I went in for a filling 2 months ago all the Workers treated me with respect very good but Dr. Fox was very rushed I left feeling concerned and not at eased about the filling I went in for and I’m currently having pain and discomfort in that tooth. Dr Fox was being very rude to his assistant he wasn’t talking very clear and was getting mad she wasn’t understanding him and I feel like he rushed through the procedure because his frustration with her I remember that girls face she looked very discouraged by her doctor very sad young lady. I’m writing this because of the pain Im going through with this tooth and because I left feeling not at ease with his work

Just finished getting two fillings and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is professional and the offices are clean and filled with modern technology. When I came for my first cleaning and checkup Dr. Fox took a look at my X-rays and set me up with a dental plan that worked within my budget. I highly recommend Fox Valley Family Dentistry!

The nurses were a wonderful help (I think Anna and the front desk) but Dr. Fox seemed like he was in a rush during my visits, seemed agitated, and made me feel like a nuisance.*WISDOM TEETH REMOVAL*After 2 weeks from having my 4 wisdom teeth removed from Dr. Fox at Visalia Family Dentistry, I had a check up at an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon on the central coast since I am a full time student there.I went in because I not only needed a post-op but I had uncommon nerve pain in my lower jaw a week after surgery. I couldn’t eat on that side of my mouth or drink cold liquids comfortably. After getting a 3D panoramic X-ray the Oral Surgeon was concerned about my surgery and how it was performed. He stated that my tooth pain was due to my wisdom tooth hook being very close to the nerve, so close that only a sliver of bone was barley protecting my nerve. He stated that this is irreversible damage that I could be living with forever and there was nothing he could do about it at this point. He explained that the closeness of the nerve would’ve been difficult to see without a certain X-ray but if it was properly looked at he would have done different procedures to ensure that trauma was not done to the nerve area.He also found that my two lower jaw removal sites were infected. I was confused that Fox Valley Family Dentistry didn’t give me a syringe to clean out my removal sites since many of my friends were given cleaning syringes and/or antibiotics after surgery to properly clean the holes. The Oral Surgeon was concerned with Dr. Fox’s training and credibly and the offices equipment as he would have recommended a handful of different options if I would have come to him for my wisdom teeth removal.

I am a physician myself , went to see this dentist for regular annual checkup today. He was in so much rush did not introduce himself to me did not ask my name, did not answer my questions at all, just wanted to get out of that room asap. Not professional at all. Would definitely change my dentist and would not recommend him to anyone.

During work one afternoon, I was enjoying a candy bar which had almonds in it and when I bit down one of my right lower molars split in half! My moment of joy turned into pain. I did not wish to have my tooth pulled if it could be saved but I thought it was over for that molar. Dr. Fox promptly worked me into his schedule and after an examination informed me that he could indeed save my molar. Music to my ears! He explained that a root canal and crown should suffice and that everything would be just fine. It was!Since that time, I have had many other procedures done at this practice with complete satisfaction. This practice is the best I have ever seen! Comfortable atmosphere with friendly and professional staff and I would recommend their services for anyone requiring dental or cosmetic services of all kinds.

My daughter went there in no pain for a filling. She came home in excruciating pain and they were unconcerned and told her to wait a few days to see if it was better!!
