Good place to go. Scheduling was convenient, considering that any where you go it’s hard to get appointments. Staff was pleasant enough. I personally haven’t had an appointment, but my two young teens were seen multiple times. They neither had complaints (& believe me they like to complain!😝).My biggest concern was the fact that during the visit, of course my teens didn’t want me or my wife hovering over them in the exam room. Although when the dentist was done with them (being young teens) the staff didn’t call me back into the room to discuss their needs. My kids were released and I had to go back & hunt down the dentist to find out what the diagnosis was and to see what (if any) concerns were. This happened when I took them & when my wife took them. I specifically asked the assistant to be called in when the dentist was done so I can speak with him/her. Being a parent you should know you can’t always rely on your kids to relay the correct message, parents should be counseled directly.

After an hour wait from appointment time I had to follow up to see what the wait was. Once I was able to get in a chair 30 more minutes the dentist didn’t even check my tooth, I was just referred to the orthodontist.

This is a great little dentist office everybody was wonderful! I was there for a long time because I had to fill out a lot of paperwork. Everything went very well and was explained perfectly well. The people there were caring and kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place for all your dental needs. I will go here again and again as needed and tell everyone what a great experience I had here. Check it out

I have never in all my years had a better experience. I have had some extensive work done here. I would walk in and open my mouth. The lady doctor there is thee best ever I was not afraid to get the shots. Great place to go. Thank you doctor and staff.

I have to say how wonderful my appointment was. The office clerk took our temperature and supplied us with hand sanitizer right when we got there. I filled out the paperwork and was in the X-ray room within 10 minutes. After X-ray I went to the procedure room and dr. Examined me throughly and asked many questions about the procedures I would need to have done. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a reasonable quote the fix my cavities. They gave me an appointment within a week to have the work done. You can not go wrong here. Thank you.

I agree with other reviews. I came in on a Saturday as a new patient. There was no wait but we did have paper work pre filled out. We saw a doctor and a hygienist. I have no insurance so I was worried about the cost. Abby was the only one up front and was very helpful. She gave us two estimates, went over all my treatment options, and walked me through different payment plans. I would agree with other reviews to request her as your treatment counselor. I wish I could of got my cleaning the same day but not a big deal. Also appreciated how the office smelled (clean).Thank you for a great experience bright now.

I came based on the high reviews but I was so disappointed.I would not recommend this dentist. I was not impressed with their customer service. Based on my experience, I believe they are a scam. They asked me for my insurance weeks ahead in order to see if my insurance would cover it. I gave it to them and when I came to my appointment, they told me everything was fine with my insurance. Then time goes by and they tell me that I owe them money for something they said that my insurance would cover. I recommend Settimi Family dentistry if you are seeking a 5 start dentist with 5 start customer service.

My tooth broke off and I called Bright Now Dental and they were able to see me the same day. They are amazing. I have no problem getting an appointment. Never have to wait. The staff are awesome also.

Money hungry. I was told I needed some work and it would be over $900. I left and called another dentist and they were able to get me in the same day and just do another treatment for less than $90. Will not be going back.

This office has really changed since the last time me and my family were there. I am really impressed with the changes. They have two new doctors who are great! Our wait time was not long at all. Previously, the wait time was a joke. Now the doctor seems to be considerate of our time! The whole staff is great! The girls are all very helpful and informative. I love the environment here now. Good job on the changes. Definitely changed my view on Bright Now Dental.

I’m a somewhat newer patient. I’ve never had any problems with this office. The girl at the front desk was very polite and professional “abbie”. Everytime I call the office I prefer dealing with her above anyone else. Very knowledgeable friendly and personal. I think that’s important when trying to establish your dental care. I can see how other people could be having insurance issues but don’t necessarily think that reflects front staff. I recommend requesting Arcenia to do your cleaning. I saw one doctor for my exam and then another for my actual treatment which is about the only thing I wish I could change but understandable. Abbie and arcenia make it worth coming back. Deal with these two women and you won’t leave with a bad experience. I would reccomend this office to friends and family.

From start to finish I’ve only had a great experience. I walked in during a busy time to schedule a first visit appointment. Abby(could be wrong) was the only one there. She greeted me with a huge smile and was able to book me my apt get my ins info and go over what to expect at my first visit. I came in a few days later and she was alone again. (Not a problem as she is an awesome multitasker!) I had no wait time even though lobby was full. My favorite thing is that she greeted me and others by there first names. Seriously makes you feel important LOL. The back staff and doctors were friendly! I got my consultation and pre treatment estimate. Aby went over everything in detail even highlighted items for me. Answered my questions even though I had tons! Went over payment opts. Seriously not understanding how any one could leave a bad review although I haven’t met other front staff. If they think front office is rude it has to be a personal issue or one of those negative Karen’s! because I cant imagine the girl I dealt with being rude. Overall would recommend. Don’t listen to the other reviews. Take ur butt to elsewhere with all that! Love this office!

I dont like going to the dentist, but the staff at Bright Now Dental in Visalia make it enjoyable. The ladies at the counter are very helpful in answering any questions about insurance, scheduling and procedures. Tracy is a fabulous hygienist! Shes very attentive to your comfort while cleaning your teeth. Not only that, but she gets to know you personally. There are two newer dentist in the office. Our family has had experiences with both Dr.s. They are outstanding! Both of them take time explaining your treatment plan and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Our family has been coming to this office for about 6 years. The office is always clean, the staff is very friendly, the services are always great and they have the best hygienist!

Friendly staff, but they seem to have scheduling issues. I scheduled 2 additional apts on the day of my first apt with the front desk staff. I was called later that week to see if I wanted to schedule an apt to take care of other issues. I informed the lady that I had already scheduled two apts and gave info on dates and time as well as having a card they gave me with my apt times/dates.I arrived to Saturday morning 8:30 am apt that had been scheduled, the hygienist was 1.4 hours late to my apt (she got there at 9:50). She was apologetic, friendly, and clearly had been sick.After my apt I addressed the scheduling issue of my other apt for Dec which they said was never scheduled and was now overbooked. Luckily I had the apt card they had given me and told them that I schedule it the day of my first apt and they were able to keep my apt since I schedule mine before it had been fully booked originally.Probably would be scheduling apts with another facility if I didn’t already have a couple apts scheduled with them already. Friendly staff, but very frustrating.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment on a Saturday only to find the location closed. Their phone system is a mess, you get routed to offices out of state. Because of this I was scheduled in the wrong state even though I called their local phone number. Also they are not open on Saturday at this location. Very disappointed! Will not be coming back.

All around bad experience.No one is official in charge of billing. After 17 of 18 months of ortho treatment I received a bill for over 1,400.00. I had to speak to several different supervisors outside of the Visalia office so I wouldnt get sent to collections. Yes, they said I needed to immediately pay the full balance even though I received the bill that same month (I tried several different attempts to get a bill within the first 8 months)The front staff and office manager are rude (other complaints on Google state the same).Once, I called to say I was going to be 15min late and they said I had to reschedule (they will make you wait another 6-8 weeks to reschedule ortho appts). I ended up making it on time in which I waited around 45 minutes to be called back. Then the front desk (same one that answered my call) said they were short on staff and running late.The actual ortho treatment wasnt the worst but not the best.

I would suggest taking before and after pictures of your patients that get braces there. Thats always exciting to see how beautiful their teeth once the braces are taken off. 😀

Dr Jennifer Masters is an amazing dentist. She is the best dentist I have EVER had. She is kind and she listens intently. She has replaced fillings, pulled a few teeth and created a beautiful set of top teeth and a bridge for me that is amazing. I have been to many dentists in my 50ish years and by far this dentist is the best I have ever had!! The staff at this office are all amazing as well. Very kind and helpful. This Bright Now is just amazing!! I will continue to see Dr Masters and I will be a patient with this office for the foreseeable future!!! Thank you Bright Now in Visalia,California!

This is the worse place to Go! I literally cried I was treated so poorly and Im a strong person I am always forgiving but their staff in the back is just Rude! The dentist seemed like a caring person but my experience was with the hygienist and the other staff its like a high school full of bullies! I will be looking for a dentist with a more caring mature staff.

I called and made an appt for a cleaning. They did xrays, then the dentist reviewed them, then the hygienist came and examined my gums. Then I was told I was all set to leave. I said, but my appt was for a cleaning, thats why I made my appt? And was told oh yeah well the hygienist is all booked up, you can talk to the manager up front if youd likeWhen I call and specifically say I need an appt for a cleaning I expect that is what is going to happen. Im still really confused of how their process works, but I definitely wont be going back.

This place is a JOKE!! Don’t waste your time, your money or subject yourself with this useless office. The actual dentist was very kind, smart and well mannered, but the front office staff (Hli Vang) along with the office manager Valerie are rude, disrespectful and incompetent. We went for ortho consultation for my son. They had no idea of what their job was. Needless to say, we didn’t follow through with them and went elsewhere.

Everyone there are amazing! From the Ortho to the general dentist staff. Everything went smooth from when they gave me my financial papers for ortho to the result of my straight teeth!!

They never take you on time. Especially an after lunch appointment, they always come back late. I complained about this(The office staff doesnt communicate with the dentist. He says no one told me you were here. Very unprofessional and they charge more than double for nitrous oxide. I advise you to go some place else.

The manager is very rude and doesnt do her job as a manager. The 800 number people dont help in anyway & fail to file your complaint or concerns about the office instead they call the manager to call you back when your making a complaint about that manager in the first place. This office always only wants to clean your teeth & not actually help you with your real dental needs. They also do add ons with stuff you really dont need so that what isnt covered through there insurance you have to always pay out of your own pocket. They dont care if your tooth is infected or if your in pain & the wait time for an appointment is crazy, an appointment should be kept in a timely manner not 2 or 3 hours from your actual appointment time. In my opinion its cheeper to pay out of pocket to go else where to actually get what you need done right away & never have to wait weeks or months for an appointment for something that could have been done right away that very same day. I will definitely be changing my insurance as soon as possible & never going back to any of the Bright Now Dental Offices & I will definitely be letting my family & friends know not to ever go either!

Currently looking for another provider. They recently had a few dentists leave and pushed back appointments 2 months out, regardless of pain! Seems poorly managed in my opinion. They rushed a soon appointment when I went in for a whitening, but if its just normal insurance covered work, dont count on them trying to see you soon. Plus the two fillings I had done still hurt a month later. My friend said they told her she had 7 cavities. When she went with a smaller dental office, they told her it was only 1. This place is a joke like the other guy said.
