This was my second visit. First time I had 5 fillings. After a couple hours I couldnt even tell him I was at the dentist. I had no soreness and the visit was great. Went back today and was so amazed at how comfortable I was and how quickly he did my work. I didnt look at my teeth while I was there. When I got home I was shocked how good they looked!!!! They hold it over 3 months.Front desk: it hard to contact and call , everytime call in busy and go voice mail. No phone call back. Confirmed appt always not match what we have done scheduled. still laughing with another client while pick up my phone line. And do not pick up my phone number while i call in (i notice this while I call in with another phone)Office manager: old office manager name is Melody. Excellent services. The dentist spent time to explain problems with my teeth. The hygienist performed a great job on my teeth. The staff are very helpful explaining and answering questions in detail.

I just had the best dentist appt ever! Starting with Emma at the front desk who made sure I got in right away to have my front crown repaired, to Lonnie the Office Manager who won me over with her big heart and flattering comments about my blue eyes, to the hygienist.Karley who was so sweet and kind throughout my visit, to the wonderful dentist Dr.Doan who did his magic to make sure I walked out with my smile intact! I have a future appt and hopefully can get back on track with their help to correcting my dental issues. The people are very friendly but Im not happy with the result. My teeth still needs some work in my opinion. I even showed it to my dentist. He wants me to wear my last tray till my appt for my retainer, I dont know if that will fix my concern. My dentist said that my teeth is in the place where it should be but some of them still off and it bothers me thats the reason why I paid this invisalign even its very expensive. It doesnt have to perfect but at least its good enough...

Friendly staff to check me in. Dr. Doan and his assistant patiently answered all my concerns regarding to the tooth implant treatment. The cost is reasonable after my employer’s dental insurance coverage.

Drama within the work place is never a good thing, especially if the employee has worked in that type of environment before. Its always good make sure you connect with previous employers before hiring others.

I moved here from Chicago a little over a year ago, and I’ve literally run past this place several times each week. I finally called to make an appointment, and I’m glad I did. The staff is amazing and the facility is beautiful. I especially love the screen on the ceiling, so you can watch Netflix while they clean your teeth.

Love this place. Receptionist are great and remember your name!! They greet you and try to work with you as best as they can. They have found specialist for me ASAP, when i needed, as well. They really want to help you get a dental plan and complete the plan. During quarantine they also helped me when i had some tooth pain.

I always hate going to the dentist. This experience was exceptionally pleasing. The doctor as well as his assistant were extremely respectful and generous. They explained my visit in detail as well as all possible options available. They both gave me their professional opinions and time to decide. Everyone that I encountered from the girls up front to the dentist was awesome. My dental assistant was very wonderful. The finance lady was great, explaining every cost and potential cost. The environment was fun mostly due to the great girls at the front desk. Dr.Doan was exceptional in his work and helping me decide on future plans. He explained everything well. I was very apprehensive going in due to a previous negative experience. I must say everyone of you did GREAT! Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one. I will be back.

I was looking for a dentist office for the whole family. Previously my children went to a separate location from my husband and I. I just find it easier for us all to be seen in the same location. I wasnt sure if I would find an office that could provide a soft touch that children need and yet the services that my husband and myself would need. Well I found that Hillside Family Denistry is just what I was looking for! They are very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer base service. I would highly recommend this office if you are a busy mom out there looking for these same qualities and services.

Went in to have my crown put back in. Unfortunately stays werent working on the first visit so it had to be temporarily secured in place. It stayed on for a few days. Returned the following week, xrays taken and crown bonded back in place.Staff very friendly, esp dental assistant Chris. Puts you at ease.Felt as though they were trying to provide me with the best solutions for my situation - - not sell the most expensive treatments / options.

Great dentist office. I have some anxiety going to the dentist, but everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are very inviting with televisions playing calming videos under the ocean. My first impression was wonderful and made appointments for the whole family.

This is the worst and unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. I called for my mom and they rescheduled her 2-3 times and did not want to work with us. Our second appointment that we scheduled a month out got cancel for a deep cleaning and I was concerned for her aches, pus and possible infection and asked can she at least get a checkup on her condition since she waited a month already. They said they will call me back but never DID! Then she came and turned her away and reschedule a month later. I asked if another doctor can look at her cause they don’t actually do the cleaning just a 5 mins checkup. They can’t give 5 minute or video call? We paid in FULL and get treated like this. The people there are nice but our dentist and scheduler need to be looked at.

We were going for regular cleanings for years and when I recently noticed a huge hole in one of my sons molars I called. They were watching it and said that it was ok. Didnt even make it to our next appointment before my son couldnt chew. Now they say its too far along to treat there because 2 teeth are rotted too the nerve. I go to another dentist and find out almost all of his back teeth need work and im looking at 8 hours worth of appointments and over $1000 after insurance pays their part because at least 2 of the teeth are in danger of needing pulled.

Would not recommend. Staff was nice but dentist didn’t hear me in regards to my pain while going through the procedure. I have dental anxiety and this definitely made it worse

Don’t go here. Mother in law paid for services up front when scheduling an appointment. They canceled and rescheduled. A month later they did it again. Apparently they’re not concerned with an infection. So here she is waiting another month for these crooks to do their jobs.Edit: Finally got her into another office and upon new xrays it turns out the work HFD charged and refused to refund wasn’t even done! They didn’t even call to notify us that the “partial refund” was ready. But why would they? They’re crooks.

Ive never been a big fan of going to the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable and set up a custom plan for me. Im actually looking forward to going back to my follow up appointment in a couple weeks.

I have pretty severe anxiety about dental work due to some negative experiences I’ve had in the past. Today I got my first crown and I was terrified. It took everything I had to not cancel the appointment out of fear. Chris and Dr A were absolutely awesome. They checked in on me frequently and made me feel so much more comfortable. I highly recommend Hillside Family Dentist. They are thorough and kind in their patient care. They provided me with tips about caring for my aging teeth. And, recently Dr. Doan rebuilt a front tooth that I chipped by biting down on hard candy. I was worked in to an early morning appointment so I didnt have to be embarrassed about my smile. I am very please and grateful.

Very disappointed with their lack of flexibility. I called prior to my appointment requesting to pay the small co-pay payment later that day, since I was waiting on a HSA card number to provide. I’ve had prior services and more to go, always issuing instant payment. Instead the attendant got in my personal business, insisting I call/message my father for the information. Many may understand that for someone working in a factory, they can only check their phone during break.

Hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. Had some bad experiences before but had such a good experience will definitely be coming back more regularly. The staff is nice and well informed. If you’re nervous or uncomfortable they talk to you and calm your nerves. Overall a great experience.

Very very happy with my tooth extraction experience. Dr. Abbareddy made sure I was well numbed before even beginning the process! Im also pregnant and they made sure baby and I both were comfortable and had what we needed. Im very happy with my experience and glad to have gone here to have this procedure done.

Visited Hillside family dentist yesterday and had a great experience. The hygienist Twila did an amazing job with cleaning and informing me about dental hygiene and how I should brush to avoid getting problems in future. Dr. Aishwarya was thorough with the checks and explained what needed to be done. Best Dentist I’ve been to. Overall it was an amazing experience with the staff at the front and the visit itself. There was almost no wait time either.

The scheduling process was a breeze and the transfer from my out of network dentist to this office went smoothly. Service was pleasant and location was convenient for me.Update:After getting some fillings done I have had persisting sensitivity and pain that DID NOT happen with any of my previous fillings at my previous dentist. I dont feel that I can trust that I will receive quality treatment from this dentist. The consultation was average and little effort was put in to be exceptionally helpful or accommodating. Ive had better experiences elsewhere.

I been coming here since I was a kid and now my children have been coming here since their first cleaning as toddlers. They are now 16,12, and 6. We love this clinic. Everyone is very welcoming. Receptionists are very organized and on top of everything. They make check in, check out, referrals and follow ups a breeze. Wonderful, friendly staff. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists, they explained everything they were doing making it more comfortable. They explained all costs before I had anything done so there were no surprises. I was in severe pain and their focus was to resolve that as quickly as possible while still giving options about going about it.

I am a VERY nervous dental patient, always have been, but the staff here made me feel very comfortable, Nancy was my hygienist, she was very personable, knowledgeable, put me at ease immediately. She took her time and went over everything step by step. They had everything printed out in detail for me, a detail plan, insurance info as far as what was covered, etc. All I have to do is show up! I highly recommend them!

Amazing staff! Scheduling was quick and easy, the wait was five minutes tops, clean office. I used to have anxiety about dental work but Ashley (hygienist) curbed all of my fears on the first visit. They will work with you and your insurance provider to ensure the best price and if it is a costly procedure they offer payment plans!

I hadn’t been able to afford dental insurance since I got out of the military for years, so I hadn’t seen a dentist since discharging from the military. I had to get insurance finally out of necessity and I was so very scared and embarrassed to go to see a dentist after so long, but Hillside was recommended to me by a friend and oh my gosh they definitely were so warm and friendly and extremely understanding of my situation and helped me so much without making me feel shameful at all. I won’t go anywhere else. They made what I thought would be an awful and stressful experience, into a comforting and helpful experience. I definitely recommend Hillside Family Dentist.

As a new patient, I was welcomed with open arms. My hygienist was Nancy and she was amazing; very warm and full of knowledge. After being scared off from a bad experience somewhere else, Hillside Family Dentistry made me feel relaxed and at home. I also brought my teenager and she was very well taken care of by everyone.

I had a great visit at the newly remodeled office. I have been going to the same place since I was a kid, and it is like a breath of fresh air walking in the door now. It was also my first meeting with the new resident dentist, Jasmine Shakya. She is very nice, and did a great job trying to get to the bottom of the pain I was experiencing. These guys are Awsome. I recommend everyone come and check them out. I am having to teeth removed and did not feel the needle at all. All staff is great come see them and use my name James White as a referral.

HFD was great about explaining everything and creating a dental plan that I could work with financially and time-wise. I now have an actual set of goals to get my teeth repaired and replaced. I dont feel overwhelmed anymore knowing that I will have my smile looking better than new within the next 9-12 months.
