I had allot of dental work done here. During the pandemic I was unable to make payments mean while I needed emergency dental work they wouldnt see me. I will never go to this dental office again.

Don’t waste your time and money going here. Doctors and front nurse are BS!. Honestly they don’t deserve even one star!. Everyone there don’t deserve to treat patients at all. So unprofessional and lazy!. I will not recommend this to any friends or family. I hope this place close soon. Waste of space!.

Very efficient from staff and technicians. Was approached with an up sale for braces. Overall good, quick and pleasant visit.

Took my mother here to get an examination only to have the recpetion try to charge me when they werent able to recognize their own insurance through western dental and it was a month old at the time then have the the techs agitate her telling me she wasnt cooperating when clearly they were having a hard time due to either inexperience or having a bad day. Dentist was nice though. Props to him.

I was very self-conscious about my teeth & very apprehensive about going but they were very kind & caring & helpful.. Im very glad I went & looking forward to going back & continuing to get more much needed work done to be able to feel good about smiling with my mouth open.. thanks to everyone who made my 1st visit a great one

Carmen helped me have a great experience today. She explained what she was going to do and after seated, she continued explaining what to expect step by step. She also gave me an appointment for the next visit and what to expect. She provided friendly, intelligent, and courteous service. Thank you.Yesterday I had a 6 month exam. The dr didnt really do or say anything, but Carmen then cleaned my teeth. She is so careful and professional. She explained everything she was doing and was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. It would have been 5 stars if I was not told that they were only going to do half of my mouth prior to the procedure when thedentist ended up treating the whole mouth, which totally contradicted the assistants explanation of the procedure I was about to have.

Stacy,For years, I have needed a deep cleaning and as silly as this sounds from a 32 year old man, I was to afraid it would be extremely painful. As much as I needed it, I didnt want to deal with needle numbing. When I told you that, you came to me with a second option. A non needle numbing option. It worked perfect. Of course there was slight pain, but thats because I didnt do my part to take care of my teeth like I should have. You were so absolutely amazing at your job that we were able to knock out the whole cleaning in one go.Since my deep cleaning, Ive noticed that I no longer have lingering bad breath and my gums are beginning to feel normal again. After seeing the great job you did, I wanted to cry because I truly believed that my teeth were going to be a lost cause. But you fixed that for me. And even though I wont be able to come see you for my check up as scheduled (due to an unexpected move out of state), you still said you will mail my other gum treatment when it comes in and that to me is well above and beyond.Thank you SOOOO much Stacy for everything. Im no longer embarrassed about my teeth and since our chat about tooth care, I havent missed any brushing, flossing or rinsing. And I promise to keep that up. I cant thank you enough. I suddenly was in a lot of pain very unexpectedly. Deeply appreciate getting to see a dentist quickly. He is giving me an immediate dental plan. When this is over, I will be one grateful patient. The staff along with the dentist were professional and efficient.

Ive had a phobia dealing with dentists all my life because of a bad childhood experience. Last year I had root canal procedure, and fill ins. This year I had wisdom teeth surgically removed. Through all my experiences with W.D I give them 5 stars!!!. *Quick *No pain *comfortability *polite *ACCOMMODATING. Thank you, i will be returning happily.

VERY BADD EXPERIENCE, DIRTY PLACE I PAID PRIVATE. THIS PLACE NEEDS MORE MAINTANCE AND CLEANING PERHAPS NEW DENTAL CHAIRS 💺 THEY ARE OLD AND YUCKY. I HONESTLY MOVED MY SON OUT OF THAT PLACE. LAST TIME THE X RAY TECH WAS SO MOODY AND GROCHY THAT MADE MY SON HURTED EVERYTIME HE CAME OUT SO UPSET , I HAD ENOUGH THAT WENT BACK AND COMPLAINED, AN OLDER LOOKING X RAY WOMAN, BEWARE OF HER.women dressed all unappreciated too and lazy to start the day. Yucky dirty place especially the back dentist. Grossed and old!!! Ugh

They are very welcoming and provide some good service. In particular Yolanda she answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable!

Had me wait outside for 50 minutes just for my daughter to get seen when we had a appointment. When I asked why it was taking so long the staff got upset. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was to busy and would call me. Three calls later and still no call back.

With everything going on with COVID-19, it makes coming to the dentist a very tough decision. Right as I checked in was given mouth wash and hand sanitizer.The X-ray tech was very gentle when doing the X-rays of my teeth. Dr. Han was very quick and precise with my exam. The assistant Rocio did a great job with my cleaning.All in all a great trip during a very worrisome time.

Damaris explained everything to me and that’s as amazingI usually hate the dentist especially when I’m feeling pain but when I got the call confirming my appointment Damaris eased my anxiety told me how everything works and everything. It was my first time doing this alone without my parents and it felt easier than anything thank you Damaris!!

My son had a dental emergency and they told me that they couldnt give me a weekend appointment because I had private insurance. I have no idea why that would limit the care for a child that was in pain. Since when did we stop putting children first.

We went here to get braces for my son and they took over 2 hours just to check my sons teeth out For a estimate on how much they would cost. not only that but when they were checking his teeth they told my son to smile and when he smiled the guy there told him to stop wasting his time and smile correctly. The guy was super rude and took supper long never coming back ever again.

Best dentist experience Ive ever seen. I brought my mom to western dental because she was having some tooth pain; the level of professionalism and efficiency their office manager Joanna had was exceptional. Also their staff is so friendly. Dr. Sandu made it a breeze! Not only did she take care of her right away, she explained everything to us in great detail and checked in on her throughout the entire process. The whole process was so easy! I would definitely recommend Western Dental 10/10!!!!

My experience has been great! Friendly and very informative! My wait time hasn’t been any different from other practices! If they have openings they will offer to finish up as much dental work In one day! Convenient ....means you won’t have to take to much time off work! I had a toothache and it was after the first of the new year. Veronica was having an issue trying to get through with my insurance but she did not give up and was able to finally get through and get the necessary information she needed. The entire staff as well as the Dr. Were all very attentive to my needs.

I thoroughly enjoy the service I got here.Pros: Was able to fix my tooth without even needing a root canal like the Tulare office said I needed. Also didnt have to fix as many teeth as the other office said I needed fixed as well! They did a fantastic job of giving a topical anesthetic before they brought the huge shots so that was an easy tooth fixed!! Very professional and caring people in the back for sure!Cons: *Some,* not all, of the front staff seemed annoyed by the customers presence and questions which I find concerning. They are the front face of the business and the first people that customers see as they walk in. Also, even though my co pay was absolutely minimal, it wouldve been nice to know before the day of, that I had a co pay and I supposedly missed the co pay at my prior visit... But nothing was ever said to me at my prior visit. So maybe be on top of the financial side a bit more :)

Took my kids here for the first time and they loved the dentist besides that great staff, they greeted me as I walked in the door. Luz was very helpful. Most definitely coming back for their next checkup.

Fast and friendly, from the receptionist to the dentist. Laci the dental assistant was great! I have never had such quick and friendly service at the dentist EVER!!!!! My daughter enjoyed the coloring while waiting in the lobby for her mommy. I definitely recommend this place!!!!

I went here for my braces! Every appointment, I had a great expierence. The workers that worked on my braces were great. My orthodontist was great and left me with a nice smile. I just got my braces removed about a month ago, and I love my smile so much!

I had 5 teeth extracted this afternoon the receptionists and staff were very helpful through the paperwork process and the extraction went very well. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back again. Care coordinator Abii was also very helpful with setting up my dental care plans for the future Dr. Lucar was also very professional and fast I didnt feel any pain during my extractions.

This place is horrible. I kept trying to get my daughters filling fixed and I kept getting the runaround. All they did was put in a temporary filling. So Im done with them, I took her to Smileland and they are way better, they fixed the issue in one visit.

I highly recommend this office. I called a few days ago and asked about dental implants and Abii made me an appointment to come in today for a consult and estimate. She let me know the implant specialist had already came for the month but that she would call him to come in for my treatment if I accepted the contract. Although I could not afford it at the moment, I was pleased with the service I received and plan to come back to see Abii when I am ready and can afford it. She gave me different payment options to fit in my budget and even gave me copy to take home with me. I had no wait time.

Got the nitrous to get two teeth pulled. Make sure they numb the area also. At first they said they were not going to numb it so I got a lil scared. After I was relaxed and kinda numb from the nitrous, I told the dentist I was a lil scared that I would be able to feel it. He poked me and I felt something! Yikes!! He gave me lost of numbing shots. But it didnt hurt to pull the teeth! One on each side in the back. I was surprised how quickly the appointment was. And I went back to my caregiving job after it was over. Still feeling numb its been a few hours. I was prescribed Tylenol 3 and an antibiotic.

Reyna the Hygienist did an amazing job with my cleaning. I love her!

I was treated with courtesy and respect. My issue was quickly solved.

Have been here lots of times went in this weekend with a tooth ache and swelling with my insurance they refused to see me cause my id was expired ive been there before without id so i dont understand and not busy noone was in waiting room very bad dentist i have switched my provider with my insurance and will never go back there neither will my children which is crazy cause they dont id children Worst dentist in California by far

I came early at 8 am and was not seen till 9:35 am. The staff after my procedure gave me a paper to read about how to take care of my tooth, did even read it to me. Asked if I had any questions and of course could not talk because I had a lot of guaze in my mouth. The visit seem extremely rushed to get me out but took a long time to be seen.

This place SUCKS!! I had scheduled an appointment for both my kids and myself, we showed up and apparently we were not on their system as having an appointment! waste of time that day an day off for nothing.. I scheduled AGAIN for today just for my kids, their appointment was at 3 and 3:15, it is now 5:25 and they still havent been seen. my daughter just had only the x-rays done and they told her she needs to come back next week because theres too many people and only one dentist! really!?? I am furious with western dental. both locations are unorganized and rude staff!

Just want to say they do an AMAZING job at this location, Ive been to several different western dental locations in the central valley area and this one has to be my favorite. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is very much like a family Atmosphere! I get a feeling that they truly care about their customers satisfaction rather then just being there for a paycheck! I have to say there was one person in particular I believe her name was abii that had my attention because of how friendly she was I get nervous getting work done but her smile and attitude was very sweet kind and genuine it helped make me feel more comfortable. Everyone who works there was very friendly! :) I never do reviews on places I just dont have the time but im so pleased with my experience here from feeling nervous to feeling like I was in the best care possible. 5 stars! Thank you all!

This place SUCKS! The receptionist is lazy and had very bad attitude, I had an appointment at 12, its 3:23 and Ive seen over 10 people get called in before me and there appointments were later than mine. I wouldnt recommend anyone coming here.

The dentist they have there. The old man left me in pain for days after filling my cavities and am having to return because they still hurt a month later

Not happy with the visit I had. However, the employees were nice.

The western dental in visalia sucks got in at 11:30am and its 5:13pm and we still here. Never coming Back.

Apt was at 11 but was not seen until 12:15 or so, dr only spoke Spanish and communicated through a translator
