As someone with several issues with my dental health the staff have been nothing but kind, compassionate, thorough, detailed, and they have explained everything to me to where I have complete trust in their process! They were fantastic with my almost 5 year old, helped with getting me seen in a timely manner and so much more!A simple Thank You is not enough to express for the gratitude I feel for the staff❤

I switched to Marketplace Dentistry from another dentist office I have been going to for years. The transition over was quick and easy! They were able to work with my very difficult work schedule and got me in within a week. I have never had a dentist talk to me about my x-rays or go into depth on what machines they are using and why. The discussions made me much more comfortable about being at a new office. The staff members are super friendly and the technology is up to date. I would very much recommend this dentist office and will be going here from now on. Thank you!

By far the best first experience I have ever had with a Dentistry. I was not expecting much but I was WOWED.Not only did they treat me like a human being but they are up to date on all the latest tech and showed me and explained to me things I did not and needed to know. I hate to give them my best review because now they will be so busy it will be hard to get in. I give Market place my highest recommendation.Update: I have been there over a year now, still fantastic treatment. I needed to go in for some discomfort, I was apprehensive but when I walked into the room and a sign had my name on it and said Thank you for your business it made me feel good and the visit was painless. Sincere personal attention in a dentist office that just doesnt happen anymore, you need to check them out!

I feel like I know the people in this office as much as I know some of my oldest friends. Ryan at the front desk is always friendly and helpful in explaining everything from the way my insurance works, to what my options are. Lisa and Maria never not have smiles on their faces, and make sure Im comfortable everytime Im in the dental chair. Dr. Hartline is amazing, and has such a kind heart. He makes sure hes doing everything he can to get my dental health back to a place Ive been wishing for for years. I cant describe how much they have changed my life. If you need compassion and understanding, this is the dental office for you.

My experiences were terrible. Though pleasant, Hartline struck me as inexperienced and a bit immature. I found the office manager to be unpleasant, and untrustworthy. It seemed they only wanted me to spend more money.For example, the dentist prescribed my being fully sedated during a scheduled procedure. He never mentioned that to me. I found out only after I insisted that the manager explain every detail of the proposed bill. I nearly ran out of that office; never to return.Also, call around for the costs of various procedures. I found much better prices (and people) elsewhere.

From entering the office to leaving, my experience was pleasant and anxiety FREE. Dr. Hartline and his staff were all genuinely pleasant and made sure I understood everything that they were doing, about to do, or what their suggestions were. They were at ease and I never felt like they were in a rush to get to another patient! I highly recommend Marketplace Dentistry!!

I had to have a cracked tooth pulled, and I must admit to being apprehensive, because its not something Ive had to have done before. They catered to my 3 year old who had never been to the dentist before. They did an excellent job explaining everything as they were doing it. They explained all concerns in a way I could understand for my 8 year old. I would recommend :)

I recently had an emergency (chipped front and side teeth from an accident) and was really panicking because I dont live in Wichita - am visiting family. I called this establishment on a Friday afternoon and not only did a person answer (a central messaging service, with a live person!...) but they were able to find me an appointment for Monday morning! All the other places I saw on my dental insurance webpage were closed and I wouldnt even be able to talk to them until Monday to try to get an appt!).They sent me everything I needed to fill out before I got there so check in was super fast. Theyre taking the proper covid-precautions and the place is pristine. They had every possible new-looking technology. The waiting room and offices/exam rooms were super bright and clean and it all felt not only professional but also welcoming and comforting that theyre using all the newest tech! They solved my issue right away and then even checked me out while I sat in the dentist chair (so when I was done - I just walked out!). Everything about this place is great and I would recommend them 100% - I wish I had a place just like this where I live.... and whenever I visit family ...... Ill go here if I can - even if I can plan my cleaning for when I pass through! :)

I have been looking for a new dentist for a while now and gave Marketplace Dentistry a shot, I never felt more comfortable at a dental appointment. For the first time in a long time it was actually a pleasant experience! Dr. Hartline and his staff are excellent at what they do. I recommend this practice for your next dental needs!

We moved to the NW Wichita/Maize area in May 2020. I am so blessed to have found an amazing dentist! I have 4 kids age ranging from 8 to 16. They really like it here. I am very picky about who I and my kids see because I want them and myself to feel comfortable but was blessed with our first appts with Marketplace Dentistry. We just had our 2nd appts and we did not dread it. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ive had alot of dental issues from early ages on. Ive been to many dentists including having all fillings replaced to metal by military dentists (i had good ones). In all that time Ive never felt in the loop and comfortable, as I do with Dr. Hartline. Very knowledgeable and explains all options clearly. Today I had a root canal and crown. I FELL ASLEEP during the root canal. Never would I have thought that was possible lol.Side note: All of the staff is great as well. Id give more stars if possible.

Top of the line facility. Very clean, modern and welcoming. All of the staff were pleasant and respectful. I got a very thorough cleaning and Dr. Hartline was very patient with my many questions. He was also very accommodating and informational. I needed to have some work done and DJ did a great job explaining my dental benefits. If you are looking for comprehensive care then this should be your final stop. Check this team out!

If youre looking for a better experience from a dentist or havent been to the dentist in awhile this is the place to go. I avoided going to the dentist for 10 years. I always felt like I was being scolded or belittled at other dentistries. This place is great, the first thing you do when youre a new patient here is fill out a questionnaire on what dental work you are interested in. If you dont want extra things like teeth whitening they wont even bring it up so I felt like there is no upselling on procedures I didnt absolutely need. Dr. Hartline completely changed my attitude on dentist visits. He is very informative and tells you the science behind gum and teeth health in laymans terms. His demeanor comes off as him being on the same level as his patients when other dentists in my past have feltcondescending. I can tell he really cares about his patients as he seemed very upbeat about the progress I had made from my previous visit. Go see Dr. Hartline, youll feel much better about going to the dentist.

Dr. Colton Hartline and the team are amazing! My tooth pain started Wednesday afternoon when I called their east side location from a recommendation and they unfortunately couldn’t get me in for an emergency tooth extraction. Instead of just telling me “sorry!”, Stacey could tell I was in pain and called me back 5 minutes later and found that their west side Marketplace location could get me in without me even asking and got me set up for a same day visit! I made it there 30 minutes later and they took great care of me. The pain was intense and although I may not have the best dental care history, they had zero judgement! They were quick to provide a solution and got me set up to be taken care of! Now I’m recovering and Dr. Colton personally reached out to me on a Saturday evening to check and see how I was doing! They’ve officially quelled my fear of dentists I’ve had for over 20 years! I can’t recommend them enough!

There is a reason this place has all 5 star reviews: they are, hands down, the best in their craft. I went in with an injury and they accommodated my condition with all they did, making sure to limit any stress of pain from it. I had a my teeth cleaned and floride applied, a tooth filled, another tooth extracted, and a whole bunch of xrays. The first part of my bill was in the 4 digit range, but after they wiped out the xray costs and my insurance chipped in, I spent less than 200. And in only two and a half hours! I highly recommend them, and will have my family all start going there.
