I am beyond happy with this clinic. I took my son for some tooth extractions, it went great. The clinic is really clean, has higiene. The secreteries, assistants, and the dentist were all really nice and answered my questions. I highly recommend this clinic.

Wait time was a little long for both my kids visits but other than that great experience and my kids came out looking great. Thank you guys for taking care of my kids teeth, plus I really enjoyed the next day phone call to see how my kids felt afterwards.

We had a very good experience here. Scheduling called to get my son in earlier than his regular appointment that was scheduled which worked out perfect. The staff was on top of everything that needed to get done and was kind and informative. The anesthesiologist and the DDS who worked on my son were also great. My son is 4 and recovered from being under anesthesia like a champ. No concerns or bad reviews to give. They do a great job!!!

This place is amazing! My son was here the beginning of the year for dental work and they were outstanding. Then his second visit was due to an injury of his tooth. I had taken him to another dentist on a Monday and they didnt do anything. I called Visalia Children DSC Tuesday and they squeezed him in that day with no appointment. They checked him out with care. They understood my worries because they too are all parents. They informed me that he had an infection and immediately squeezed him in to have surgery. They talked me through every bit of what would happen/did happen. They took their time and have the most caring staff I have ever seen. Thank you so much. Id recommend this place to anyone anytime.

From the start they provide you with all the information needed to help you get your child(ren) ready for the procedure. When they tell you to plan on staying four hours its no joke. When you intrust someone with your little loves you expect them to be treated extremely well. Staff was great with us from the very beginning.

Friendly staff, they answer all your questions. My son was terrified of going but they managed to get him comfortable and happy before surgery, they made my experience very well. I’d go again if I needed to

I was really glad they explained everything that was going to happen. The only thing I was Not too happy about was they performed a fire drill test while my son was “asleep” and in the middle of his surgery. Everyone in the building including the Dentist working on my son left the building while my son was unconscious inside by himself. This was very upsetting and unprofessional! Please wait til all patients are done with Surgery to do fire drill tests it was very unnecessary at that moment. Overall we had a good visit.

My first time being there with my 3 year old and we were taken straight back. The ladies were amazing, so sweet, and very patient with my son. They explained everything that was going to happen during the consultation and made me feel really safe and confident! I highly recommend them for our little ones.

Been here twice now, first time for my sons dental surgery back in 2019 & we were treated amazing & they did everything they could to make sure my child was comfortable & well during his surgery. Today we also visited again & again amazing service. The nurses & doctors are always so kind & friends with us.

Absolute nightmare. The Female Owner and Dentist that we met and did the consultation wasn’t even present the day my son had his dental work done. My 3 year old son was put under anesthesia for over an hour because the new dentist kept making mistakes and stopped several times during his treatment to give us the bad news!!!! Save yourself the heartache and go to a better dentist office. They lie and say the female dentist that runs it will do the dental surgery and she doesn’t. Her name will even be on the board stating she’s there. This is the WORST dentist office in CA!! Do not take your child here. My son cried from being in so much pain afterwards. They weren’t even sorry for all the mistakes and the lying!!

Thanks to all the staff. Hours less than here in Fresno. My daughter had some fillings and had a cap and tooth removed. They are all very helpful and nice. They let my daughter pick what flavor she wanted to smell. Gave her choices and power in my eyes. Thank God I found this place. Her appointment was just after noon. We got done with it all before 3pm. Unlike here in Fresno. She had the appointment in Fresno around noon and we got done after 6pm. All because they over book. So worth the drive.

Great place, lots of toys for the kids so the wait was easy and stress free. Doctors are kind, patient and straightforward. Our insurance was declined at first for the service due to the insurance provider not seeing it necessary to sedate a 3 year old, but the director at this facility fought for us. We are beyond appreciative for everything the staff did to help. 100% recommend.

I’m very disappointed in this dental office. They have rescheduled my daughter’s dental work 3 or 4 times now due to a partial COVID yet it’s been 7 months since our consultation that she “needed” this work done. I was given many excuses about why they were canceling her appointment once again even though they have not been closed a lot of this time. Their lack of priority for my daughter and their inability to be consistent with the appointments THEY scheduled is extremely unprofessional. We were scheduled for a dental surgery for this coming Monday and they waited until Tuesday the week before to tell me “her consultation was February 4th and the procedure has to be done within 6 months” then they wanted us to get another referral and do another consultation. Did they try to schedule this back in August when it had been 6 months? No, they waited until the week before we were scheduled for dental surgery. Once again, canceling our appointment. I will be driving my daughter to Fresno or wherever else they can better fulfill patients needs. I would also like to add that during our consultation I was told I couldn’t be with my daughter while she was given anesthesia medication or until after she was awake, not after the surgery, after she wakes up. I’m assuming this is normal but for children I think this is so sad and scary to have this policy plus it makes me uncomfortable she’d be with strangers without my supervision.

My 3 year old has bad teeth I understand that. I was told he had two cavities but once hes asleep they will let me know if he needed more work. They called me up to let me know he will need 5 crowns two on each side on top and one on bottom. They said they will call me to sign and to let me know if there were any changes I signed there were no changes. I get called back cause hes done he had 3 bandages from where they attempted to put IV in that made me very upset and the thing that had me over the top upset was every single tooth on his top was capped do you know how this is going to affect him in life I was told 5 thats what I agreed to will never ever go there again and will let everyone know at the referring office.

I love this place they care so much about the service they provide.They are great with kids I keep bringing my kids here every time they need to be referred I choose this place.

The front office girls were very nice and both had welcoming smiles and great customer service. Unfortunately my child needs root canals on his adult teeth so he couldn’t have it done here but the customer service is great and the girl even gave me the information of an office where my child could have his work done! I’ll definitely be recommending this office to friends and family!

The staff was very polite (over the phone and via Zoom) and answered all of our questions. They also provided a detailed description of what the surgery process would be for my daughter and showed an honest caring attitude.

Doctors and staff were extremely friendly and professional and made my 2yr old feel very at ease. However, I had secondary insurance pay for a portion of the procedure after the fact, and months later I am still waiting for the office to refund my $2000. First I was told they would send a check and it may take a few weeks. After a few weeks I called and was told that they had to make sure the bill was paid in full before they could issue the refund. Finally, they confirmed that the bill was paid, and the refund would be credited back to my card that I paid with in a week. Still waiting for that credit to show and it have been a week and a half. This has been going on for about 2 months now.

Every time Ive gone very friendly staff very helpful explains thoroughly a surgery that your child is gonna go through and what to expect a if theres any problems to give Them a call And the help you with things situation or tell you what to do I recommend this place if you wanna take your children for surgery Very friendly staff

This place is awesome and has wonderful staff.. I’ve had all three of my kids Isaiah, Robert and Alicia come here and they work with the kids really great and kind and keep you updated within a timely matter... they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. My son was even nervous and he started crying but the Dentist talked to him and calmed him down.. I would highly recommended this place to anyone..

I take my three children here for their 6 month exams. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The office is clean and the waiting room is filled with books, blocks, and a toy kitchen that my daughter looks forward to playing with every time we go.

My son recently had a dental procedure here and I have to say it was the best experience. He normally hates going to the dentist but coming here has lower his anxiety about the dentist. Everyone here was very kind and polite and not only did they explain the procedure to me but also to my son.

These people are crooks. My child had some work done, they gave us an estimate, we paid in full (over $1,500) then after service they said they made an error on the estimate and we owed another $1,800. After discussing the error on their part, they said they would work with the insurance to get the balance. Low and behold, I get a bill more than six months later for over $1,800. Unbelievable. I would not recommend.

A living nightmare experience, should be no stars. My toddler daughter’s initial treatment plan was to have two porcelain crowns instead they put 5 porcelain on her top & 8 silver crowns on the bottom. We paid $1000 out of pocket & they are billing Medí-Cal for the 8 silver crowns. I filed several complaints, currently in progress for legal action. Stay away from Visalia Children’s Dental Surgery Center. Fraudulent as they come.

I had a TERRIBLE experience trying to set up an appointment for my son. I have never been to this place and as a parent I want to make sure I know who is working on my son, especially if he is undergoing full anesthesia and surgery. They adamantly refused consultation. They refused to allow our presence on the premises during our sons operation and refused to let us speak with the doctor doing the surgery and anesthesia at all. The administrator there was incredibly rude, pushy and not understanding at all and made the experience even more uncomfortable. I will be looking into talking to someone higher up on the board of administrators for this business because the way they handled us was absolutely unacceptable. If they handle all their patients this way I can only imagine how many malpractice cases they are involved in.

The dentist and the staff there are amazing they all made my daughter and I feel comfortable. We had a wonderful experience with them. I would recommend them to anybody :-)

Got here 8:05 my appt was at 8 am 4 people came after me, receptionist had me sit down so she can check in other patients who arrived after me when I had already been waiting in line due to other receptionist checking in a patient and current reception whom helped me was on the phone. Im in the medical field. Its very rude to have a patient sit down just so you can check in other patients first whom arrived after them. Its like telling patient you dont matter. So everyone who came after me already got called back. Mind you I come all the way from Lemoore. Its not around the corner. They need to up their customer service. Other than that facility seems clean so far. Still in waiting area it is now 9:02am

Lazy and immature staff. Staff will make fun and/or judge parents. Owner treats staff like medi-cal patients (not a compliment).
