18 trips to radiation appts will cost over $500. The Manor charges what they feel is a “nominal fee” to take clients to these Dr. appointments. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone who cannot stay in the apartments.

Home away from home! Comfortable and beautiful surroundings. They provide excellent care and staff give 100% to the residents.

Yesterday I had a call from Glenise in Full care. She knew that I was frustrated about not being able to see my Mother and therefore I was concerned about her care. Glenise talked with me for almost an hour answering my questions and putting my mind at ease. She even suggested a couple of things that I can do to keep communicating with Mom. Because of Glenise I feel so much happier and confident that Mom is in the right place.

Wichita Presbyterian Manor is a beautiful, clean facility with wonderful, kind staff. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone I know.

Had my mother convalescing here for four months after a broken hip and they were really good to work with. My mom was respected, supported and able to go back home. My mom was almost always able to find something she liked on the menu and has been eating great. Thanks Presbyterian Manor for all the help.

I think youre misleadingI think that when you put addendums in there you should read those addendums to your clients theyre all seniors and you dont so you take advantage of allI suggest keep looking because you dont want your parent fathers grandfathers grandmothers to be taking advantage of

Not only is this a beautiful facility, more importantly, the staff is wonderful, caring, and compassionate. My Mother was there for rehab after a fall, her care was excellent. Response time for a patient call for staff is 2-3 minutes in most cases. Lisa, McKenzie, and the Director of Nursing were always available for any questions or concerns we had. I was very impressed with the quality of care. Thank you for taking such good care of our Mother!

With so much fear about the pandemic, its nice to know this is a safe place for seniors. All 230+ residents are COVID-free!

I have a close family member who lives in this facility. It is a very nice building with wonderful employees, but they have a HORRIBLE food service. I am often shocked to learn what has been served to the people living here. Most of the food is fried or is tomato based. A couple examples I would give are having a main dish of barbecue, tomato based soups, and vegetables that are served with a high quantity of bacon. I was told by my relative that when they picked out all the bacon and onions in their green beans there were only 3 actual green beans. I know that the residents have a monthly meeting with the staff and they complain of the food, but we have not seen any change. I know food is an issue of taste and not everybody wants to eat the same thing, but feeding elderly people requires great care and it is clear that there is little or no concern in this regards. I would seriously consider another organization to send my beloved family members to, until Presbyterian Manor learns how to feed its residents.

The web site says that they accept Medicare/ Medicaid but When I called to learn about the memory care facility I was told it was private pay only??????? I am looking for a good place to put my mother who is an Alzheimers patient.

My wife went in to tour the facility but got no further than the reception area where she was greeted by a rude, pretentious, woman who could not be bothered to talk to her, let alone give her a tour. She will be putting her father elsewhere.
