I have been going to Richard Rogers for many years since my kids were little. I love how gentle they are when I get a cleaning done and their customer service and staff is outstanding. We especially adore Megan.

I have gone to Dr Rogers office for over 10 years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Honest practice and they never pressure you to do anything you dont want to do.Update - 10/22/21 - Visited Dr. Rogers for another cleaning visit and their staff took care of me like previous times. After my cleaning, I watched the staff thoroughly wipe down all the equipment (chair, hoses, computer, and anything that could not be removed to be fully sanitized) while I was setting up for my next appt. I felt really safe and reassured that when I go in to their practice, they are keeping in mind of my health and safety. Furthermore, I asked if there were any products and services that I could purchase since I had FSA dollars to spend before the end of year and because they have taken care of me all these years, they did not try to pursuade me to buy anything that I didnt need. Very honest practice. Thanks!

The office staff is amazing. My wait time was only as long as it took me to complete the initial paperwork. The dental assistant was so very sweet, and I hate that I dont remember her name. She was very informative and attentive. She made the x-ray process just a little less painless and her empathy is so genuine. Dr Rogers was quick and thorough and gave me recommendations for my treatment plan that I am very satisfied with. And finally, Bridget the hygienist was such a doll. Very personable and obviously good at her job. What luck that certain circumstances caused me to select this office at random and I had such a nice experience. Would definitely recommend.

My Husband, Charles, went for his 1st visit here on 1/14/21 and he reported back to me that this was the BEST dentist experience he’s ever had! He raved about their customer service and their constant concern for his pain level and comfort. He loved how they explained each step as they worked. I’ve had a few fillings and crowns done here and I have no complaints. The staff is friendly, responsive, and competent. They even check up on you a couple days after you have work done to make sure that you’re ok. I will continue to go here and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Another smooth, positive visit. Came in for my cleaning and met a new hygienist, Kathy I think? She was friendly, knowledgeable and very adept at her job. Megan greeted me by name (how does she DO that?) and handled scheduling my next appointment when I was done. She’s wonderful. And Dr. Rogers was Dr. Rogers. Calm, chatted with me a bit, did my exam and moved on. I have not had a bad/ negative visit since I’ve been coming to this office, 15-18 years now? If it was for Dr Rogers understanding of my absolute fear of dentists I probably wouldnt be going today. He is kind and takes his time and really listens to you and talks you through every procedure. I was in pain and needed to have a tooth looked at and they fit me in same day! I am so very grateful. All of his staff were extremely nice and helpful. They are always up to date with processes and procedures and with COVID-19 I felt totally safe they get and A+ in that area as well. My hygienist was awesome.

Every individual in this office is fantastic. From the scheduling, the hygienist, and doctor. My son had a really traumatic experience with another provider, but was completely at ease in this office.Also, I’ve never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes in the waiting room before an appoint. I’ve never found a better managed practice.

Great experience. My first visit to the office. I had an emergency. Broke my tooth in half. They fit me in last minute and were able to do build up for a crown. The temporary crown does not hurt at all. Staff was very friendly.

Normally im more than satisfied with the service i get here. The procedure received my last visit was short on my expectations an very pricey compared to other treatments of the same kind that i could do at home. Im very disappointed with the GLO treatment i received!

I have been to Doctor Rogers office multiple times now and every time has been a bad experience, the front desk woman Trisha I believe is always very rude over the phone and acts as it the problem you have isnt real, when I called to schedule an appointment she was rude and extremely unhelpful. Doctor Rogers himself is not friendly and has done terrible work to my teeth. He fixed something on my tooth that never needed to be touched and ended up putting me in a worse situation. I will never go back here again. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Dr Rogers and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. The moment you walk into the office you are greeted with smiling faces. Dr Rogers is the best dentist I have ever had. I had extremely bad teeth and was embarrassed to smile especially considering I worked in professional office. He took the time to speak with me and make plan that I could afford.. What I loved was that Dr Rogers nor the staff tried to sell me something I did not need or could afford. The staff make you feel like your part of the family and understand that you may nervous.

I have been going to Richard Rogers’ office since I was a little girl. When I was older with my own insurance, I had to find a new dentist, which I never found one I liked. Then, I got a new job with new insurance and Rogers’ office took it. I went back immediately. They would have to kick me out before I go elsewhere. Haha.
