First off I was in great need to find a good dental implant specialists.Then I found Dr Miranda so happy I found him.I was very pleased with the staff they were all very kind and friendly and acted very professionalThe office was clean and tidy it had a very welcoming effect. I also want to say is that the wait is not long this is about the first office I’ve been to that keeps on time I went in thinking I’ll be sitting for at least 30 minutes or longer nope that was not the case the wait was very short after I was greeted I sat down filled out short paper work and was asked to come on back I was very surprised like wow already! Yes short wait time they showed the respect for my time I guess that’s a good first impression well it is with me.

From consultation to final permanent fitting was less than 2 weeks. I personally only used the big pain killer for the first 24 hours after surgery and 2 weeks after surgery I have no sensitivity. All my dental headaches are gone. I have no pain and a perfect smile again.

I recently reviewed Dr Miranda and his outstanding staff for saving me from getting an implant by restoring a crown for a upper central front tooth. I’ve been impressed since February during this process. I had trauma to the tooth from a roller coaster incident as a child and when he removed the crown I was hiding my terror. He stopped and provided me with nitrous oxide which eliminated further trauma. His staff is compassionate (I was terrified) and they are accessible from front desk to the assistants, who are also perfectionists. The temporaries were beautiful and although the permanent crowns from lab were extremely close, he didn’t compromise and said “there’s room for improvement.” He recognized subtle elements that I couldn’t identify like the translucence (even when my son and I thought it was close as it could get). A excellent prosthodontist will Ki send patients to the lab as he did several times. He even had the lab discard the first crown and make a brand new crown out of a new material bc the original one wasn’t modifiable to perfection. I am thrilled to report I now have an amazingly seated, comfortable, optimally shaped, gorgeous perfect color matching front upper central tooth with the new crown and material, on the first try. Other dentists told me that since my core was so compromised I’d have to get an implant. Dr Miranda is Dr. MiraCLE! He not only restored it, he did so like it was the first crown that did not have a compromised core and the minimal amount of tooth left. I also had sore chronic throats for a year because of a loose post and that’s gone away 100%.He uses non-metal for all restorations unless it’s impossible, and recognizes the tooth/mouth, metal and body connection. Best crown, core, post I’ve had in 40 years. Don’t ever go to a general dentist, even a excellent one, like I did for my other 4 crowns. What a blessing to have Dr. Miranda. He didn’t care that it took 10 appointments (for same reasonable price, even lower than one general dentist quote) in order to get the tooth fitting incredibly natural and looking like the original tooth.I was not asked to review him or given any incentives. This comes from my heart and to help others. He’s got to be the best prosthodontist in Florida. I’ve referred friends from Miami because they couldn’t find someone like him. I traveled one hour, He is so skilled at Implants. He does many zirconia implants which is very hard to find. Some dentists offer zirconia but do not do enough to be skilled and promote titanium as superior when that’s not evidence based. He does major restorations too but treated my one front tooth like it was the upmost importance. He was also so gentle and catered to my fears.

I would rate my experience with Dr. Miranda and staff as one of the BEST dental procedures I have had. He extracted two teeth and inserted implant and it was painless, and quick. I must say this implant was by far way easier then a crown or root canal! If you are in doubt how the implant procedure will go, I can tell you it was much easier then expected and now a week later I am healed up nicely. The staff there is top notch!

I should have posted this a few months back but i wanted to let things settle inand heal up completely before reviewing. Its 1.5 hrs each way for me so it better be worth it! And it was! Without getting into the details, such as prep, initial steps and stages throughout from initial exam to now, Ill get right to the point. I needed teeth... to smile, to eat again, properly, to bite and chew food again...i needed teeth! Went through various places getting opinions , pricing etc. Altamonte was the way i went! I couldnt be happier! From initial meeting, consults, exams etc. Dr Miranda was and is,awesome! My final cost and results are based on my experience(s) alone; and with that said ,I am comfortable and greatly satisfied with Altamonte Implants, their commitment and service was amazing from the beginning! I always have great service from the Dr. and staff. Dr. Miranda shows compassion and concern in what he is doing, not settling for just good enough. Willing to have things remade until they are correct. I plan to continue seeing them for all my dental needs.

My case was VERY challenging because I needed to replace 2 broken veneers that were made 15 years ago. The two broken veneers were upper, front eye teeth so a perfect color match and shade was my priority. Gratefully, Dr. Miranda made it his priority. My case was made more difficult because the veneers could not simply be replaced with new veneers. Actual crowns had to be used because my teeth were ground down during the initial veneer installation. Dr. Miranda’s insistence that the color match be perfect requires a number of additional appointments and an actual visit to the dental lab but in the end, it was worth it! Matching old work with new substances is very difficult and requires a discerning eye. The quality of the lab is also critical. Dr. Miranda uses a very high quality local lab so between these two professionals, my smile looks perfect again. Thank you! I would be remiss if I didn’t offer a big shout out to Dr. Miranda’s caring staff who all went above and beyond to accommodate me. It was a 3 hr roundtrip to his office and Vivian went above and beyond to insure that I wasn’t inconvenienced. She followed up on my medications and satisfaction and also researched a number of personal questions I had. Christian stayed 3 hours late on a Friday waiting for me to arrive in order to reinstall and remake a temporary crown that fell out. He truly went above and beyond as well for which I am truly grateful. Cosmetic dentistry is a combination of skill, talent and art. Dr. Miranda’s office adds the component of genuinely caring to the process. Thank you all!!!

I went to Dr. Miranda after a botched implant I had through another dental group. Not only was the botched issue resolved, but Dr. Miranda and the staff made it right with ease and professionalism. I couldnt be happier. I am going back for a second implant. UPDATE: I have already completed my second implant and my husband has received one, too. I had my top teeth pulled and had a denture made for me by another dentist. It was never right, so I was afraid to have my bottom dentures done. But, I couldn’t not have my bottom denture done because I couldn’t eat anything, besides soft foods. I lost 50 pounds, which I couldn’t afford to lose. I looked like I was sick.But because I was so unhappy with what had been done with my top, I decided to have implants done on my bottom by another dentist (cosmetic), Dr. Atila Miranda. The day of my appointment, I broke down crying hysterically. I called to cancel due to my fear. They understood and talked me down, explaining everything. I kept the appointment and am so glad that I did.Once they had me in the chair, they gave me something to calm me down and then put me to sleep. When I awoke, I had the most beautiful set of bottom teeth. They fit perfectly!!! I could eat again!!! I can smile with my teeth showing again!!! Dr. Miranda did such a great job, that I only needed one adjustment. I can’t thank Altamonte Implant @ cosmetic Dentistry’s staff enough for holding my hand and doing such a wonderful job. I had an issue that needed some work and Dr. Miranda and staff did a great job. I was in and out the door quickly.

Dr. Atila Miranda has super hands! I couldnt ask for a better person to work on my mouth. I had 11 teeth pulled in one day. I have to thank Dr. Miranda for doing his very best in setting me up for the All On Four procedure, and the best part is that I walked away with a temp full upper arch fixed bridge. I didnt feel hardly any pain during and afterwards, just some discomfort later on.The office is super clean and their staff is top notch. I have been a patient of Altamonte Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry for about 10 years. I now moved out of state and will continue to come to Altamonte because both Dr. Preble and Dr. Miranda are fantastic. They have wonderful personalities.
