I hate the dentist. That is how I spent the last 30 years avoiding going. Until now. I had no choice and I was sooo nervous. The entire staff here has been amazing to me and Dr. Cheryl is my new best friend she just doesn’t know it. I can’t say enough for how great they all are! I now can go without a panic attack hitting me. Thank you all.

These people are the best. Professional,attentive to your needs,they hear what you are saying. They appear to be open to new and different ideas. IFelt comfortable from start to finish. Everyone has the time to just say hi without just walking by you. On a scale from 1-5.....they get a 10. And these really warm wipes they give you at the end are just .... Way to cool.

Ive been going to Dream Dental for several years now. Small practice with very skilled staff and all are very personable and strive to make sure you are taken care of in every way. They truly care about their patients and doing a professional job right. Will work in emergency visits. They make next day calls to you after major dental work to make sure youre doing okay. They also have TVs and massage dental chairs for the patients. Highly recommended.

I want to share the patience that Megan had for verifying my dental insurance. While that should be simple because mine is Union it was a whole deal. I adored her before even going to the office.Then the hygienist had great people skills and made me feel at ease once I arrived. Once meeting with the doctor I knew I would always choose them for my dental office. I remember my pediatric dentist name and no others because I’ve never spent any time with them or had a meaningful conversation. This dentist is a dentist you remember his name, you enjoy his company and you’re grateful you chose him.

Returning to my dental needs after being away from it due to the pandemic event, I welcomed the opportunity to get my teeth and gums examined. The dentist and hygienist were thorough in explaining what they found as to the conditions of my mouth. I had a complete cleaning of my teeth and I was told what needs to be done in the near future. I’m extremely satisfied with my recent experience with my dental care. No pain encountered throughout the procedures. I’m 77 years old and still blessed to have my original teeth. I don’t say this lightly - This is the BEST dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr Ouellette is absolutely outstanding - as is all of his office staff and hygienists. Ive been putting off going to the dentist for way too long and finally, after breaking a tooth, was forced to confront the issues. I found Dream Dental Services on Google and decided to give them a go because of their outstanding reviews. I left a message over the weekend and was called immediately on Monday morning. From the very beginning they were set on getting me out of pain before having my new patient appointment. They tried to get me in with the oral surgeon during my first appointment but the oral surgeon was completely booked so I ended up waiting the next weekend to go back to Dream Dental for an extraction (they set me up with medicine and I’m so glad I ended up waiting the weekend and having it done with Dr. Ouellette). Kim, in the office, was kind enough to call me after my initial appointment and let me know they had a cancellation for my extraction so I was able to bump the appointment up a few days! After going in for my extraction (which took all of 30 minutes) - it registered to me that I don’t ever want to see any other dentist. Everyone in that building is truly Incredible - I never felt judgment at any point for my teeth, I just felt like a person that they wanted to help get back on track. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Dream Dental services and every person who makes that place what it is; It’s a completely different dental experience and you will thank yourself for picking them. I’m terrified of going to the dentist. I haven’t been in 6 years because of this fear. I only go when something is bothering me 🤷🏽‍♀️ From the min I walked in the door to the min I walked out I felt comfortable. No one was pushy or overbearing. The hygienist, assistant, and tech were all very professional and seemed happy to help any way they could. I have a few things I need done now but I’m even looking into going back for cosmetic work!

I was looking for a privately owned dentist who could supply the majority of services I need or may need in the future. I am extremely comfortable with the level of care they offer. I am in need of some mid-life maintenance and reconstruction on a couple of teeth. Dr. Ouellette is thorough in his assessment, offers conservative treatment plans that in the long run offer the best outcome both visibly and financially. I have been highly satisfied with all of my visits for x-rays, cleaning, implant, and filling replacements. The staff is super friendly and genuinely caring. I hope I never have to look for another dentist because Dr. Ouellette and his staff will by extremely hard to replace.

Amazingly, going to this dentist is like going home to visit! The care is always excellent and professional without being impersonal. Superbly skilled with her hands and mindful to keep her instruments from dragging across my teeth😃 The office is clean and the people seemed to be happy considering we are still coping with a global pandemic.The review is low because you need to get VERY and I mean VERY clear with the Office Manager when you check out about what the FINAL and I mean the FINAL number will be. Meaning if you decide to pay for “EVERYTHING” up front, ask the Office Manager at least 4 times how much more you will be expected to pay at each subsequent visit needed to cover the service needed. Even then, bring a form of payment because you probably only paid half of what’s still owed.

Excellent service as always, Diane makes you feel like you’re in a friendly place. She actually remembered the conversation we had 6 months ago, and brought up certain details that made feel that she actually listens. Highly recommend!

The office staff is incredibly nice and very sociable. Diane (hygienist) is very thorough and works very gingerly near the gum line. I have had issues at other dentist because they are too quick and injure your gums. I could not be more happy with a dentist office. I have seen doctor Ouellette and dr Fenn and they are both very professional. I have a lot of dental work and i would trust these people to do anything.

First of all, I have to say I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist. But after going to Dream Dental that all went away. I love how Dr Oullette makes you feel comfortable and his gentle on handling my teeth. He is also funny which helps you forget sometimes the pain. Everyone is also very friendly especially his assistant Elizabeth. I also hear them offering to help with other finance if you don’t have insurance. I will definitely refer him to everyone.
