I left without finishing my appointment. I was called back after waiting 30 minutes and he never acknowledged my wait. The person helping me clearly did not understand infectious control procedures, which is important when you’re putting your fingers inside someone’s mouth. He talked more in depth about his experience starting high school, and questioning me on why I didn’t like certain football teams, than explaining exactly what he was doing, and what contraptions he was going to put into my mouth. This company clearly gives them scripts to follow. In the future they should teach their employees how to be more professional in the way they explain the program vs trying to ask them lots of personal questions that have nothing to do with their teeth. You might also want to have them actually LISTEN to the answers given. He told me the high school story because I told him I had a daughter starting. Two minutes later, he asked if I had any kids.

Today I went in for a consultation and I was helped by Eve. She was very professional and super nice. She made me feel comfortable and had my friends that I brought and I laughing. Eve was extremely helpful and very thorough when telling me all options with Smile Direct. I am even more excited to start my journey after talking over it with her!

The 2 Jazmines that work here are ABSOLUTELY wonderful. They walked me through everything step-by-step and made everything as comfortable as possible. Had a couple of laughs during the visit as well lol. Sadly, I did not go through with the plan just yet as I need to save up for the beginning fee, but I can promise you Ill be back. Everyone at this location was great, the overall experience, not as promised. I was on the 8 month plan (10 hours a night for 8 months) I did my online check ups, and a couple extra after expressing concerns that my teeth didnt seem to be moving much, all the while I was told I was on track to be done at the 8 months (Which I found hard to believe) As it turns out, I was correct. To their credit, they did send me additional aligners which I will have to wear for another 6 months. If I would have been told it would take over one year, I probably would not have done it, but now Im stuck as I paid everything up front. Again, the customer service has been good and responsive, just disappointed in the outcome so far and the fact that it will be more than year (If it works)

I had Brianna she was super sweet & nice explained everything I needed to know, sanitized everything & got us started right away in less than 30 minutes we were in & out.

The ladies were very accommodating and sweet they got us checked in very quickly and although I had a double appointment because I use the same email for both of my kids appointments got messed up but they cleared that quickly and got his back they were very efficient and explaining the process to my girls and explaining what happens when you get the box they were incredibly professional and we were done within an hour for two children

Sarah did a great job of explaining the process and answering any questions that I had. The appointment was easy and actually pretty cool to see how they scan your teeth

Jazmine was great. She is the reason why there’s stars. She made the process smooth and easy the first time. Very informative and helped me when I needed a touch up after my first visit.However, I’ve had multiple issues with SDC themselves.The experience was annoying. 1st problem was they mixed up the aligners and I had to look through other sets to find the right one.2nd they gave me mistakenly two top aligners and had to wait for that to be fixed.3rd they somehow lost my updated pictures and couldn’t schedule a touch up and placed a hold on my retainers.I’m almost done dealing with this service.Pricing isn’t bad compared to braces but it can be painful. Remember to file them down if needed and good luck.I hated waiting for a call or email back. So heads up you better contact them multiple times.

Jasmine was extremely friendly and professional. I was seen exactly at my appointment time. The whole process was painless and smooth. I went on a Friday, and it seems the 72 hours to get your results does not include weekends. That is not the fault of this location, although they could communicate that better.
