Palm Springs Dental was excellent!! They got me in as a new patient same day in 3 hours to be seen. They were professional and courteous and put me at ease. Julie my hygienist was very good at educating me through the whole process and what the next steps would be in my treatment plan. The dentist was friendly and gave a honest evaluation and plan as well. They took my insurance and did not try to oversell me on anything. Will definitely return.

I am with recent joint replacement. Thought I had an abscess forming. Dr. Gibby was soothing, caring and professional with addressing current issue and the panoramic picture. The entire process was awesome!

I was a new patient yesterday. To confess: I haven’t seen a dentist in 15 years (I know- I know) anywho I say this to say I am beyond relieved that when I finally decided to go, I went to Palm Springs Dental. I’m not kidding, aside from the entire staff and Dentist being extremely friendly and professional- everyone made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The cleaning itself was phenomenal! My cleaning was so gentle, I literally felt nothing!! I was so scared before coming in for nothing! My teeth feel brand new and MOST IMPORTANTLY I’m no longer scared of going to the dentist. I’m actually excited for my follow up appointment! This place is highly recommended, I trust no one else except this office and I have already told my friends and family to come here.

I contacted my previous Dental Clinic (Sage dental) and they told me exam of my ONE problematic tooth will be around $300.So I called some other Dental Clinics to find out the price range...Palm Springs really got me when after my long and sometimes hard to understand speech they offered me $80 for cleaning+exam package or almost free exam of my problematic tooth - that what made me come to them even though the price for the extraction of my tooth was about the same for most of the Clinics. The consultation lady on the phone was very helpful and unlike consultants from other Clinics she was able to bargain and give me their offers right away on the phone! - most of the Clinics will hesitate and try to make you come first to give you an estimate even for a straight forward procedure like i needed - one tooth exam! Most people cant afford to loose a day at work for such things.After the examination they gave me a straight answer - what I expected - extraction. They also gave me a worst case estimate for the extraction and after the procedure the came down with the price - from $300 to $250. That was very professional even though the prices for the extraction are within this range. I just liked the fact that they werent trying to take advantage of me.I think that by being that way they got me as a new patient and other Clinics missed that opportunity be being greedy, unhelpful and overcomplicated.Best Regards,David S.

Awesome from beginning to end. I loved how upfront they were with the dental plan and costs. I also love how they take the time to go over everything and answer questions. They even did a follow up call a few hours after my extraction to see how I was feeling. Very personable and they seem to be honest and really care about the people they work with. Customer service is 100% in my book. As a business owner I know the behind the scenes chaos that goes on and they handle it with such class. Highly recommended. Will continue to go to them simply because of their customer service and honest nature. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to get my money. They truly offered me their own dental plan as an option as well as a list of dental plans they accept. They go above and beyond.

I have never been to a Dentistry quite like this one. I was having extreme pain out of nowhere and knew I needed to see a dentist fast. I called them a little before closing and they were nice enough to see me immediately. When I got there, they were so kind to me and it was much appreciated seeing as how I was so nervous, especially from a previous not so good visit to a different dentist. Dione was awesome and made me feel so calm by explaining every step through the process of my extraction. Dr. Stallard was kind and gentle and went through the process at my pace. Everyone in this office is professional and friendly. Dr. Stallard did a excellent job with my root canal. I barely felt anything, and I there was only slight discomfort for a day after. I was really nervous about this process but they made sure I was aware of all of my options and explained everything that was happening every step of the way.They even applied lip balm for me, when my lips were dry from having to have my mouth propped open! Which dental hygienist does that?Amazing!My whole family has been going here for years.I don’t recommend a root canal but if you are going to get one, you should go here!

I’m a new patient. All the staff from the receptionist, dental assistants, and Dr. Stallard were extremely nice and made me feel at ease. He also did a great job removing two teeth that made me come for the visit. And not to mention the price was right considering I do not have insurance.

To be up front I found this office through a mailer. I was a bit apprehensive having not been to a dentist in over a year and having had a poor experience with a previous dental office, one of those “franchises”. I was looking for a new dental office who would meet my requirements of clean and orderly, friendly staff who are not pressured to sell unnecessary products and procedures, an experienced oral hygienist who gives a thorough cleaning and evaluation, and above all a dentist who was competent and made me feel at ease. I chipped my tooth yesterday and they were able to fill me in today, literally lol. Desiree was my hygienist and she was super informative, calming, reassuring, and took great care of me! The doctor did a great job filling in my tooth and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Honestly the quickest and nicest experience I’ve ever had at a dentist.

I have been going to this dental office for 15 years or more. I have relocated a couple times but will happily drive as I never want to go to another office. Not only is Dr. Preble very good he has an amazing laid back, caring and honest demeanor. Every staff member I encounter is fantastic. Its a well run office that cares about your teeth health and your time. I have never waited long to get my treatment which is a big bonus as we are all so busy in life. I have no complaints at all. Dr. Preble and his staff are the most professional and caring group that I have ever experienced in all the years of going for dental care. I went to see Dr. Preble after moving back to the area and suffering from a lot of pain from an incorrect fitting denture. He was caring and offered some solutions to correct the problem. Imagine dealing with toothache/pains to keep you up all night. Then you call emergency dentist, and unfortunately there is no availability- you deal with the pain and discomfort and almost admit defeat and head to the Emergency Room- KNOWING they wont be able to help you as needed.Then you google emergency room or dentist- and Palm Springs Dental google search results enter. $1 New patient Visit with ONE Xray for tooth, and you call. To your surprise they can get you in the same day!! You speak to the amazing receptionist who gives you the appointment details, and tells you you can fill the patient forms online, which is great!Your appointment time comes, youre in so much pain and discomfort you make sure you dress warm and dont really think anything will be done other than a quick exam and definite small talk amongst staff and dentist about how terrible your teeth are, and why you waited so long to be seen and how NOTHING can be done today!But you came to the right place, you found a diamond in the rough, the gem of a dentist office so close to home and you feel like a million bucks....well that is after the dental assistant Marie, was very attentive, caring and accommodating- patient and gentle. Attending to your needs but never dismissing the pain and anguish in your face. Setting the lights dimmed and making you feel comfortable. Then you meet the dentist, and of course youre terrified- you think from experience he will talk down to you, and remind you why you fear dental visits. BUT NO! The dentist quickly sees and understand your pain- he views the xrays and lets you know its a wisdom tooth which is usually extracted, you think oh great, sure but when, how much longer will I have to live with this pain... Dentist replies, you ready to get that tooth out, right now? A sigh of relief consumes you and youre practically in tears. Cause you know you will soon find relief and you hit the jackpot on dentist offices. The dentist and his staff are extremely kind, gentle, attentive and so professional. I lived the worst two days of my life due to this pain, and was prepared to go home with disappointed looks, and a plan to get you back in the chair, along with a large amount of unattainable fees.If you are in need of an emergency, or a new dental office, I highly and strongly suggest Palm Springs Dental- they are truly one of a kind. Staff is so polite, kind and gentle, and the dentist very professional and efficient. I am so glad to have found them and will definitely become a repeat patient- Thank you, thank you, thank you for attending me with so much care and respect but above all thank you for taking me out of the terrible pain and anguish I was having. Tired of searching with the challenges of a new insurance I was happy to find them online and right around the corner from me. I have to say this practice knows what they are doing, from the front desk to the the medical personnel, they kept me informed every step of my treatment. They were able to live a long lasting impression on my first visit, they put a personalized treatment plan together that suit my needs and I will keep them as my ongoing dentist and dental needs. I’m grateful for this place and the long history we have...from the mid 1990s with kids in braces, to the more recent “keeping an eye on” my broken tooth! I had a wisdom teeth consultation, cleaning, and all 4 wisdom teeth removed/a filling all in the past 2 months! Each visit was such a great experience and the staff made me feel right at home. They’re really professional and put me right at ease even though I had some fears about my procedure. I called 2-3 times leading up to my wisdom teeth surgery and each time they were willing to go over with me pre/post-op do’s and dont’s along with calming my nerves. The entire surgery and recovery process was such a breeze I’d almost say I’d be willing to get them out again😂 10/10 please come see Dr. Stallard!

Woke up Sunday with a tooth ache Monday found a flyer in the mail from Palm Springs Dental. I called them had an appointment for Wednesday.Met the team Diana and the dentist worked fast and efficiently has a temporary crown on in about an hour no more pain.... thanks I thought I would have to be waiting for an appointment.
