I have been using this place for quite a few years now. My mom has used it for probably 15 at least. The staff is always very polite, and do a wonderful job. I recommended it for my wife who started using them a couple years ago. I would recommend them to about anyone needing a good dentist.

Talk about excellent customer service... It started raining while I was getting my teeth cleaned and on my way out the door the receptionist gave me an umbrella! ☂️ Impressive!

This place was amazing! I was having pain and they got me in super quick. Everyone from the scheduler, to the check desk, the hygienist and the doctor were all amazing and friendly. They were able to take care of my problem that day and explained the procedures and costs very thoroughly. I have never felt this comfortable at a dentist! This the probably the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. And I haaaate dentist visits with a passion. But everyone made me feel really comfortable. I went in for an extraction and it took less than 30 mins for the whole procedure. Super convenient location and even reception is cheery and great to talk to. I will totally go back to this office.

I have been to other places before I started here.And all I can say is wow these people are good and friendly.I had problems with other places and everything they did hurt.But once I started here my whole experience with the dentist changed love going and they make you feel like its a small town.very good people.

The staff is awesome very nice and caring. I felt like they really care about you. I had a dental procedure that needed more care than they could do so they got me in the same morning. So my appointment was at 8: am in their office and I got my appointment with the dental surgeon at 9:45 and I was done by 10:40. Thank you so much Riverside Dental.

My daughter sees Dr. Neuman and she has some dental anxiety. He always makes her comfortable with jokes and helped her find the pictures on a look and find poster. We even saw a magic coloring boo . We love this office and all the amazing people that work there.

Poor office staff service!My husband is a patient there and had been for years. I received a bill stating that I was the patient, which I was not. I had tried calling before the holidays and no one answered the phone. I tried again after the holidays and once again no one answered the phones. I made sure it was during office hours, but each time nothing. Finally the third time I left a message. Someone finally got back to me, but she was RUDE. I asked for my name to be taken off his account since I was not the patient as well as his address to be updated. After updating the information she had me wait a moment but didnt put me on hold. I could hear EVERYTHING these women talked about in the office with their personal conversation which was not appropriate. When the lady came back on the line I paid and tried to thank the lady for her help. Instead, she just hung up on me.My husband will be switching Dentist. I am sorry but poor service is unacceptable.

Came here in dire need since it was close to work and only regret I have is that I wish they had always been my dentist from the very beginning. They fixed a chipped tooth, root canal and three crowns. I come here every six months now and absolutely love this place. They are the very best and very reasonably priced.

Been coming to this wonderful office since ‘2007 I use to drive from Wyoming to come see them and now I still drive 70 miles from Oklahoma. I’ve had Crowns, a Bridge and a few fillings from both Dr. Stevens and his daughter Jasmine. It’s hard to find a dentist office that isn’t about just drilling, filling and billing. Dr. Rump and Pam are the best, as well as all of their staff I’ve in countered! All about taking care of their patients and Pam is awesome with her customer service and just caring about her offices patients! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I love riverside dental 🦷. Nancy is the best hygienist, and the doctors are all great . Docs a packers fan like me, need I say more . In all seriousness though the whole staff is amazing they prove that great people skills & customer service are not a thing of the past but the reason you’ll come back to them for years . I’ve never had a bad experience, from billing , front desk to any part of your time there. They will work with you and truly care about you. The doc left a great legacy at that office .

In March, had repair work done; and within a month 2 of the fillings came out!At the visit, the Dentist checked my teeth; however, someone else did the actual work.Now, I have to miss another days work to go see what the charge will be to repair the repair! So disappointed! Hopefully the actual dentist will do the work! Thinking it will be best to go somewhere else 🤔

He was awesome at talking real to me about options and cost, giving me detailed estimates BEFORE doing any work! Never made me feel bad about the shape my teeth were in. Did a fantastic job! The staff is incredibly nice as well as professional and knowledgeable in their field. I told my D.H. my semi traumatizing dental experience I had had and she was extremely empathetic and understanding and really helped to make me feel as at ease as I possibly could. I have been going to Riverside Dental for years up until they screwed me on my six month smiles braces. I highly recommend you get receipts on anything you pay. They told me I owed 580$ so I paid it on my HSA card and my balance was 0$ after that. 1 year later they sent me to collections for a 400$ bill they said I had supposedly. I tried to work with them on finding out what it was for and never recieved a call back after several attempts now its on my credit and I owe 400$ for their office mistake. I wouldnt recommend! They are good at first, then screw up your credit after they add their hidden charges! My mother went through the same issue at this office. If I could give zero stars I would have!

They are really nice people. They always get us in to see them, when we need them. They took us without insurance and worked with us on the payment part. THEY GAVE ME MY SMILE BACK. They gave me a thing call a Flapper that replaced 3 teeth that were giving me problems .They pulled my husband teeth that everywhere else was saying he need a root canal , for half of what others were charging, They care for the people well being and not just for what is profitable. For Dental work I will always go Riverside Dental and if anyone else Is looking for a Dental place they are the BEST.

Most phenomenal dental office in town!!! Ive looked for years for the right place and these guys got it! The hygienists are just the best! My two year old sat and allowed them to clean and count all of his teeth. The ladies there know how to handle kids and I was just blown away at their gentle and happy attitudes. Beyond thankful for the entire staff there. Dr Neuman was quick but thorough. Ive also got a wisdom tooth issue they discovered. He wasnt afraid to admit it wasnt one he wanted to handle in the office. Referred me to an oral surgeon and they got me in the next day. I cant give this dental office anything bad to say at all! Amazing experience from beginning to end! The receptionist was so helpful and very kind. I was on a very tight schedule with insurance and work she was able to get me in right away. The dental assistants were top quality! The nitrous coupled with her soothing voice made me forget I was even being numbed. I saved the best for last...Dr. Rupp! There is no dentist more capable. She pulled 7 teeth without a problem in less than 10 minutes. I even received a phone follow up call from the Dr. Rupp the very next day. She actually cared. I have been a patient of both Dr. Jasmin Rupp and Dr. Joe Steven, and both were incredibly friendly, professional, and did a great job! Dr. Rupp is my primary dentist and I really like how proactive she and her staff have been with my dental care. I needed a crown redone on one of my front teeth. She not only did a great job with the crown, but she also made recommendations that improved the overall look of my teeth. I get compliments all the time on how great they look. Thanks, Dr. Jasmin! DO NOT GO HERE! I had a cleaning done and they told me I had to have 2 crowns put on.They ran my insurance and told me they were covered. I made the appointment for the two crowns to be put on the next week. I show up to the appointment and verified again that they were covered they looked it up and told me I was good to go. I said ok. I have great insurance by the way. ( I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT CROWN DONE IF I KNEW IT WAS DENIED)! A month later I recieved a bill from Riverside Dental for one of the crowns it was denied from the insurance because it has not been 5 years since I had had it done previously. I call them and my insurance. My insurance told me they sent the denial letter prior to my procedure. Riverside Dental never called Until they want me to come back in for my cleaning. Ummm.. No! you cant call me back to make payment arrangements since this was their mess up. The lady said she would talked to billing and call me back. I received a call back when I was out if town.They refuse to fix their mistake. Do Not Go Here!!

The only reason they do not get a five star is because the male dental assistant. I have been going here for years and never one issue. I was getting a shot and he sent unbelievable pain thru my entire face. If I were to ever go back I would not let him in the same room. He needs to go back to school. Yes I cussed at him. And that being said, the other dentists and assistants besides him are amazing. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Good dental office if you only need a cleaning by a dental hygienist. I had a deep cavity on a molar and rather than suggesting a root canal from the beginning Dr. Jasmine Rupp decided shed try to fill it anyways. She drilled more than half of the tooth away and also fractured it. She slipped a couple times with the drill and my cheek looked like the drill was held on there for awhile with how deep some of the cuts were. She did apologize for cutting my cheek up and prescribed some Lortab 5s. After she was done she said the cavity was too deep and Id have to get a root canal. I took a picture of my X-Ray before she started drilling and even I could see the cavity was too deep and shouldnt have even attempted to be filled. I went to another dentist and the tooth was so bad they had to pull it. On my two front teeth I have two crowns (done by another dentist over 10 years ago) and Ive always had pain in one tooth. I cant even press on my upper lip because of the pain I feel in my gums. Every time I got a cleaning I mentioned it and even went in a separate time because the pain was getting so bad. She told me it was due to a bruised root (without even taking one X-Ray) because my bottom teeth were hitting the back of my top teeth. She drilled down the tops of my bottom teeth to make them shorter and even though it didnt help at all she stuck with her opinion of a bruised root. I mentioned my pain to my new dentist when getting the molar pulled and he took X-Rays. It turns out the root is infected, but didnt show any signs of it on the gums. So Ive had an abscess for over 4 years now and Dr. Rupp at Riverside Dental never caught it! A periodontal abscess can be life threatening and she wasnt even experienced enough to catch it. By far the worst dentist Ive ever heard of! If you have any concerns at all with your teeth please do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT GO TO RIVERSIDE DENTAL!!!!

Today was my first appoimtment with this office. I have grown up in the area most of my life and knew about it but had never been there until today. I must say from the outside you would never think much of it. But once you get into the lobby your pleasantly greeted at the door with friendly staff. The waiting room was clean, well decorated with soft lighting. There wasnt much paperwork for a new patient appointment which was nice. And my assisant whom was friendly and inviting was ready before my check in processe was finished. So i didnt even have a chance to wait! The exam rooms were well kept and updated with hd tvs. I saw Dr. Rupp. Both her, and her staff were happy to answer any questions i had with patience and understanding (i had a few). They have a handy way of communicating to one another thru some kind of bluetooth earset. And i liked how much of a team player everyone seemed to be. I made a follow up appointment for some work i need done, which was scheduled by the dr. In the exam room. She personally walked me back out into the lobby which i thought was good customer service! Very pleased with my care so far, i will defiantly be referring friends/family and anyone looking for a new dentist !!

Awful experience. Went in for a tooth that was sensitive to hot and cold. And now I can barley drink anything at all. Called the office to see what I can do make it right and was told to wait 2 or 3 days and call back if it still hurts. Thats the best we can do. Thats what I was told. Would not let me talk to anyone or be seen for the pain. Just dont understand the reason for making me suffer for more days.
