The best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Dr melara is a wonderful dentist. He is very polite and very informative. He explained all the steps for my crown and the possibility of needing a root canal. He was very gentle during the entire process and always made sure I was comfortable. Stephanie did a wonderful job assisting and making my crown. Jacqueline also was very informative and went into detail as to why a previous doctor would do a crown before a root canal. I appreciate all of their help

I haven’t been to the dentist in a little while and I have had previous bad experiences. The front staff was very friendly and the office was very clean. I didn’t have to wait long. Jacqueline was super amazing and very professional. She explained every step and answered all my questions. My doctor was very thorough with going through all my X-rays and explaining in detail what was going on. They offered same day service which was great since I did have a tooth that hurting. Overall wonderful experience and everyone is very personable. I will definitely recommend this office to all my friends and family.

The first staff member I encountered was the receptionist, who was very friendly and informative. The dental assistants, hygienist, and Dr. Nguyen were exceptionally awesome and professional. Dr. Nguyen truly is passionate about delivering quality patient care.

The dental assistant Jacqueline was very nice and good attitude she is really funny. I thought I would be in a pit but turns out she brightens the day for anyone she comes into contact, well for me and my option. I wish her a good time and hope to see her again.

Horrible and misinformative. Had to get 2 consultations scheduled for a simple procedure, pull tooth. When arriving, front desk had no clue as to what my last visit regarded. I was repeatedly told that insurance covers consultations and was given a price as to what the procedure would cost, then on my second visit they changed their numbers. Definitely not recommending this place. Save your time people.

My wife, two children and I have been coming here for the past couple of months and have been extremely happy with our experience. Dr Navarros knowledge and professionalism ensures us that we are getting what we need when we need it. Jaqueline’s awesome personality and great communication skills with the little ones makes our kids feel right at home and comfortable even when their little teeth are getting drilled on. Great experience here with Dr. Navarro who’s been seeing me for a couple of years now. treats me great as a professional and friend. had great work done by him and his patience with my invisalign treatment has been great. staff compliments him well with there awesome attitudes and quick times.

My daughters (4 years old and 8 mos) have been seeing Dr Nguyen and Dr Navarro. They are the best dentists Ive ever met my entire life. Dr. Navarro is friendly and funny. He made my daughter laugh and made my mom at ease about the babys tongue tie and lip tie. Hes very knowledgeable in tongue and lip tie. Much more informative than the pediatrician and lactation consultant on this subject.Dr. Nguyen is so good with my 4 year old daughter. Weve been seeing her for years. Shes super friendly, thorough, patient, and gentle in explaining dental procedures and oral care to my preschooler. My daughter loves her which is super important because she was traumatized once by a dentist at western dental. It was super important that my daughter is not scared of her dentist and dr. Nguyen is certainly not scary. She is lovely to my daughter and my daughter looks forward to seeing her.

Last October Dr. Nguyen put in a same day crown perfectly! My follow-up appointment with Dr. Navarro which included fillings and cleaning was performed perfect and pleasantly. Visalia Modern Dentistry is by far the best dental office. I made my appointment and was able to fill out all the registration information online beforehand. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly. The staff was friendly and courteous. I needed one filling upon exam and the Dr talked me through the process and even did it on the same day! Exam rooms that offer tv channels are clean and inviting. I got a bit chilly in the chair while I waited and they had a blanket so I could cuddle up and stay warm. I highly recommend this dental office. Dr. Nguyen is amazing! Shes very friendly and down to earth. Thank you for such great dental care. 👌🦷🙌 ♥️

I would give zero stars if possible. The doctors there are great, I have no complaints about them. However, do not set up a payment arrangement! From personal experience, I paid off my balance in full early and they ran the next payment out of my account anyway. When I called they said they would follow up with me and they didn’t. I had to call them. Then I get the excuse that they are very busy. Basically, they took money they were no longer owed and now I have to wait 3 to 4 business days to get my money back. Both of the people I spoke with admitted fault over the phone.

Had difficulty understanding the front desk receptionist over the phone. When I had to ask her to repeat herself, she became hostile in her tone. When I arrived, the same receptionist wasnt very welcoming.

This place is not a local private office. It came out just another version of Western Dental. They made a decent first impression but I was aware of the distinguishing characteristic of this Group dental. There is the other branch with same doctors at Mooney nearby Target. Their priority was price and price. Charging $39 for diagnosis, Xray, and cleaning were just putting their thumb on the scale. They were pushing my daughter for very pricey unneccessary treatments. NOT reliable!!!

The staff is very friendly, and Dr. is really nice.However, we found that they were overpriced for the area, and mysteriously, we all needed ceramic crowns which are not covered by our insurance. At $1,000.00 per crown, our family was out a lot of money. get a second opinion on the crowns! But I would recommend for basic cleanings and check-ups. The equipment they use is very up to date, and thorough.

I hate the dentist 😫! None the less, I needed to get a root canal and I had to face the discomfort. The staff at Visalia Modern Dentistry were awesome and provided their services in a way that made the experience tolerable. Had a root canal and the crown put in all in two hours. They also helped me feel comfortable by letting me have breaks, listened to my own music, and constantly checked on me. Now, this process was not cheap and my insurance sucks so the office staff set me up for a payment plan. They were honest about the cost and I appreciate that!

They did a great job of squeezing me in to their very busy day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I dont have insurance so it was very costly, and Ill be selling an organ to recover from that if anyone is interested..

I went here today for the first time after my fiancé had his teeth cleaning done. He told me there really nice, with great customer service. I would agree after today. All the staff were nice and helpful. Can’t wait for my 6 month checkout!

My son needed an emergency root while we were on vacation. The staff was to get him in that morning and have a specialist preform the procedure the next day! The staff is friendly and informed and will offer many options to get your teeth healthy. My son even asked if they could be his normal dentist (we live in northern arizona).

Took my daughter for an emergency visit and couldnt figure out why she had tooth pain, they suggested other problem that wasnt the issue at all like her wisdom teeth need to be pulled (REALLY! shes only 13) too young to have wisdom teeth problems... oh ya she might have a sinus infection, take antibiotics. WRONG AGAIN.... Our regular dentist found the issue within minuets. Should have just waited the extra day or two for our dentist to be open. This place is just a nicer Western Dental, Dentist in training. I will never go there again.

First and far most! I disliked even the thought of going to a dentist! From the time I stepped into the office I felt a warm welcome . I was greeted✔ I was greeted by the Dr.nguyen from the time I got there✔ (That has never happened! She had an amazing attitude and was very thorough when explaining what I needed . As well as all the staff THANK YOU!!! Keep doing what youre doing thats what makes a great office atmosphere (especially when its a dental office) well for me ! 🤗 Muchas gracias a todos!

I struggle with PTSD and I am working through it, the staff was extremely compassionate. I was open and honest with them about my fears and Im working through it. A little pricey but when they are finished with me I will have my smile back!! worth every penny.

I brought my boyfriend to this place to get some work done he had not been to the dentist and I dont know how long because of the amount of work that needs to be done but the out-of-pocket cost was going to be around $800 which was fine because we are making payments on it a couple weeks later the office called saying the insurance run out faster than they thought and then we would have to pay another $400 almost $500 so we added that on to our payment now here we are in December 3 months later and they called again saying the insurance is now not covering two of his crowns and then we would have to pay another $600 on top of the amount we already had the insurance wouldnt cover it because they deemed two of his crowns unnecessary. This place is Cap happy they did UNESSECARY  work which means some of his teeth could have been saved when you get a crown they shave your teeth down to little Nubs obviously he will never get his teeth back. BEWARE of them!!!! they have a new machine called cerec and that can make crowns the same day and I think they were just trying to use the machine as much as they can because the machine is very expensive. I should have never taken him to this awful place!!!! I would not recommend anyone to come here and I will be telling all my friends and family not to come here and warning them about this practice!!!

When you go online to schedule an appt, no one ever calls you back. You have to call them. Then when you do call, they ask you what the reason is when I have already stated that in the message. Furthermore, they state I can be given an appt at this time for this date, then tells me no cannot after all as we are completely booked. So why offer the appt then say you are completely booked? Makes no sense.

My daughter received a collection notice for work that was not paid for. Never received a statement from them

My wife made an appointment here for our two year old and 5 year old and made sure she told them that our 5 year old had autism and the dentist was very difficult for him. So we made it the last appointment of the day. One kid at 3pm and one kid at 4pm. We arrived at 245 and checked in. We sat in the waiting room until 4pm and my wife asked how much longer it would be. We were told 5 minutes. Ok so we waited. 10 min goes by and the receptionist comes out and said they were short staffed and it would be another 15 minutes! If you were short staffed and you knew you were running behind you should tell your patients. Especially considering we told them our oldest was autistic. Bad business. We walked out. We will never go there again. I had been there previously for myself and had to return two additional times for them to readjust my crown. Three visits total for one thing. Wasted a lot of time.

So ridiculous they are supposed to bill the insurance company,they are lazy they never filed a claim form for me because we used an out of network provider.this place is a hassle and not worth it.go somewhere els.

I received an exceptional care while visiting this dentistry. Everything from the use of a tele health checkin that allowed me to access and review my patient forms at my own phase, to the staff communication during my visit that allowed my full understanding on the care I was receiving, as well as my options and plan for better oral health. This was by far the only dental office that I have visited in Central valley that cares about its patients and is fully transparent on how they deliver quality care. The staff were pleasant and kind. I am happy to have found a dentist for me and my family. More than anything I am happy to know they take children too!Thank you to the entire office team for a positive experience.
