I have had some stomach issues for some time now and I decided it was time to get it checked out and while I was at it, I also wanted to get a physical done. I had requested a female doctor for a reason and that was because I felt more comfortable talking about certain things. Everything seemed normal. The nurse took my vital signs and asked if there was anything specific I wanted to do and left. When the doctor came in she just looked at my profile and told me that if I wanted a physical that I could go to my original doctor (who is my family doctor but is a male and I just didn’t feel comfortable talking to him about certain things). At that point I felt like I was a bother. I started to explain to her about the stomach issues that I have had and before I could even finish my sentence, she stopped me and told me it was nothing. She left without even talking a look at me and told me to leave. If I wanted to just check my temperature and blood pressure I would have stayed at home.

Dr. Chhea, was a great dentist with me. I have always been nervous because of semi savage dentists being rougher than necessary. But Dr. Chhea was quite gentle and very informative about the care necessary for proper dental care. I am highly satisfied with the assistance given. The name I state was the name written on confirmation text. Definitely great staff all around.

Came here with an appointment 1 hour later and still have not been seen. Fiascos!

Glasses needed fast, not alot of wait time,probably. Covid less people in given areas.. cost adjusted on income scale, didnt mind paying my part, earned benefits not freeride....

Dustin Burkman is a great physician im finally getting the help i need and family Healthcare gets you in for appointments right away and doesnt have you waiting forever. Im really glad I switched here from visalia medical center.

A bit busy in the afternoons; usually a long wait, but not always. Wait times usually depend upon the type of healthcare clinician you’re waiting for; a family doctor wait will be generally longer than a mental healthcare clinician, for example. An urgent care is always a better choice for a sprained ankle, cuts that need stitches, etc.At FHCN, if you’re not the patient type, try to get an appointment first thing in the morning, or in the evening (I’ve gotten a 5:30 pm appointment with my primary physician and didn’t wait more than 5 min.).

Hour and a half for my sons shot ...whats the point of a appointment

They are the most unprofessional, gossiping, and lazy staff at any FHCN I have ever seen. They will stand there and talk amongst themselves about nothing work related for a timed period of 15 minutes. Completely ignoring phone calls and being rude to patients. I have no idea how they have not been shut down and/or had new health care providers brought in.

So first thing is this place stalled pulling an abcess for a MONTH refused me ANY pain meds and had me overdosing on ibuprofen to the point of spitting up blood an keeps telling me to bad they wont help me and go to e.r. when I go to e.r. they are shocked that I was treated this way and said that this place is notorious for doing these kinds of things and REFUSING pain meds. It doesnt matter what they have done to you or how much you pay. They treat you like some throw away and no compassion at all. No care in the world either. Doesnt care about the dentistry association or anything. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

This review is for the office on School Street in Visalia. We saw Inman and she was absolutely horrible. She had no patience, no compassion, was rude, and the staff in general did not make my family feel like we were worth their time. They asked my mom to leave the room even though my brother had mental disorientation and has not been able to remember what the other doctors told him. They did not ask any pertinent questions regarding my brothers condition and when my mother requested to see Inman again because she forgot to deliver some important information, the nurse told my mom shes already done with you and when Inman did go back she said I dont have any time, make it quick. I would not recommend anyone going to see these staff members because they did not show any of the necessary human characteristics to work in the medical field. I would leave a 0 star review if it was possible.

Been going here for years not I love my doctor shes absolutely amazing. The reseptionists are always kind to me as well as the greeters. My eye doctor is a sweetheart as well! No problems with this place, ever!

I started going to Family Health Care Network back in 2001 when I was pregnant with my first baby. Back then I didn’t know anything about pregnancies. I kept on having contractions and bleeding from time to time throughout my pregnancy. Every time I had the symptoms I would go to the doctor and the doctor said it was normal. Also, I couldn’t keep my food down, he also called it normal. When I was 21 weeks pregnant, I lost my baby. I wanted to sue the doctor for malpractice but knowing that he is a doctor I didn’t proceed. I changed doctors and I never looked back. Since I lost my first baby I go to Visalia Health Care Center, a really good clinic. Time passed and he blessed me with more children. I learned that family health care network has good pediatricians but not for Obstetrics and Gynecologist. I take my children to Family Health Care Network, their doctors have been good so far.

Dr. Lesniak is very professional yet personable and always greeted me with a smile and great conversation. Dr. Lesniak Never made me wait long and she explained every procedure and would not begin until she was fully confident that I was ready and comfortable. She genuinely cares about my oral health. She has transformed my confidence with a Beautiful smile. I am Forever grateful for Dr. Lesniak and Her quality of work.

Im just going to find another doctor to care for me and my daughter. Its a bit disappointing that I waited this long (6 horrible years).

They constantly change the appointment times, when we would show up for our appointment we wouldn’t be seen until an hour later. They aren’t rude, just unorganized and lacked efficiency. On one occasion they scheduled us during the doctors lunch.

The place is a bureaucratic nightmare. The doctors don’t listen or seem to care. My wife and I chose not to unload all the toxic vaccinations on our kids all at once (yes, they are both fully vaccinated now) and the doctors were anything but supportive. They are snide and derisive every time we reject the flu shot. The staff is unhelpful and uninformed and on occasion... slow. Also, they never follow through with what they say they are going to do. My wife and I have spent hours on the phone trying to get them to do just that. It is a nightmare. The only reason they have more than one star is because there is a certain level of convenience associated with having lots of services in one place. Not worth it though. We finally have a new plan that gives us options. Not coming back.

Absolutely no reason to have 5+ windows open and still cannot be acknowledged upon walking in. Standing and waiting just to be stared at for 10 minutes. They entire staff consists of young people who have absolutely no respect. I truly wish Omni gets a pediatric branch soon because I absolutely hate coming to this place.

Hui Chen was the doctor I was visiting for the last month. Everyone here is unprofessional. On their phones when they should be helping out appointments. Ive had four appointments in the last month and every time I have to reschedule because they lost my paperwork. I had to physically get the paperwork they kept losing and when I finally go to my appointment at 8 a.m. they rescheduled it on the spot for 9 a.m. even though I have work. So Im changing providers to see if that makes it better. Sadly I highly doubt it. These are sick people that need to be treated as quick as possible and the fact I do you delay it is irresponsible and you should be fired

Ask for Dr. Edmonds!! 😃 She is the best doctor there that I have ever dealt with and my PCP.I still have issues checking in with the front desk staff. Being ignored. If I am too early I am told to sit down and wait until they call me to check in.Dr. Edmonds is fantastic though 😊 if she is unable to take care of something she will refer me to someone who can. She actually listens to me and heard me.

This is a low income doctors office. I notice a ton of complaints, but honestly.. With the volume of people the Dr.s and staff see every day, I am impressed that they can sit in front of me, with bags under their eyes and do their best to care about why we are there. If you go in with a positive attitude and a level of understanding.. It can be a good experience. That said, my better insurance starts in January and I will only be using this doctors office once in a great whille. The staff here does their best.. I believe that..and I appriciate all they do, but it would be best to get a more steady primary care physician.

Rude employees

Quick appointments, mostly friendly staff and some of the doctors are great, but some treat you like just another folder crossing their desk.

The medical and dental services provided at this facility are a joke. You can never get a PCP that will monitor you health condition but a different Dr. every time. So that means lets start all over again and Whats wrong with you? Drs and dentist are interns fresh out of medical school that have no supervision or accountability to a qualified medical Doctor. People please report them to their funding source and hold them accountable. The negative reviews are so many that its not funny. I would rather go to a veterinarian than to them.

I just want to say how appreciative I am of the staff there. Everyone is so helpful and informative!! Theyve made my transition from transferring from another OB in Fresno such a painless and stress free problem.

To call and make an appointment for my 2 month old son I waited for 15 minutes as caller #1 and had to hang up because I waited and my son started screaming and I could not wait anymore. The wait time in the clinic is always long, with an appointment you wait the same amount of time as walk ins and all the workers sit around BSing instead of answering the phones or getting things done. Definitely going to change our doctors.

Some of the MA’s here are very more talented and experienced than the PA’s. Will never agree to see a PA at this location again, a license or degree does not outshine there lack of knowledge here. Oh and the front desk receptionist should be working at a drive thru somewhere, they have the worst attitude and personality, Not what a organization like FHCN should be represented by. Switching to Omni ASAP!!!!

So unorganized and they need to have week meetings or something. If you ask one assistant something then ask another after they both tell you different things. Very unprofessional you would think they run things how they do because of low staff but they have a lot of staff, who ever does the hiring shouldn’t let anyone with a certificate be able to work with people.

I cant stand this damn place. My daughter has had the same cough on and off for 2 YEARS! I have taken her countless times and they never want to dig deeper and find a real solution instead they just give her the same bs meds. They even had the audacity to tell me i cant bring her in for the same issue over and over... Like ok fix it then! You guys are the doctors not me! So frustrating. Im looking onto getting better insurance so we can go elsewhere.

I like the Physicians at FHCN over all but Medical Receptionist on the 2nd floor was so rude! Had me just standing there. Y. Zárate has an attitude!

This place sucks. They take for ever for simple things. It always seams like the simplest reasons to go in take the longest. The dr.s always end up rude and snappy. 1 and a half hours later waiting to get prescriptions for my diabetes refills, ridiculous!

They are very helpful and understanding, I got in, got what I needed done, done. And got out all within a hour. They are not judgemental, amd they dont tell you negative things, as far as what your life choices. They are so wonderful and my boyfriend and I are looking forward to more visits there. They make you feel so welcome, and get you the care you need.

Dr Henriquez helped my son nicely and I recomend to get that doctor

I had to to wait 25 minutes for the receptionist to realize I need to be walked to the other side of the office for xrays . Then to wait another 30 MINUTES to be called in. On top of that the Dr . Was just a laugh . Was not able to be give me a direct answer . This was a terrible morning! Even the front receptinsist look like they hate their jobs.

I wasted 45 minutes because staff didn’t know how to process my tricare insurance and 2ndly I was told my son didn’t have no checkup even though I had the proof on my portal and email notifications but rosa was nice and professional 🤷🏻‍♀️

Refuses to do a root canal because its in the back teeth, even though there site says it does them. They referred me to a dentist in Fresno that doesnt accept my insurance, and I cant afford $600+. Id have to get someone to drive me, twice, and theyre closed the times Id have to go.I told the dentist this and she said to go anyway. Also she stabbed my gums, where my wisdom teeth used to be, while cleaning my teeth, causing me to jump, and said it was because my teeth were sensitive, but theres no teeth there.Edit 5/26/18Im done. 6 months and Ive only had two fillings done out of 19 and they were replacement fillings. The mouthwash that was recomended seems to have maken my teeth worse. And i cant eat anything because the rootcanal yall refused to do filling fell out and when I tried to make an appointment for sooner than my next one I was told I was added to the waiting list, and would be called if there was something available. I guess its time I found a new dentist. Again.The doctors office is good, but the dentist could be better. I was told theyre students, but the person working on the teeth should be a licensed professional.

If you go to any location with Family Healthcare, you have to find a good doctor there. I too have been frustrated with doctors that dont want to figure out your issue.However, I was scheduled with Dr. Edmonds early last year and she is amazing! 💜🌷 She listens to her patients, and does extra testing to get to the root of the problem. She has been a godsend for me this past year. 🌈 I had been going to the clinic for years. A lot of the good doctors transfer or have so many patients, you cant see them in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Edmonds is always available for follow up appointments.If you want a caring doctor that listens to her patients, you want Dr. Edmonds!👏 💯 She wants to find a solution for your health issues and will refer you to a specialist if necessary. 💙🌷🌺🦋My condition is much more manageable since being treated by her.Best of wishes 💜🦋🌷

David Abel MD is a rude man. As soon as he walked into the room it became very awkward. He couldnt answer a simple question I had about my unborn grandchild without acting like it was an dumb question and just underminded any concerns I had. He didnt even maintain eye contact which says a lot about a person. Very peculiar, uncaring, and dismissive professional smh.

This level of inefficiency and incompetence shouldnt exist outside a third world country. Inexcusable and extremely unprofessional. I suspect the good ratings here are bought and paid for.

Took more than an hour before a doctor even showed face even with severe ULQ pain radiating to LLQ and L flank, and complaints of nausea/vomiting. Unprofessional staff, unhelpful when asked what delay was. If you need medical care do not come here.

Took my Son and Wife (currently prego) to this clinic because its the closest one avalible to me. They are very sloppy and unprofessional. They will have 11 girls in the front but only one or 2 will be checking people in. Then they will have you wait for a hour then call you back and explain too you that the person in the front forgot to check you in. Then they will explain how the ultrasound are time sensitive so they cant fit you in because it will interfere with there schedule. Long story short I drove 30 mins to Visalia because its the nearest clinic avalible. For NOTHING to reschedule me for another month away. So then I went to my sons check up/ shots appointment and they took his shot record paper to add the current flu shot to his records and NEVER RETURNED THEM. I CALL THEM AND ASK IF THEY HAD THEM AND THEY SAID YES! IF ID LIKE TO COME PICK THEM BACK UP. THEY WILL FORGET TO GIVE YOU ITEMS AND HAVE YOU DRIVING BACK AND FORTH LOOKING SILLY. FRESH OUTTA MEDSCHOOL DOCTOR VISITS ARE SERIOUSLY NO LONGER THAN ONE MINUTE AND 30 SECONDS. THIS PLACE NEEDS A MAJOR WORK.

Sat in the lobby for 2 hours before being called as a walk in seen others walk in that went in before my daughter than got called back was out within 5min without nothing done waste of time... easy money for them I guess..

Struggling to find a provider who actually takes an interest in my concerns. My appointment felt rushed, I walked out with the same concerns I had when I first walked in. Just not informative enough or even a little bit.

My husband was hit on his motorcycle by a car doing 80 mph. His leg was severed at the scene mid thigh. I cannot even imagine the pain he was in. We had to fight just to get three Norcos a day for two weeks. I asked to be referred to pain management, which she did one month later. Of course he ran out of meds, so i called. No one called me back. Appts are ALWAYS at least one hour behind. I was given more pain relief for having my wisdom teeth out. She is the worst dr. I have ever encountered. Heartless. Also my husband had a torn artery in his neck so he was given Propanolol in the hospital. It is a medication that lowers blood pressure to reduce any more damage. She said he doesnt have high blood pressure and discontinued the meds without finding out why it was given. She is arrogant and cold.

I am very disappointed in the service. Doctors don’t seem too passionate. The doctor we had took forever for my wife’s labor. This led to our poor baby having an infection and having to stay in the NICU for 5 days.

Horrible place with miserable unprofessional staff. A bunch of silly girls walking around like chickens with their heads cut off doing absolutely nothing. There’s at least 8-10 girls in the front with only one checking people in. The one time I came in early I was seen an hour later and the one time I came in 5 mins late they made me reschedule for a month later.

Really wish I could give 0 stars! Horrible place unprofessional staff. Billing is horrible!!! They dont work with you on payment plans they only want what they want even if you cant afford it and while you are still making payments they send you to collections.Dont go to this clinic!

I like this place! I know there a lot of bad reviews, but I have always had a good experience. They dont leave me waiting forever in the patient room like some hospitals have!
