the cost would be and I was quoted $141.00. The next day I arrived and had xrays taken and it was then notified that the endodontist would not return for two weeks! After searching for alternative and asked again what the cost would be and was told it would be over $1600.00! I let there furious that I had been lied to and still in pain! I would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone!

Dr. Nalini and Maria Rosa who work here are great. I was very anxious because I have a fear of needles and going to the dentist, but they were very understanding and was telling me everything that they were doing and was giving me every option if I did not want to do it anymore. ***Please be Aware*** this company is a scam. They try to quickly sign you up for overpriced procedures that you don’t really need. I needed dental clearance for surgical procedure they tried to tell me that I need special $500 cleaning before they can clear me for surgery. Went to another dental practice and was able to get the clearance without any concerns. I can’t believe Aspen Dental was trying to take advantage of a sick elder person. Very unethical.

By far, the most dreaded part of the denture process has to be when the teeth are extracted. That happened for me yesterday at the Altamonte Springs Aspen Dental clinic.The procedure took about about 3 hours. First, a jell was applied to my gums, in order to numb them, so that I would not feel the injections of the numbing agent. The injections of the numbing agent was done in stages, so that the areas receiving the injections were already numb enough so that the insertion of the needle was barely noticeable.After my jaws were seriously numb, the doctor pulled my teeth. I was conscious during the procedure, and my gums were still numb when I left the Dental office. I was pain free and I could have driven myself home, if needed.The doctor prescribed pain medicine, to relieve the jaw pain, that you would expect, following such a surgical procedure. I was pain free during the night following the extraction. And the next day - today - I have not needed any pain medication.Not to say, however, that there wasnt any discomfort. There is some bleeding associated with the procedure. That bleeding is lessened by using gauze pads to press against your temporary dentures. That pressure staunches the blood flow, until the blood coagulates. I needed to change those gauze pads every few hours, with less spotting each time.My gums had largely stopped bleeding by approximately 3PM. (approximately 15 hours after the completion of the procedure)I go back to my dentist tomorrow for a post-op checkup.The staff of Aspen Dental is very positive and they are excited about being able to give you a good smile. I strongly recommend them.

I’m EDITING my original 5 star review to 1. The 5 stars was just to win a toothbrush. Which I didn’t even get- more on that later. If I could give less, I would.Let’s start here. I got a deep cleaning and multiple cavities filled here at once (my first cavities ever). The cleaner was good but the dentist did a terrible job with the fillings and was not friendly. The fillings are not shaved down enough and are very irritating in my mouth. Now more food gets stuck between my teeth than ever because of the overflowing filling.Next, I go in for a follow up routine cleaning that was scheduled 4 months in advance. I confirmed the appointment through their email prompt three days before and showed up slightly after 7 am after calling to tell them I would be a few minutes late and getting their voicemail. The receptionist told me that they had to reschedule my appointment and they tried to call me. They never left a voice mail, and they never sent an email. Instead of apologizing, she continued to act like this was my fault. Why would you even need to reschedule a simple cleaning that was made 4 months in advance?This went nowhere, so I asked for the electric toothbrush I had won in a recent giveaway in exchange for a 5 star google review. She told me they had given it away to someone else even though they did not say that it had to be picked up by a certain date and even though I called to confirm that I wanted it and would get it at my next appointment since I don’t live close and I’m a freaking patient there anyways.So I’m very mad now and I will not go back here and I strongly recommend that you don’t go here either.

Scheduled an appt telling them I had items I needed to get done recommended from another dentist. Im having tooth pain and switched only because they were in my insurance. So they scheduled me for only an exam and two weeks till I can get any work done because Id have to go back on the schedule for another day. They wasted my time and Im in pain.

Affordable and quality care! This office is beyond friendly and caring. They never made me feel insecure about my teeth and made me feel very comfortable. I thought the whole experience was terrific Im not one for going to the dentist. Everybody was friendly and courteous. I love going to Aspen Dental in Altamonte. You are seen shortly after your appointment time (within 10-15 minutes). Everyone is friendly and attentive. And medical staff takes the time to listen to your concerns. And Dr. Brittlebank is the BEST in caring for her patients.

The service of the dentist is good but the bill was terrible. I paid what they said was the final price after they had obtained my insurance information. Then they sent another bill a month later for extra fee because my insurance doesnt really cover that. This is cheating. Besides, they always try to persuade you for the service that you dont actually need.

This place was absolutely awful! I recommend that anyone who goes here get a second opinion price wise because they will lie to you about insurance coverage. I waited for 3 hours to be seen by the doctor for all of 3 minutes. I need all my wisdom taken out and the doctor didnt go over the procedure or recovery time or really anything at all. They tried to schedule me for surgery and thats when they told me that my insurance will cover the cleaning and cavities but wont cover anything on the surgery and that I would need to pay over $3,000 for it and wouldnt double check with the insurance company. I left and called my insurance and as it turns out they cover over 80% of the cost so $3400 turned into $400. And Ive talked to several others who had the same experience.

Excellent place. Unfortunately my first review was not so positive. They explained to me step by step, even how I would probably feel during the healing process. I am the person who has no patience at all. But every time I needed them they were there. Still are .Thanks to the entire staff for making my new smile as easy as possible .

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way during my procedure.

Weve only had the initial consultation with full x-rays for free. We were approved for barely half the total cost of treatment but Sharon was very assuring in letting us know that they would do whatever they could to work with us. We considered getting other price estimates but feel so comfortable about this place we are just working on other financial options to continue there. EVERYONE that we met through the process was very friendly and knowledgeable.

They told me that an extraction started at 150.00. They pulled the tooth out in under 45 minutes without any complications. It wasnt chipped, cracked or infected and came out intact. It was literally the best case scenario for having a tooth pulled. They charged me 300.00 for the most simple case.

Everything was resolved I only problem is that I waited in the chair for over an hour but besides that everything went well

I started at the Sanford location as a new patient but I also needed a broken tooth repaired same day and they couldnt fit me in for that but Margie literally had a phone to each ear calling other locations to get it done for me. I then went to Altamonte and loved the Dr. I saw there. They worked me in around other patients. The staff at both locations were very friendly. I only wish there was some way that when I set up the appointment and said I needed it repaired same day they wouldve been able to check the schedule then instead of saying I needed to see the Dr. first as a new patient. I knew what I needed done and I was very clear about it. It took 5 hrs out of my day but it all worked out.
