Worst doctor visit ever.Front office overcharged my visit by $168.72, stating they will refund within 2 weeks after the claim gets processed by insurance. Made several follow up calls on the refund status and billing team needs another payment of $43.60, since refund check was processed for incorrect amount $212.32, ridiculous office staffs. Furthermore, doctor Carolina Hernandez needs to learn mannerism in how to talk to patients, describing my 9 month old baby as greedy, since my baby was crying for breastmilk. Is this how you learnt to be a doctor?

My first visit with Dr Gourgue. She was amazing! So personable...made you feel like you are talking to a good friend. Would definitely recommend this practice. Also extremely clean!

Wow.. I had my 20 week anatomy scan today and it was such a letdown. On the way there I told my friend I was going and she said “ oh wait til you see all the parts of the brain and and the heart it’s the coolest.” What? I was explained nothing about anything. It felt rushed and nothing about it was warm and friendly. Being I won’t get to see my baby again but maybe one more time at 36 weeks until he is born this was just so saddening! I usually have Christine as my ultrasound tech and I just figured that’s who I I would have every time. She is the best ever and has clearly spoiled me because that didn’t even come close to what I am used to with her. I have had such a great experience before this besides the last doctor I saw who I didn’t really click with but I let that go because everyone has their days. When we got in the room to wait for the doctor they said she will be right in to go over the sonogram, I felt a little better because I thought maybe she’s the one that explains everything. When she came in it seemed like she was feeling a bit rushed and pretty much just said the baby looks great and she’s happy with what she saw. I guess that’s good news. I left feeling hurt and just.. melancholy which is just not what I had in mind at all. Hopefully for everyone else they can realize this is a very exciting/ scary time for us we should be treated well and not like a number. We chose to give our business here and pay a lot to be under care and this did not even come close to meeting my expectations. I gave 3 stars because I’ve truly had a great experience minus the doctor last time and the ultrasound tech this time which I don’t even remember her name because she never told us. But overall I would ratetoday a 1. Hoping for better experiences to come so I can feel like I made a good decision choosing the Women’s Group.

This place is total rip-off. Poor service and overcharge, will not go there and wont recommend to anyone.

I am giving 5 stars because I had my first ultrasound visit with Dr. Gourgue and she was BEYOND AMAZING! She was very welcoming, answered all my questions and made sure I left feeling comfortable. If you are a first time mom I HIGHY recommend Dr. Gourgue. She was AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!

First time mom here and just moved to the new Tampa areafrom out of state. I googled this place and seemed to have a mix of reviews more good than bad. So my first appointment was difficult and following appointments as well due to covid virus. - bc my husband was unable to join until the very end of the pregnancy.However. When a first time pregnant woman is coming in to get seen by the doctor and I under that their protocol is to be seen by every Dr in the office dont have that many in one office. Secondly... None of the Dr read any notes from the previous Dr that I was seen on. Its like a first appointment all over again every single time. Then they are concerned why your body pressure is high bc I have to explain to them .. please read the notes from the previous Dr and wanting test done that I already had done previously. Third of all. They are never on time. You sit more in the waiting room than actually being seen by a Dr.I will say the Dr are nice and trying to calm you down after having to explain for the 5th time where your progress is in your own pregnancy. However, they have all different opinions and not on the same page. Example. I was told to take the glucose test early on in my pregnancy bc Im old -37- had conceived through IVF - not naturally. So when the Drs said instantly I needed to go on insulin I was quite disappointed. But anything for baby. Their opinions are all over the place. Bc there are so many of them in this office and you cant be seen and taken care of by one Dr especially when now you are having complications. One Dr says your doing great. The other Dr is saying keep your plates colorful in food groups . Meats. Carbs veggies and fruits. Another Dr says absolutely no fruit what so ever. Another says no more than 50 carbs a day. Then the other Dr say oh no dont do that your starving yourself. After all this nonsense. I was sent to the hospital 5 weeks early to deliver... And guess what. Not one of those Drs delivered me. Another Dr from a whole other the womens group delivered me.I will say for any first time moms .. go to another ob center where they will remember who you are and there isnt a high change over in staff every single time you walk in. I regret not interviewing more ob Drs offices. This would not be my pick. Our second baby will not be seen by this group.

Dr. Gourgue and her medical assistant are just wonderful. Communication with the office is fast and efficient. I have never felt more comfortable with a medical team. Dr. Gourgue is incredibly personable and pays attention to your emotional health just as much as physical. I hope to go to her for many years to come.

I suffer from several forms of severe anxiety. I went here scared to death, I had not been to a GYN. DR. In over 20 years! Everyone in this office made me feel relaxed. The Dr. Was great!. I would recommend this place to anyone! Cant say enough good about them.
