Always a great experience. I have had extensive dental work with Dr. Feras. He is very calming when my anxieties kick in during a procedure and goes above and beyond to make sure I am ok. Our friends recommended Dr. Feras and his staff and we couldn’t be happier. They help us understand the work we need done and break down the cost to come up with our dental plan to better our oral health. His staff is super friendly and welcoming helps ease anxiety of going to the dentist. We have also started taking our one year old daughter in for cleanings and they are so good and patient with her. I am so glad that I found Icon dental! I have had bad experiences with other dentists in the past, but Dr. Feras and his staff made me feel comfortable immediately. He listened to me and made a treatment plan to solve the problem I was having. His bedside manner is excellent and he has a light touch, I didn’t feel like I’d been punched in the mouth after an appointment like with some other dentists. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and this is the place I choose to go to when I need dental work done. These are truly the kindest people and they go out of their way to try to understand my issues and encourage me and reassure me every step of the way. Icon Dental is definitely the dentist to go to. They have such great and friendly service. Dr. Razz found what was causing my tooth pain where two other dentist were not able to find. My 8 year old has phobia to go to the doctor or dentist. They are patient with children. Needless to say he is not afraid to go to the dentist any more. I enjoy the appointment reminders as well, since life can get so busy.

I was blessed to be referred to Icon Dental about 2 years ago. Since then they have treated me like royalty. The office atmosphere is always quiet and comfortable. They greet me by name every time I come in. I have extensive dental issues and Dr. Feras has formulated a treatment plan that is within my budget even though I have no insurance. Since my initial visit I have had periodic maintenance, crowns, and just got my first implant on a missing front tooth. I used to have a huge childhood fear of the dentist. I had a filling fall out a few years ago & had to see a dentist. A close friend referred me to Dr. Feras. Dr. Feras and his staff are so friendly & made me feel so comfortable. I had to have a root canal and some fillings. Everyone there definitely cared about my comfort & well being. Dr. Feras & his staff have eliminated my fear of the dentist. Now I just see him for routine cleaning. I recommend Dr. Feras to anyone, especially to those who have a fear of the dentist.

Staff is very kind and understanding. They do anything possible to make sure you are comfortable and get what you need done. The doctor makes it his priority to assure the procedures are the best treatment plan for your teeth, and he actually cares about his work not just a paycheck in and out visit. I drive 1 hour to and 1 back because Icon Dental has given me the best treatment ( in my opinion).I would highly recommend.

Dr. Feras Al Rezk and staff are all very kind and respectful. Going to the dentist can cause anxiety for many reasons and it can feel difficult/awkward to bring up certain things as a patient, but they are understanding and willing to address concerns or fears. Theyve provided a lot of helpful education that has helped me reverse my neglectful habits and improve my dental hygiene.

Everyone is so nice and helpful here. I have 8 different medical illnesses and they make sure I am ok and comfortable at all times. I drive all the way from Fresno because they are just that good!

My whole family loves Icon Dental and their staff. Everyone is so kind and even my kids get excited for their appointments. Dr. Feras’s bedside manner is better than any dentist I’ve encountered. He genuinely cares about his patients and is very talented! Each room has a screen the chair where you could choose something from Netflix or music if you prefer (the kids love having a choice). We came for the first time to the Icon Dental office and was a very pleasant experience. The whole staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Dr.Rezk was so gentle and kind. He was very informative and explained everything thoroughly. There was no sense of being rushed as he took his time. We felt special.

As someone who has always hated going to the dentist since he was young, Dr. Feras and his staff have actually made a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience for me. He, as well as his whole staff, always make sure that Im am treated as gently as possible, and I have come to really appreciate the patience he takes with me as one of his patients. Likewise, he is not pushy and though he recommends treatments he feels I need, he always lets me decide when I should do it, and doesnt pressure me to schedule appointments. This is probably the worst dentist I have ever been to. First, the visit was an hour long for a cleaning. This is because there are no dental hygienists like a normal facility. Second, the dentist banged around my teeth with his metal instruments and stretched my mouth to painful contortions. The dentist spent way too much time cleaning my front teeth so now they are sensitive to hot and cold. The fluoride treatment is near barbaric as the treatment is not applied with dental instruments but rather the finger. I am not squeamish with dentists or dental visits and I have had pretty bad dentists (as I was in the Army years ago) but this place takes the cake. They also schedule your next appointment without asking you when is a good time for you. The assistant just handed me a card and said this is when my time was. All other dentists I have gone to have said What works for you the week of the Xth They used cold water while cleaning the teeth instead of the appropriate pastes, I am guessing because this is cheaper to put their patients through pain rather than spend a few bucks to make them comfortable. If you are wondering why this place has good reviews, well the first review on here that says he is a patient is actually the dentist! I dont know how he cleans his own teeth (its not as easy as cutting ones own hair) so I am guessing they needed something to get people in. I will never go to this dentist again. If it comes down to it I will drive to Fresno for a proper dentist before subjecting myself to this again.

Dr Feras has been my dentist since 2006 since I moved to Visalia then, Despite me moving to the NIH in Maryland in 2016 and later to Cleveland Clinic in Ohio in 2018 and now I moved back to California, but every time I visit California I go to visit Dr Feras to check my oral health. He is truly the best dentist and great person as well, a remarkable qualities. I know a good doctor when I see one and Dr Feras is one for sure and outstanding one. He is a humble doctor but his scientific achievements and his Master of Science from Germany and publications are amazing. That is why I go to him always. Beside his office is so relaxing and his staff are very friendly. FYI I loved the laser scanner and the technology without the need of actual prints of my teeth.

I have been going to Icon Dental for about 2yrs now glad I made the switch. Dr. is awesome and shows he cares for his patience as he will explain in detail procedures and not rush you out like other dentists. I have had very bad experiences in the past but can say Im here to stay. The staff is very courteous and experienced. Its unfortunate some people dont agree. Im sure if they would just give them another chance they would agree he is a good professional dental office.

Havent been to the dentist in 20 years due to my childhood fear of the dentist. I was referred to Icon Dental after a filling fell out. Dr. Feras and his staff are so nice. Ive had two root canals & a few cavities fixed with virtually no pain since then. I feel at ease every time I go in for a check up. Im so grateful Icon Dental eliminated my fear of the dentist!

A couple months ago my now ex dentist, icon dental, called and said I owed money from when I had my exs insurance. Mind you I have been divorced for almost 6 years now. She said she would send an invoice. I find it odd that every time I went in I made sure my account was current and it always was. Now a bill from 5 or 6 years ago? Ok I get the invoice a week ago. It just says invoice, the amount and LATE FEES! wth!? I told her I am not paying it she said she would take the late fees off, I said thats nice Im still not paying a bill I dont owe and you cant even tell me what its for. She threatened me with collections. I said ok my lawyer will handle it then. I told her the dr can call me I will tell him to his face I AM NOT PAYING IT! I am even more irate now since they can not give me itemization and charged late fees. I DO NOT recommend Icon Dental AT ALL! You may be billed later just because he needs money. I have always paid my bill right there in the office.*update* even with the snarky response from the office below...with multiple spelling errors I might add....there has been resolution. They will write it off and not send me to collections. It was not about the amount owed rather the manner in which it was handled. I was treated as if I do not pay my bills which is not the case. I was threatened with collections, and charged late fees on a bill I NEVER KNEW I HAD! As far as calling my insurer, since I have not had that insurance for 5 years that is difficult and they will no longer have EOBs.

I have been going to icon Dental for over 8 years and they have been great. I was petrified of the dentist my entire life and since I have been going here I fell completely relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Rezk and his wonderful staff have been overly accommodating of my fears. Last year I moved away to the coast and still travel to Visalia for my check ups. Great job guys. Highly recommended.

Boy oh boy, I sure dont understand any of the negative reviews. I had the exact opposite experience. Dr Faris and crew are some of the the most caring people I have encountered in the field of dentistry and over my 66 years and lots of moves I have had quite a few dentists, good and really bad but Dr Faris is in the top ten percent. I dont think he could have cared for his own mother any better than he did for me. I am lucky to have found him I think.

Absolutely pleased with Dr. Feras and his staff. My girlfriend let her teeth go over the past few years and they needed extensive work. His team put a lot of time in to it and now my babys smile is absolutely beautiful again and we couldnt be happier. I was so pleased that now hes MY dentist. The equipment is all digital and top of the line. One of the first things he did was to show me an x-ray of a broken file that was left in my tooth during a botched root canal done by my previous dentist. I highly recommend him and his staff.

ICON Dental has a very pleasant staff. Dr. Feras is very gentle. He and his staff are interested in making smiles beautiful. There usually isnt a wait. He has all the newest equipment to get your teeth looking better faster. I had a lot of trouble with my teeth. I grind them at night. After Dr. Feras replaced my upper teeth with implants, posts, and crowns, two of my roots cracked. I had to have them pulled out. Then I got an infection around those missing teeth and had to have another one pulled. Dr. Feras made me a partial with new teeth to fit in those gaps. He spent time making my teeth look just the way I like them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Feras for 3 years and have found Dr. Feras and his staff to be very caring and attentive. I really appreciate that during every visit, Dr. Feras makes his recommendations and his staff provide a detailed breakdown of cost for each procedure/treatment. This includes how much your insurance covers and your out of pocket cost. It is incredibly helpful! I have complete trust of Dr. Feras and he is the best dentist Ive come across. So much so, that I referred my sister for her wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Feras did a great job - my sister had virtually no pain during and after the extraction. We now call him the miracle dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Feras!

The receptionist is so rude, I had a family emergency and had to cancel my appointment that same day and she was so rude about it, she told me that next time give them a 24 hour notice, if she only knew what family emergency I had I bet she would of felt horrible.
