Dr. Lam and his team did a great job! The team is very personable, understanding and comforting in a situation which many would be (including myself) filled with anxiety. They took the time to answer all my questions and we even shared a few laughs while getting the X-rays done!The procedure itself was done very quickly, precisely with Dr. Lam working very diligently to get it done properly but also getting me on my way to continue my day.Before and after the procedure he took time to answer any weird or anxious questions I had, he explained his observations of my dental situation in a very professional and matter of fact manner.I cant express how valuable this is to someone with dental anxiety.Already have another appointment scheduled to continue the work on my 10 year neglected set of luxury bones & my anxiety concerning it is almost non-existent thanks to this experience!

I could not recommend this dental practice enough! I had a cracked tooth in the middle of the quarantine and they came to my rescue. Very professional and ready with all the proper PPE and health measures in place to safely save my tooth and ease my pain. The price was reasonable and the service was beyond measure. Dr. Lam and his staff communicated everything so clearly and honestly. I wasnt sold anything, but rather got a direct solution to my immediate problem.

I was in and out in a short time. Very friendly staff and Dentist. He did a great job. I am deathly afraid of needles. But he did such a good job. I recommend Visalia Care Dental 100%.

This is the 2nd visit and still have not been judged from my past misscare of my teeth, past dentist judged my teeth thinking Ive done drugs when that was not the case, the assistants here are so helpful with any questions of making sure Im comfortable and my dentist is a badass who is making sure after all my visits ill be walking out with a new set of good looking teeth!

Great place to have dental work done. The doctor was very informative and explained everything as I had a lot of questions. I felt compelled to write this review. Dr. Lam has been my moms dentist for the past 10 years. Every time my mom has a toothache or broke a tooth, he fix it for her. We moved out of state a few months ago and my mom saw another dentist for a checkup. The other dentist said whoever did my moms dental work did an excellent job. He said he sees very few high quality work (crowns, fillings, root canals, and some more i forgot) like this. And this is coming from another dentist! Thank you Dr. Lam and staff for taking care of my mom and doing excellent work.

Dr. Lam and his staff have always been top notch. I used to a get a little anxious with dentist visits but hes been so great I dont experience that anymore.

The front staff was nice. Waiting is longer than usual. With the dr, it’s the lack of communication. He does his job but he doesn’t tell you as a patient what to prepare for or what to expect after your procedure. After being here, my teeth haven’t been the same

Awesome dentist and staff! My daughter had a severe toothache and has always been fearful of the dentist. They were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Lam was so nice and caring. He explained his recommendations and procedures step by step. The staff was very nice as well. Dr. Lam did a great job on the root canal. My daughter can finally sleep now! Highly recommended for people with dental phobias.

I was long overdue for a routine dental checkup. Setting an appointment was easy. Staff is great, looked up what was covered, provided me an accurate estimate and had us going in no time. A truly seamless and wonderful experience from the front reception to the back office: evaluation, exam and treatmentDr. Lam is warm, friendly and an experienced dentist. He thoughtfully explained the X-rays, suggested treatment and preventative care. Things were explained in a simple to understand way but with the detail to know whats necessary. The process of numbing has to be among the best Ive ever experienced. He has masterful technique and I felt literally no pain whatsoever.

I had A cleaning today from Estella the hygienist and it was by far the best cleaning I have Ever had. Thank you again Estella

I just wanted to start off by saying this is the worst experience that Ive ever had with a Dentist.I went to them,because I was having a tooth ache,but instead he worked on the wrong tooth, also he stated that i would need a root cannal.But he would sent it to get approved by my Insurance, which would take 6-8 weeks,Now it is 8 weeks later and my tooth still hurt,making everything I eat and drink impossible to consume.I called the dentist to see if they had it approved from my insurance. The receptionist check my file,she stated that dentist never send it to my insurance to get it approved,Also the receptionist was very rude about the whole situation.Thats why I dont RECOMMEND anyone to go to this dentist office.

Finding a DENTIST is scary especially if you’ve had bad past experiences. Found Dr. Lam on my own through research and reviews and Im so glad I found him! I brought my kids for a check up and this is the first time the little ones are not traumatized by the office visit. Incredible!

Dr. Lam and his staff are excellent. Ive been searching for a dentist who is gentle and whom I can trust and Dr. Lams team exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the office was so helpful and professional. Dr. Lam explained everything, went over all the treatment options available and answered all my questions. He was very gentle throughout the procedure and made sure I was ok every step of the way. The office is high tech and very clean. My whole family will be going to him. If anyone needs a compassionate and gentle dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Lam.

At first I thought this dentist was going to be great based of the pictures and reviews! They were quick to get me in the door with an appointment. Once I was there it was completely different. The receptionist was not very helpful and pretty dismissive. One I got to the back for x-rays i noticed that the equipment was old and peeling, the chairs were ripped and discolored. Once all that was done they let me know what treatment needed to be done( way more work then my second opinion told me) On top of all that all payment had to be in full upfront. I think these people are just out to get your money and are not putting the patients needs first. If you are looking for a company that is just trying to reach deep into your pocket then go ahead and go here. If you are looking for someone that has your best interests at heart I suggest finding a different Dentist.

Had my appt this morning for my root cannel. Like everyone else I was a bit nervous, no one ever wants to feel any sort of pain of course. Well the moment I step in the office the staff are always nice and welcoming. Dr. lam was reassuring and answered any questions with great clarification. I was fully numb the entire process! Dr. lam is very patient. Even if he needs to do a few xrays after each step, he does it! Because he is precise and exact! Dr even thought adding a post would help the strength of my tooth in the long run! Amazing service; by far the best service! Highly recommend Dr. Lam!

By far the best dental experience! Only waited about 5 mins in the waiting room. Dr. Lam went over the xrays for my son with me one by one, explained his findings and recommendations. He listened to my son and gave me several options that work with my time and budget. He wasnt pushy at all like other dentists that Ive went to. I really enjoyed my experience here and recommend him to family and friends.

Ive been to many dentists before but cant seem to find one whom Im comfortable with, until I found Dr. Lam. I was here for a third opinion. Dr. Lams plan was the most conservative and he explained everything in a way that a normal person would understand without all the dental jargon. He is very gentle and patient as Ive a high fear of being in the chair. He explained what he was going to do during the procedure and not to mention very affordable compared to other dentists that Ive been to. Ive finally found my dental home! Now I just need to drag my husband in for an appointment! Thank you!

The area of customer service is great, and employees are friendly. However, I believe they need more dental surgeons. In addition, I felt rushed and let go quickly. I was also lost for there was no communication what so ever. I wasnt even asked if I had any questions or concerns, or if I needed to come back for another appointment.

She explained all my options and answered all my questions even staying after closing to explain. Dr. Lam is awesome as well. Taking time to also explain his findings and a course of treatment. Always a pleasant experience with Dr. Lam. I have been going to his office for almost 2 years. I have had a fear of dentists for many years.
