The Blaire House of Worcester is a wonderful place to work. I know this personally because I have worked here for at least 10 years and counting. The work environment is challenging but rewarding. Our residents have dementia but working with them has provided a sense of purpose for me. Our management team is fully supportive of our staff and provide the tools necessary for their success on a daily basis. If youre looking for a place to send a love one with dementia for patient centered care, the Blaire House of Worcester is the place. If you need to join a supporting and caring team that makes you feel like a member of a family, the Blaire House of Worcester is what you need.

I have had to painfully watch my normally cheerful grandfather fall into a depressed state in only a months time. They are short staffed on the weekdays and only a handful of staff on the weekends. Residents are left unattended for long periods of time. Most of the staff are pretty nice but there are a few that are out right rude. The facility is owned by the Romano family. They seem to have no concern for the place. Everything is outdated. The TVs are terrible. The rooms a depressing. The phones are staticky and very hard to hear anyone. Please stay clear. I wish the Romano family would take interest. I don’t think they would send someone they care about there.

Sharing from a daughter who’s Mother is a resident. We are all on a first name bases and I adore each and everyone of the staff members. From the front desk, to the nurses station, to the activity girls, the kitchen staff and all the other amazing staff I am thankful for this facility and the job they do. It’s extremely hard not being able to care for my mom around the clock but I know this staff tries their best to, and I find so much comfort in it. The Covid precautions they have taken is extremely sanitary and eases the visitations. Thank you to everyone here, you are appreciated!

A wonderful community for people who need supportive dementia care. The staff are very devoted to making each resident comfortable, and supporting the families during their caregiving journey.

Blaire House is the best place to work for.I have been employed here for 20 years.Its family oriented and its very supportive of staff.I love it here!!!

Facility does a great job with managing their dementia population, no matter what stage of their disease process.

We have a good team work, we also have long serving experience administrator and also have experienced CNAs safest who are dedicated to their work they do. We are Alzheimers experts and is part of our obligations and responsibilities to serve at all times.

The nurses are very nice, however it seems that no one can properly do their job. I don’t know if it is because they are understaffed or overwhelmed with the number of residents there, but i find it to be inexcusable. Phones never work/no one answers, directed in circles when someone does pick up the phone, and information is different based off of who you speak to over the phone.

My father with a not fun condition was accepted by this facility. He only survived for a couple of weeks but Faith who runs the facility and the entire staff took spectacular care of him.
