Found them online from their reviews and now I can add mine. Please call and make your appointment with them. You will leave happy as well.

Made an appointment for tooth pain online, ended up calling and they offered to move up my appointment for me to help get me out of pain faster. Dr Huber and Maddy were great, started the process of two root canals and will get my crowns put on tomorrow. Always love getting a cookie after my appointments too!

Haven’t seen a dentist in over two years due to some trauma I experienced in the past that’s made it hard to find a new dental office I can trust. However, I stumbled upon a dental emergency and went online to find a place I could get treatment for quickly and came across the many great reviews for this practice. Appointment was made and I was surprised how soon they could get me in! While there, Ivy was very friendly and listened to everything I had to say. Dr. McDaniel was also friendly, but very too-the-point which I appreciated. Even though I do not have dental insurance and the final price was a bit more than I planned for, I was able to get thorough and beautiful work done that made every dollar worth it. Scheduled again for another appointment, to which I’m happy to say I feel I can put my trust into capable hands.

I was frankly disappointed and annoyed. I called the office in advance to ask if this office did the new digital dentures. The person who answered put me on hold and I am assuming asked someone. I was told yes they did. I asked how much would a consultation cost. I was told there would be no charge for the consultation only a charge if x-ray or scan was done. At my appointment today I was told she didnt know what I was talking about when I said digital or 3D dentures. The dentist was in with me at the most 7 minutes. I was given an estimate for implants not dentures and then charged $51 for the consultation. When I mentioned that I was told the consult was no charge. I was informed there was a charge for the office visit. WHAT?? WOW!!

Wichita family dental had been the best experience I’ve had with dental offices. I checked in got brought into the room within minutes. Ivy and Lexi both made sure I was comfortable with everything and Dr. Huber was extremely efficient and made sure I was not in any pain while performing the operation. Best dental office I’ve ever been to. 10/10 would recommend every time

Doctor Iqbal and Geiselda proved to be very helpful and hospitable with my teeth troubles and It didnt take to long to get my tooth pulled either. However I will say without insurance the price is a bit expensive.

I havent been to see a dentist for about 2 years. I find it difficult to find dentists I can trust. The team there at Wichita Family Dentals west location made me feel so comfortable. They didnt overwhelm me and explained everything very well to me.I will definitely be returning for some future dental work!!!

I needed a new dentist and had a dental emergency. WFDW was recommended and to my surprise they got me in for an evaluation the same day. My dental repair was performed 2 days later and Dr McDaniel and Courtney C were outstanding. For a new patient I fully expected long delays to get treated. I highly recommend this office. They only treat you for what you need and won’t take advantage of you.

I came in after having a tooth extracted in a ton of pain. Gabby made me feel at ease the entire time. Dr. Pierson was amazing and talked me through the whole procedure. I will definitely be back.

I usually have a good experience here, unfortunately, last time I went there for a tooth extraction, they messed up my pain medication prescription and when I tried to rectify the situation, I was simply told I Should be fine with the medication I was prescribed.Be careful if youre the type that doesnt like dealing with excruciating jaw pain for a day or so after surgery.

Staff friendly, office to busy, wait time for cleaning one and a half hours. Left with no cleaning and I have to wait 2 months for a deep cleaning. Not sure Ill be back.

Dr. Lemaster and Ivy did such a great job getting my tooth out! I was in a lot of pain and they took amazing care of me. Hands down the best extraction I have ever had. Definitely recommend them. Jada was the hygienist also did a great job getting me numb. And they have the cutest tree house that kept me very entertained. They also give you cookies at the end of your appointment. I already get anxiety going to the dentist. I need an emergency appointment which they got me in at Derby office. Awesome! When I tried to move everything to the West Wichita office since I live right across the street I was told I couldnt. Which I had to fight and push to move my appointment to the west because I was told in office that I could go back to the west office. My original 3 appointments to get a front tooth fixed became 4 because either Derby didnt do everything they should have or my information was lost. I was told I may have to go back for a 5th one depending on how it feels after the numbing stuff wears off and because the cement didnt fill in like it should have. They try to get you for an extra $50 here $100 there every appointment because we had to take Xrays or we had to do this and Im like no I had a quote and that was already included. These are just part of the problems I have had!

I love all of the staff members here! Especially Courtney, Selena, and Dr. LeMaster have saved my mouth several times. I’ve never been turned away when I’ve needed help without being on the schedule and I’ve also had a few Saturday emergencies and they have seen me every time. I normally hate going to the dentist but I’ve never feared going to the West Wichita Family Dentist office especially. Thank you so much for caring about my teeth as much as I do.

I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist based off past bad experiences. Everyone in this office is great, but especially Courtney, the hygenist, and Dr. McDaniel. They both really put me at ease, to the point where Ill only go on days theyll be working, and I only want them working on me. (Again, bad experiences.) Even my fiance who also has anxiety about the dentist has moved to this practice, and agrees, theyre the best. Ive had two other dentists in this office work on me, and they were great too. But, I cant say enough good about Courtney the hygenist, Ill follow her anywhere she may go for real. (Not in a creepy way lol)

Had a broken tooth. Dr. Huber and Flor got me fixed up with a new crown. They even let me watch it the new crown being milled...super cool.

I had a great experience coming in from out of town and needing and ER root canal! Selena the hygienist was so sweet and Dr. Lemaster explained everything very well and took great care of me. Even the woman that gave me my quote for the service was amazing ensuring I did not pay out of pocket what I did not gave to... I recommend this place! Very professional, friendly, efficient staff all way around.

Dr. Hubert and Jess did an exceptional job. I always get nervous to go to the Dentist but they made me feel very comfortable and put my anxiety ridden mind at ease. From the moment I walked in, everyone in the office was nice and welcoming. Also love the decor and the music. I even got a blanket because I was cold! My appointment was scheduled at 1:00 and after waiting over 30 minutes with no apology or explanation, I asked the front desk if they were possibly just running behind. She said: we only have one hygienist. Which I can understand, but I dont want to spend an unknown amount of time at a dentist office, especially without being acknowledged. My wife was seen here. The doctor rushed through her exam and wouldnt give details unless repeatedly asked. I left because I waited so long, and my wife was very dissatisfied with the lack of patient care. We wont be back.

Wichita Family Dental is the greatest. They take care of all my dental needs. Lexi is the best. She is friendly and we are both Cancers, which makes us bffs. Dr. Lemaster is like family, but everyone in the office is very nice and they do a great job.

I had a tooth abscess & was having quite the difficult time. My fiancé encouraged me to look into seeking help for my situation as it was getting pretty bad.With a little help from the internet, my fiancé looked up Wichita Family Dental West & we were able to set up an appointment time for me to meet with them & discuss possible options for handling my tooth abscess.I am usually the type of person that feels uncomfortable in a dentist office, however, the staff at Wichita Family Dental West was incredibly friendly & helped me feel at ease while discussing how we were to treat my tooth infection. I’m also the type of person that doesn’t have the expendable cash available for such medical adventures, luckily they were very helpful providing payment plan options. They tried their best to get me the antibiotics & treatment I need & I am very happy I met my new friends over at Wichita Family Dental West.
