So Ive had 2 visits with Towncare Dental so far and I am absolutely amazed. I havent been to the dentist in many years due to personal reasons, but the care that I have received has been incredible. Today I saw Edward, the dental hygienist, and he was nothing short of amazing. Extremely empathetic, detail oriented (he explained EVERY SINGLE THING), and it was literally the best care I couldve gotten. I was so nervous to have dental care done again and I could not have gone anywhere better. Im not one to leave reviews, but the care that I received was just too good. Jennifer, the dental assistant, as well as the dentist were also amazing. This office made me feel extremely supported and Im very thankful to have found them. The people in this office made me excited to receive dental care again!

Everyone here is super kind, accommodating, and enjoyable to speak with. The atmosphere is very relaxed and its the most comfortable dental office Ive had the pleasure of going to. This is a smaller office, but they are excellent at what they do. Just having moved to the area, I needed to find a new dentist which can be a daunting task. Great staff! Very friendly, gentle and kind with my children. They let the little ones talk to ease into the situation and environment. They even let my scared four-year-old do her stuffed bears teeth. My kids had a blast at the dentist. That’s nuts! LOL They get to pick a toy after every visit too.I would highly recommend.

I called around to plenty of places a few weeks ago hoping to get an emergency appointment for a rotted wisdom tooth, and Towncare was the ONLY place that was able to get me seen the same day. The staff, dental assistants, and dentists were all courteous and covered my concerns. I was able to be scheduled for a consultation and surgery the same day, and the surgeon and anesthesia assistant did an amazing job (all four wisdom teeth out in less than half an hour, no complications) and handled me in all of my anxiety. Would definitely recommend!

Clean, spacious facility. I was pleased to see that the staff were all wearing masks and social distancing. Edward did a great job on my cleaning. He was very thorough but also got me in and out of the office quickly. I will definitely be coming back.

Not only are the receptionists absolutely amazing in securing appointments for me and following up with my insurance, both Jen the dental assistant and Edward, the dental hygienist are an awesome team. They alleviated my anxiety and ensured a solid game plan for my dental needs. Im super grateful I found this location and will be recommending to everyone I come across!

I do not like going to the dentist at all. EDWARD SALES, Hygenist from the Philippines was EXCELLENT!!! EVEN though I was very anxious, nervous and stressing out over my teeth cleaning, he made me very comfortable by sharing his professional experiences. He numb my mouth and perform my first of four quad cleaning. I look forward to my next office visit to continue my dental cleaning and management of Peridontal Disease. As many of the other comments mention, Edward is the man! Gets you in and out but also makes sure to get the job done correctly. He loves to engage with you and is overall fantastic. It’s always fun going to this dentist! They also double/triple check things so out of the 50ish visits over the years there has been only 1 time i had to go back and get a little bit of crown glue removed that was irritating my gums. Out of the 6 or so crowns it only happened once!I’ve been set up with root canals, crowns, wisdom teeth pulled, cleanings and invisiliners. They are very accommodating! They even offered me a cheap insurance when i lost my insurance from quitting my job. Which i have already saved enough money from the insurance than what it cost.

My first visit was my last. Its useless to say anymore than this.

Towncare Dental of Altamonte is a wonderful dental office. Everyone is very helpful, nice, and informative. The dental professionals always try to educate you and are gentle during procedures. Edward in particular always makes you feel like old friends and is very thorough in cleanings. I cant recommend Towncare of Altamonte more.

I had my overdue cleaning today with Edward, and have to say that he has the gentlest touch I have ever experienced. I am usually very tense at the dentist due to a number of bad experiences with other providers. Terrible experience! If you have insurance they will absolutely recommend higher level procedures to get more money. What the dentist told me in the room did not match what was recommended or the diagnosis in my chart. When I expressed concern about it, no one bothered to explain it to me. Instead they were just rude and repeatedly told me, Thats whats in the chart and Im sure she explained it to you. She didnt or I wouldnt have been asking. When I expressed that I could not pay for the higher level procedure, they tried to bully me into it by saying that the dentist would lose her license and then told me I might as well just go home and brush my teeth before walking me out. They were rude, never offered me Care Credit (which they do have), and refused to provide the dentists license number when requested. Definitely would not recommend this office, especially if you have insurance. I saw Dr. Jomar Diaz specifically, but given the rudeness of the staff I would not recommend this place regardless of which dentist you see.

The was my first time at this dentist and everything was great. The team was so thorough and great with explains things. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Edward did my teeth cleaning and was especially fantastic.

Best dental experience I’ve had in a while. This was my first time coming here since moving to the area and we were able to get appointments fairly soon. For covid precautions everyone was wearing masks and face shields and they made sure to check our temperatures prior to going back for our cleanings and asked to wash our hands.The dentist Dr.Diaz was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Hygienist Edward was super nice, made me feel comfortable with my cleaning and took his time to do a thorough job while checking in on me consistently. The rest of the staff were great. I’m so glad I found this place.

I have to first say, I hate going to the Dentist, so I was very anxious about it, but after few minutes in the office I could relax. She explains everything so well, and listen to you.Today I had an appointment with Erick for a deep cleaning; again I was anxious thinking it would be unconformable and it would hurt a little. Nothing like that at all. Erick is so nice, and hospitable, I felt so comfortable the whole time; no pain. I keep asking does it hurts, are you ok? ( very nice of him) and no anxiety. Towncare Dental of Altamonte is a very professional and has a clean office. I have going there for at least 18 years and have had many different hygienists. Most were good, but last October I meet Edward and he is AWESOME!! It is a pleasure to go and get my teeth cleaned now!.

I walked in and was greeted by Christian Dr. Ortizs assistance. Super kind, very professional, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Its great to work with transparent people. Then Edward, the dental hygienist. I LOVE HIM! he is thorough, take a lot of pride in his work, and makes sure every step of the way that you understand and feel comfortable of the process. My teeth look amazing. As I was leaving Jasmine whi also checked me in and Lauren helped me with billing questions and future treatment questions and scheduling a quick appointment. This place deserves all the 5 stars reviews it can get. Dr Jomar Diaz is such a great professional. Not only does she cares to make a fantastic job, but she also cares about the patient and their wellbeing (which goes to show what a great human being she is). Also, to be noted, during Covid times I feel so safe while I am there because they’re doing such a good job at keeping the patients safe and taking all the necessary precautions to practice safely. Everyone there is fantastic and it goes to show that they truly care about what they do!

I wanted to HUG & FIST BUMP EVERY LAST ONE of the DRS and Office Staff today! My wisdom tooth was broken from decay and I had been having MAJOR PAIN (and Im not talking about the movie)!!!! My primary dentist saw me last week, referred me over here, and I was even 15 minutes late to my appointment. They completed paperwork, x-rays, gave me options for how I wanted my teeth out, gentleness. . .Ms. Marie held my hand while Dr. Zeidan was numbing my gums, and Jennifer was making sure everything was want I wanted and/or needed. Dr. Zeidan pulled the tooth so quick I didnt even realize it was out! Everybody was so chill and family oriented, but professional. I have never been to a dentist where EVERYBODY was just really graceful and compassionate. Plus, they had on The Parkers up in the waiting room, and put on the tv for me to calm me down in the dentist chair. Theyre GREAT GREAT! :)

I’ve been going to the Altamonte location for a while now after switching from the winter park location. I know they recently had a change in staff so I have yet to meet the new dentist but the staff I have met are great! Edward was my hygienist today and was fantastic. Very through and personable. The secretary at the front desk was also super nice and even said she’d get in touch with my insurance company about some shady bills I’ve been receiving. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Today was my first visit to Towncare Dental and by far it was the best dental experience Ive had in a very long time. I loved the office environment, the staff was courteous, professional and friendly. I went in for my yearly check up which involved X-rays and routine exam. The dental assistant Christian was so wonderful, he helped ease my nerves as I always get nervous when I go to the dentist, but Dr Ortiz was the best, she has a gentle touch and shes thorough in her examination. They were both very informative and answered all the questions and concerns I had. Very happy and pleased with my experience at Towncare Dental in Altamonte Springs.

I took them up on their $29 special for people with no insurance, and for a diagnostic with X-rays you cant beat it.Their office and equipment is very modern and up to date.One last thing. They were very helpful and answered all my questions, but there were a few I forgot to ask. So come prepared, in order to get the most out of it.

Edward is great. He is highly recommended if you plan to use this office. I just find it annoying they do not tell you up front that XYZ isnt covered until you get a bill 3 months later. Apparently my insurance covers cleanings every 6 months and they scheduled me in the 4th month and I got a bill today for service in February.

Needed 1 tooth pulled. He pulled two instead and said it was because it was next to the bad tooth without authorization. Charged $5,300. Use to get cleanings done and somehow the cost jumped to $400 and they were so eager to schedule me for another. Used to be good till the staff changed up. Now theyre a huge ripoff and insist of all this work not needed.

It took forever for my wife and I to find a dentist office that truly fulfill our needs. Thank God we found Towncare Dental. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Every staff member is super friendly and the office is very clean and very well put together. Christian, the Drs assistant was very gentle and he had a lot of patience towards me. I suffer from anxiety but he dealt with me very kindly. Once Dr Ortiz came, they study my case and they did not rush at all. They truly took care of my situation and they provided all the information I needed. I HIGLY recommend Dr Ortiz, and her staff for your dental care. I would give 10 stars if i could. Im looking forward to start my treatment with them.

Absolutely marvelous! From the time I walked into into the building I could hear their morning huddle and the positive reinforcements being shared as a team. After the first time visitor paperwork was complete, the front desk receptionist engaged in conversation with me. Christian shortly came to take my xrays. It is an amazingly vibrant atmosphere. (Awesome music) After the exam Dr Ortiz came in high spirited and ready to take on the task at hand. Very personable,informative, and dedicated. As long as they are here this will be my dental forever home!!!

The worst experience since moving to FL. Me: Fully insured with dental PPO coverage; went for a routine cleaning and they charged me $600. In addition the very rude receptionist gave me a 4-page proposal with obscure codes for almost $4,000. This is beyond absurd .... Will never come back to this place again. I went to another office who completed the service needed for $900.

Its hard to find a good dentist these days, well I found an awesome one. Dr Paula is so wonderful. She does great work and I felt so well taken care of. Also a big thank you to DA Jessica, you are also wonderful!! I highly recommend!
